Got through 48hrs of fasting, I’m working again today so the fast continues.
My boyfriend and I have been invited to his dads place for dinner tomorrow night and I’m freaking out, I don’t wanna eat but I’m gonna have to, apparently they might be making pumpkin soup. I hope so! I’ll feel less guilty about eating soup.

Please someone tell me if they find the same thing.
I lose weight quicker on my upper body (chest, breasts, face, arms) but my lower body fat holds on for dear life, like my stomach and thighs won’t leave.

Weigh in was a success, I’m down another kg.
If I can lose at least 1kg a week I will be 55kgs by June which was probably around how much I weighed in 2022 when my ED was at its height.
My birthday is in August and I’m hoping to be around 50-45gs by then. Again if I can lose a minimum of 1kg a week I should be around 46kgs in Aug.
The goal is to be smaller than last time, small goal is to fit back into my old pants. I’ll try every week and see if any of them fit me again.

I weigh myself only once a week, every Thursday. In the morning, completely naked so I can get an accurate measurement.
If I check tomorrow and I haven’t lost at least another kg imma cry

At the moment I only work a casual job, so between 2-3days a week. I’m making it a rule that on days I work I liquid fast (excluding soup or anything more than 14cals)
Water & Sugar Free Energy Drinks ONLY!
It’s easier on days I work cause I’m distracted all day and just wanna go to bed when I come home.

My boyfriend is a very physical person, physical touch is his love language and I really love that about him.
Everyday he’ll grab my boobs (as a boyfriend should) and today he said “oh no babe I can feel your boobs are getting smaller” and I’ve never felt so happy, I even said “yes finally” out loud.
I can’t wait to just have all my body fat disappear

Over the last 2 days I’ve consumed maybe a total of 220 calories & all via liquids (sugar free V & chai latte)
This is week 4 of relapse, only lost 1.5kgs so far but progress will be faster if I’m strict. Easter weekend threw me off.
My collar bones are already becoming more visible and my face has slimmed a little. Only enough for me to notice probably.
If I keep this up I’ll be skinny again by August. Just need to fast as many days as I can, and when I do need to eat, make is small and low cal.

I was better!
I got pregnant…I had a reason to be healthy. To eat, I needed to feed my growing baby. I had a purpose, responsibility for her health, she was more important to me…now she’s gone.
My body grew her for nearly 20 weeks, then my body delivered her. The hole I’m in is darker than anything else.
My body changed, and now it’s empty. I can’t stand to look at my stomach, I can’t stand having even the slightest resemblance to pregnancy, it’s a cruel reminder of what I don’t have, what I lost!
I was better for her…with her gone, I have no reason to be better. I want to watch this body disappear, like my soul did when I lost her.

I’ve gotta make up for all the time I wasted eating. One day a week to eat, 6/7 will be fasting.

72hr fast done, I’m gonna try to keep going until Saturday, I’ll only eat solid food once a week and even then it has to be foods on my safe list, that’s my plan anyways.
I’ve consumed 0 calories over 3 days, so far so good.
