Okay time for an explanation

Vampire Hunter D takes place at some point in the distant future, and D is supposedly 10,000+ years old, so he could easily be the same age as Alucard.

It's confirmed at the end of Bloodlust that D is the son of the Vampire king, the vampire king being Demon Deathchase aka Dracula

Of course D would be older then Alucard since there's no way Dracula would ever have a kid with another woman while with Lisa. So from this we can gather that D is at least 50 years older then Alucard since Dracula had been couped up in his castle for a long time by the time Lisa came around at the start of Castlevania.

To sun this all up, D and Alucard share a father (Dracula) while having different mothers (Lisa and D's mother) and most likely have a 20+ year age gap (at least)

Idk I find this fan theory really interesting and I love Castlevania and Vampire Hunter D, feel free to debate in the comments or leave your own options on the matter :)
