I literally never post on here, but recently I’ve been journaling and learned some things:

1. Definitely start out with an introduction page. For starters, it gets the writing inspiration flowing. And from what I’ve read and heard, it helps you feel more connected with your journal; Making you want to journal more.

2. You DO NOT need to be organized or neat with your journaling. If scribbling in a writing format is what you want to put in your journal, DO IT. Whatever you want in Your Journal, write, draw, or scribble it down.

3. Make your journal a “mental home” basically a place where your mind, feelings, intentions, etc can go and feel safe at. Or don’t. It not up to me.
