Gojo when he's alone
Now don't be alarmed by the title. I'm just wondering how Gojo would act when he's completely by himself - say, in his apartment for example, where there aren't people surrounding him. What is he like behind closed doors?
I feel like a natural answer to that question would be that he'd be quiet, like most of us if we're left alone. There isn't anything wrong with silence.
There's this sense of domesticity when I think about him. Gojo waking up, making his bed, going to the bathroom to freshen himself up.
And since we know from Gege that he can cook and clean, I imagine him doing some weekly house cleaning. If he has the time, when he comes back from a mission he might cook himself something.
I imagine him being annoyed when some of his clothes are wrinkled, so he immediately irons them. Always making sure his shoes are neatly lined up in their designated are in the house.
Before he goes out he always makes sure he smells nice, so he takes out a cologne that probably costs way more than it should and sprays himself. And when you enter his home you can probably smell a variety of scents that just scream Gojo.
I think wherever he lives, it'll be tidy and clean. It seems pretty contrastful considering his cheery and at times chaotic personality. He doesn't stay long enough to make a mess. And if there is something messy he has the urge to fix it.
And somewhere around his apartment, there's a little album filled with various pictures of the past and the present. From his highschool days to present day. Pictures of him, Shoko and Suguru. Pictures of him and his students at various places. Some wouldn't think Gojo would be the sentimental type, but he enjoys sitting down and fondly looking through the pictures and reminiscing.

Gojo and Cats
ahaha hi..... been a while
Anyways :D
I have been absolutely obsessed with the idea of Gojo owning a cat.
Also this is gonna be hella long because I have so so many thoughts about this I NEED TO LET THIS OUT OF MY SYSTEM.
I feel like he would be so so so dramatic, insufferable and overly affectionate with cats.
Now, I don't think he'll willingly go to a shelter to adopt a cat or something like that. He probably thinks oh no I don't have the time to take care of a one I'm too busy, besides who's gonna take care of it when I'm out to work
He probably used to play with stray cats during his highschool years, but he'd never think of taking one home.
Picture this though:
He's coming home from a mission, it's dark and pouring outside; that doesn't bother him though because he's got his infinity to keep him dry. As he's walking through the rain he senses something, then hears it - barely audible meowing. Gojo takes a couple of more steps to locate the sound and he sees a cardboard box. It doesn't even look like a box anymore, the rain making it look like it's falling apart. But inside it there's a small little kitty meowing its heart out; soaked to the bone, shaking, its eyes glued shut. Probably less then a month old. At this rate it has no chances of survival, so of course the only logical thing to do in Gojo's mind is to take it with him.
No vet clinic is open at this time though, so Gojo can only take the kitty home and buy some bare necessities from a 24-hour market.
Once he comes back home he immediately turns on a heater, even if its summer. His biggest priority is to warm the kitty immediately so he places a few small towels in front of his heater so they can warm up, then he himself sits in front of it with the kitten in his hands; he burrito wraps it with the heated up towels throughout the hours.
He does not sleep that night (not that he gets that much sleep in general) and the moment it's morning he rushes to the nearest vet.
After that? That kitty is glued to him. He feeds it every hour with special kitten milk replacer/formula (since regular cow milk won't provide the needed proteins). Cleans it after every meal, helps it pee and poo. Gojo at that point is a whole momma cat.
And how does he manage to do that with his work schedule? Well... for the first week or so he would almost get in trouble for it. If he has classes he'll literally just call his students to his apartment so they can all look at the kitty. (They cannot believe or imagine how careful their teacher is with such a small and fragile animal) And if he has a mission and has to travel? Nope, sorry I'm unavailable, I'll do it next week.
At that point Yaga is personally banging on his door to demand an explanation as to Why are you neglecting your duties, what is happe- oh my god are you serious
Gojo opens the door and Yaga sees a little calico kitten snuggled in his arms. He could only facepalm and let out a heavy sigh as Gojo snickers. But the disappointed principal cannot stay sour for long as he stares at the little creature snuggled into the arms of a man as big as Gojo.
"Her name is Papaya but I like to call her my little princess :D"
"Gojo......"
Once Papaya gets a bit older Gojo would even take her with him to class. Almost everyone is ecstatic to see an adorable little cat. Yuuji and Nobara can't stop squealing and petting her, Megumi watches from the distance and acts grumpy. But when no one is looking he gives the little Paya a good and relaxing belly rub.
As the months go by Gojo feels confident enough to leave his little princess alone at his place. And when he comes home the first thing he does is shout-
"Papaya!!!!! My little adorable princess!!!!!"
A jingle of a bell is heard (because of course he's gonna buy her a pink little collar with a bell) as well as a meow meow meow at every step of hers. And when she trots up right in front of him, looking at him expectantly? The strongest man can only pick her up and shower her with kisses as she purrs in satisfaction.
"Did my little girl miss me? I certainly missed you !!!"
At any given time she would be found comfortably laying on his shoulder without a care in the world.
Other times she would rub herself all over his face as if he is the best scratch post ever. Only purrs and giggles can be heard in the room.
And when he sleeps, she would curl up next to him, maybe even sleep on his chest if she's feeling mischievous. Gojo is so used to seeing a pile of white and spotted fur upon waking up that he feels empty when he has to go on missions out of town or out of the country.
Papaya has him wrapped around her paw and honestly Gojo isn't even complaining.
Nanami, Utahime and few others have seen him and how affectionately he treats Paya, how careful and meticulous he's taking care of her and they simply cannot believe that that is the same person. No way someone as silly and as annoying as Gojo is willing to put so much effort into looking after a cat.
He doesn't care, how can he care when all of his worries are immediately washed away when his little princes trots up to him, jumps on the table and bumps her head against his - her purring loud and clear.
He takes so many pictures of her. He always posts her on his story, he always finds an opportunity to be annoying and mention her in a conversation. Everyone has to know how adorable Papaya was today.
Papaya supremacy (Gojo started the movement but only Yuuji and Nobara are supporting it)

Gojo, love and relationships
This post is very lackluster but I have so so so many thoughts about this.
Gojo doesn't fall in love very often. Almost never, I'd say. After Geto defected I think he was too scared to fall in love.
AT MOST, he would sleep around, but only in the beginning. Afterwards he would just slowly stop because he just doesn't have any time to meet with someone. He literally moved back to the dorms because he doesn't have time. It's canon that he sightsees on missions because otherwise he can't. So with all this in mind it makes sense how eventually he wouldn't even hook up anymore.
And with this in mind Gojo will NOT cheat, like EVER. A lot of people might fight me on this, but I feel like way too many people are misinterpreting what Gege said and just take it at face value (when we also know Gege's a troll)
Gojo cannot and will not commit to a relationship - it makes sense. He's a jujutsu sorcerer, and not just any sorcerer - he's the strongest one. Majority of jujutsu sorcerers aren't married, Nanami only wants to get married when he steps down from being one. So of course Gojo would have a similar mindset, of course he probably wouldn't want to pursue anything serious.
When it comes to things like this, I personally like to think that Gojo is blunt and honest. He's not going to lie to his partner. I feel like he'd be super transparent about what he wants out of these flings or relationships. And he doesn't see the appeal of cheating, having to deal with all of the consequences. Why lie about it when he cam just tell the person directly if he's lost interest.
Now, when he falls in love - that's an entirely different story. I've mentioned it here, but Gojo would definitely try to deny he's feeling anything, because he knows that it's risky - it's a sign of vulnerability and he can't be vulnerable.
But even if he tries his best, he cannot control his feelings. As I also mentioned before, he won't be obvious with his feelings. He'd never physically say anything about, which ties in to his love language being physical touch and gift giving.
And while he won't be obvious about it, he's always going to look out for you. His teasing would have a tinge of softness. He would definitely be more protective of you. You would always be on his mind. He sees something that reminds him of you? He'll get it and give it to you.
He would also be stern and disappointed even when you get injured by a curse, because he cares so much about you.
Sometimes, his voice would be a tad bit softer when talking to you, there would be a hidden glint in his eyes whenever he sees you. He'd get slightly touchier, those teasing touches certainly have more meaning now - from patting your head to flicking your forehead to just giving you a bear hug.
And sometimes, when you aren't looking, he'd stare at you, deep in thought, appreciating your beauty, only to make a silly joke when you turn around.
He would listen to everything you say, no matter how much you ramble. He would be so observant - he'd notice everything and anything. And while he listens to everything, he would also remember everything. So you can imagine the shock on your face when he brings up something you mentioned in the midst of your rambles.
It would honestly take him forever to confess, I've mentioned that before, because once he does, there's no turning back. He would think of a million ways to confess, but in the end, a simple kiss from the rising tension solves it all - no words uttered. Just a simple kiss - a compact bullet filled with all the love that has been filling his heart up.
When you two do end up together, it's like Gojo loosens up a little. Like he's finally allowed to show his feelings. He definitely gets even more touchy. Quick kisses to your forehead, cheeks, lips when nobody is looking(or when they are looking, hehe), a gentle squeeze to your hand when there's a crowd. A protective arm around you not only to shield you from the danger of curses, but from people as well.
And when you're in the comforts of your own home? This man would be glued to you. He always has to touch you in one way or another - gentle caresses, hand holding, hugs. He'd act silly and stupid just to make you laugh.
He would honestly be so soft with you. Of course he'd still tease you, but now there's a lot more kisses to compensate for it.
Sometimes, in the middle of the night, when you're peacefully sleeping next to him, he would stare at you, hold you, take all of you in. And maybe, he'd allow himself to be vulnerable for just a single second, to realize that in your eyes, he's just Satoru.

Gojo and Sleep
A lot of the times I ponder about Gojo and his sleeping schedule, the positions in which he sleeps, how light of a sleeper he is. I swear I can go on for so long about it, and honestly? I'll do just that!
We all know that he doesn't get much sleep. His reverse curse technique probably makes it so that he doesn't need as much rest. He probably gets around 2-3 hours of sleep, 4 at most.
He doesn't think about it, it's just part of his routine. He doesn't have much time anyways, so he makes the most of it. Or maybe he doesn't. Maybe he takes those couple of hours to just relax - take a breather.
He's probably a super light sleeper too. He needs to be a light sleeper. After all, as the strongest, he needs to be able to react immediately in case of an emergency.
If he's sleeping with his partner, the slightest movement from them will wake him up. The gentlest, most quiet whisper of his name will wake him up. And when he does wake up in the middle of the night, his hold on them will tighten, he'll pull them closer to his chest - close enough for him to feel their heartbeat. And so, he'll fall asleep again to the rhythm of their heartbeat, as well as their breathing.
I like to think that maybe he sleeps on his stomach - his face mushed into his pillow, one arm under it - the other arm wrapped around his lover. But he can sleep on his side too, when he's feeling clingy - when he wants to be so close to them that he can mold into them like putty, limbs tangled like a pair of earphones that have been hiding in your pocket for too long.
And when he wakes up - his voice is hoarse, low, quiet. The room is filled with quiet, sleepy giggles and loud smooches. Streaks of sunlight land on his face - highlighting his grin and the way his blue eyes glint when he sees his lover.
Now, on to his sleepwear. A plain t-shirt, plain sweatpants or shorts. Maybe if it's too hot hell go without the pants, just his boxers. And if it's unbearably hot he might even ditch the shirt.
Obviously if he's been intimate, he'll just sleep naked, opting to just seek the warmth of his beloved. Even if they whine that both of them are sweaty and sticky, he would just giggle and hug them tighter.

Introduction
Okay so I haven't made an intro yet so might as well do it now!
I really love Gojo so I'll be mostly talking about him.
I don't think I'm capable of writing requests because I have major procrastination issues and having to write something as high quality as something like a fic/ one shot is too much energy for me. Though, maybe sometimes I can write some scenarios/ one shots I've had on my mind for a while.
You CAN send me ideas, hcs and other stuff and I can gush about it with you, give you my own ideas about it, so don't shy away from sending me stuff!
I would also like to make it clear that my perception of Gojo is very specific. I will not indulge in ANY cheater hcs or ideas concerning him, as well as any p*dophilic or inc*stuous hcs/scenarios (meaning - no teacher x student stuff, no gojo x adopted, step, half, full sibling, just, none of that )
With all of this out of the way, I hope we all get to enjoy ourselves with immaculate Gojo thoughts!!!

Gojo’s love language
The amount of times I think about his love language...
I do definitely think that physical touch is one of them - he seems like a very touchy person. Friendly hugs, even platonic handholding - I can definitely see him doing that. Pats on the head for anyone whos smaller than him (which means almost everyone)
I’d like to think he gives his students super strong bear hugs, causing his students to suffocate a little before he lets them go and start giggling like a little kid.
Or if he’s with a partner, he’d always have an arm around them. He always has to touch them. If his hands are cold, he’ll be a little shit and snake them under his partners shirt just to see how they squirm and wriggle. And if their hands are cold? He takes them in his own hands, shoves them in his pocket, or blows hot air into them, to warm them. Then he looks at them with a gentle but light smile, calls them silly and a dummy for not dressing properly for the weather.
Gift giving is also another love language I think he has. The dude is so fucking rich, he can afford anything. So of course he has no problem buying even the most expensive things for the people he cares about. It’s canon that a lot of the times he gets souvenirs for everyone when he’s on business trips. I like to think that he might even look out for certain items if his students or his lover asked him to.
Even when he doesn’t have work, I can imagine him just buying something that reminds him of his students, his friends, his lover. It might be a simple snack that he knows they like. Or a little toy, or anything, really.
And despite the fact that he likes doing this, I don’t think he expects anyone to do the same for him. So he’ll always remember if someone buys him something just because they think he might like it.
I also think he maybe likes quality time too. I feel like he can be clingy depending on the person. Always wanting to be with them. Quality time combined with physical touch? That’s perfect for Gojo. Said quality time can also work for texting too, I think. Him constantly texting his students random stuff, regardless of whether they find it funny. Or him sending a slew of silly and cute texts to his partner, because he wants to see how they’ll react.
And with all of this in mind, I don’t think words of affirmation is his love language. Sure, he talks a lot, people see him as annoying because of the weird stuff he says, but that’s where it ends. I don’t think he’s one to talk about romantic things seriously. He’d rather show his love through actions than simply words.
However, if his partner’s love language was words of affirmation, he’d definitely try to help them. He’d definitely say sweet things to them, even if its in his own Gojo-way. He’d have to really trust them and love them for him to actually, physically say “I love you” too, to be honest. And since it’s not his forte, if he does say something meaningful - he means it from the bottom of his heart.

Gojo being almost scared to get too attached to someone, scared to fall in love because every time he gets reminded of Geto and he doesn’t want history to repeat itself. Because love is the most twisted curse.
So when he does fall for someone, it’s like he doesn’t want to acknowledge it at first. No, he can’t fall in love - he’s the strongest, there’s no time for that, there’s too much responsibility to bear.
But even if he’s the strongest, even if he has full control over his cursed technique, he can’t gain full control of his emotions.
When he comes to terms with the fact that he’s in love - he’s not going to be obvious about it. But there will be a change in his behavior. He’s still annoying, he’s still loud, he still teases - but now, there’s a certain softness laced with his actions. He’s a bit more careful now, his thoughts are filled with the object of his desires.
But he won’t act on those desires until who knows when. Something needs to happen to make him spring to action, because he knows that once he steps into that territory there’s no going back.

Gojo: usefulness vs humanity
I've been thinking about Gojo a lot lately (sorry Gege) and how people describe him. And not only us, as viewers, but especially people in the manga.
And, additionally, how the guy describes himself.
What I've found is that how people describe him most has to do with either his utility, abilities or skills. Other descriptions that are related to his personality are often negative since, as we know, he can be hard to deal with unless you don't care about his facade and are able to see past it. And of course, seeing past it is not an obligation, and people don't seem very inclined to do so -and I think it's because they might tend to think "why would he deserve that, he already has everything."- (These are just my thoughts, though.)
I believe there was sort of a Q&A with the characters in one of the volumes, where they all tried their best to describe Gojo. I couldn't find those panels, but I remember their answers being about very surface-level aspects of him. As I said before, they were often either negative traits about his personality or positive things about his reputation. But, of course, the thing that stood out the most was this one:
Tumblr media
(And here we have very graphically what it means for him to be the strongest: Gojo, alone.)
And this is also the way he describes himself.
Tumblr media
It's a fact, something he is very aware of. Probably the very first thing he thinks about himself because it also is how other people see him. He is the six eyes user, he is different and has always been. Though there was an interval of time, three years, when it wasn't the case.
But without getting ahead of myself, even with his opponents, it's also the very first thing they were aware of.
Tumblr media
Is there anything you don't have? He is strong, he is fast, he is smart. With and without cursed energy. He is powerful. Abilities, skills and utility, these are the things that stand out the most.
Another descriptor that I found interesting was what Toji called him once:
Tumblr media
A damn monster.
I mean, if I had someone as strong as Gojo as my opponent, I would definitely think that him existing and being so powerful is a little fucked up. It has to mess with your brain. Can we really blame these people for taking a look at Gojo and instantly thinking "strong" and "monster"?
I don't know. It's very sad, if you ask me. Mostly because Gojo is acutely aware of how he is perceived; because despite everything, he is human.
Our ojitos claros has feelings and such. Wild, huh? What's more, his humanity and his feelings are his achilles heel. He cares deeply, and that will always be in the way of him achieving his highest potential. Which is why he chose to rely on others and educating the youth.
Anyway, throughout these descriptions it isn't hard to notice that not a lot of people see this human aspect of him. I think that even Gojo makes sure that they don't see it. Actually, very few choose to see and treat him like another human. And what I mean by this is being like Hm, he's strong. He's a prick. I'm gonna stick besides him.
But in the story we have someone who has described him differently, as an equal.
Tumblr media
"Who's Satoru Gojo, anyway? (He's super strong, right?)"
Here we have Gojo's strength highlighted, which is to be expected as I've written, because it's the first thing people think of him.
But throught his answer, Geto dodges that idea (though he doesn't deny it) and gives a different description, one we hadn't seen before: He was my best friend.
Throughout the story we see that there is someone who has taken a look at Gojo, has been like Hm, he (we are) is strong. He's a prick. I'm gonna stick besides him.
Geto refers to and treats Gojo entirely different from how other characters do.
They banter, they get on each others' nerves, but Geto cares about Gojo, despite him being strong. He scolds him, trusts him, but he cares nonetheless.
Tumblr media
It makes you wonder if people often care about his wellbeing, considering that, well, he is Gojo Satoru. The strongest and... sometimes a prick.
And I think that one of the reasons that Gojo took Geto's betrayal so hard was because the jujutsu system was responsible for corrupting the only person who saw him as more than Gojo Satoru.
Tumblr media
With great power not only comes great responsibility, but great loneliness too. We've learned from too many superhero stories that they have to push people away in order to 1. continue being strong 2. protect the people that they love and 3. protect themselves from heartbreak.
The way people describe Gojo is no coincidence, he makes sure it's what happens, but it also just... happens. And he lets it happen.
You have to put him at your level to really see behind those sunglasses of him. You don't only have to be strong enough, but you also have to want it. And Geto, for some reason, did. They just clicked.
I think it's amazing to see such a bond, because it completely changed Gojo.
Tumblr media
Those three years were very significant to him, because maybe it was the first or last time where he had someone who understood him, saw him and chose to stick by him, just like Gojo chose him too.
With Geto, the name Satoru didn't only mean the strongest or a damn monster. It was just a name, which was associated with friend, trust and love.
What makes the strongest "human", then? What gives them humanity? What separates them from being a monster, an object, a killing machine?
You tell me.

Since we know Gojo used to rent a place, but eventually just moved back to the jujutsu dorms, how much are we willing to bet how lonely he was when he was at his apartment? Because at least with the dorms he’s close to his students, he can always bother them.
Just imagine - Gojo, dead tired, coming back from a mission. He doesn’t even cook anything for himself - the jetlag is too strong, even for the strongest. He just plops on his bed, uniform and all and just breathes slowly, taking the familiar scent of his empty apartment, taking in the silhouette of the entire place formed by residual cursed energy, taking in every little sensation.
He should change into something more comfortable, he thinks. So he finally musters up the power to get up and peel off the layers of clothing off his body. His stomach rumbles, his brain craves for sweets, his body is just whirring like a machine that needs to be put to sleep mode. He opts to just leave his boxers on as he goes under the covers - no shirt, no pants.
And even with the jetlag, even with the tiredness - he still wakes up 3 hours later. It’s impossible for him to sleep more than that. He doesn’t mind though. After all, he’s got his cursed technique to help fight the fatigue. That’s why he’s the strongest.

Gojo who has to pinch the bridge of his nose whenever he’s without his blindfold for too long, but that pinching doesn’t alleviate the headache he has.
Even when he’s at work, he makes sure he has a pair of special sunglasses on him - just in case something happens to his blindfold.
When senses are being overloaded, when the headache is too strong - he’ll literally just close his eyes, hide his chin into the collar of his work jacket.
