The Beacon, like the Beach, isn’t a very heavily-trafficked room in Club Penguin. Also like the Beach, it is a great room to go hang out with your friends if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of more popular rooms like the Town or Pizza Parlour. With that being said, the Beacon does have more going for it in terms of activities and decoration during parties. More on that later. The Beacon also provides an excellent lookout point to view all of the island.
2006-2017
The Beacon first opened up on the og Club Penguin on September 22 2006, three months after the Beach was first made available to penguins. At first there was nothing much to do at the Beacon asides from looking out the telescope.
The telescope in the top left corner allows penguins to have a better look out to sea. When Rockhopper is anticipated to arrive on the island you can look out the telescope to see how close he is to landing.
A little over a month after the Beacon was first opened up a game new mini-game was added to the room. Jetpack Adventure was released November 6 2006.
Since Jetpack Adventure is the green puffle’s favourite mini-game the Beacon was home to the green puffle during the Puffle Parties held from 2009-2013.
Surprisingly, the Beacon was updated to the new room style a little over a year before the Beach. It was updated on August 5 2011.
2017-Present (Club Penguin Rewritten)
There’s not much to say about the present-day Beacon that hasn’t already been covered here. One interesting fact about the Beacon is that unlike the vast majority of rooms on Rewritten that use the old style, the Beacon uses the new updated style. It does however occasionally change back to the old style for some parties.*

This is Part 2 of my History of Each Room in Club Penguin series
History of Each Room in Club Penguin -Part 1 The Beach
Introduction
When you first log in to any Cpps the Beach is likely to be one of the rooms you first join into. There’s little decoration and not much to do there aside from going into other rooms next to the beach. Since there is not much to do you will occasionally see penguins hanging out and chatting there if they want to get away from all the noise and distractions found in other more popular rooms. It is also where Rockhopper docks his ship when he is on the island.
History 2006-2017
The history of the Beach started shortly after Club Penguin went live for the first time, all the way back in November of 2005. During this time the Beach was not accessible and only visible on the map. (Note: this map is from March 2006)
It was in June 2006 during the summer party when the Beach was made available to penguins for the first time.
The Beach remained the same until December of 2012 when it was renovated to match the new updated theme the island was going for.
Club Penguin Rewritten 2017-Present
The Beach on Club Penguin Rewritten keeps with the older (2006-2012) theme of the original Club Penguin. The Beach is the most south-westerly accessible point on the island.

I made this blog with the intention to use it as a space to forget about the world’s problems and just enjoy a game that was a huge part of many peoples childhood’s. But with the recent string of events happening in the world right now it’s important to speak up about what is right.
I want to make this clear: we all have to stand together for human rights to oppose racism and police brutality. That means being explicitly being anti-racist. Saying “I’m not racist” or “all lives matter” while also not standing up for/with POC is not and has never been enough. If you don’t like that unfollow. It’s that simple. All lives can’t matter until black lives matter.
Below I’ll be linking some charities you can donate to if you have the financial means to do so. If not, I’ll also be linking petitions you can sign as well. Remember to go show your support to black creators and businesses. Lastly, if you or someone you know is going to protest please remember to stay safe!

By the time this goes up I’m sure you will all have tried it out, but a little over a week ago the minigame Smoothie Smash was added by the rewritten team. If you haven’t tried it out yet wander over to the Stadium, go up the the smoothie stand, and give it a go.
There’s two modes to the game: normal (timed) and survival. I loved this game back on the original Club Penguin, so I was really happy to hear it was being introduced to the island. One nice feature of the minigame is that occasionally a Club Penguin mascot will show up for a smoothie, and you can get a stamp for completing their special order. Oh yeah, did I mention that there’s stamps?
I don’t have many now as I’ve only played it twice so far, but I’m a bit of a stamp fiend so I’m hoping to get all sixteen. All in all I’m stoked the rewritten team added another minigame, with summer right around the corner this was a great choice.
(p.s. i’m still salty we never got any sled racing stamps ._.)
Just started working on a new series that I’ve been planning for a while. I already have a separate post that I’ll be uploading this Saturday, but after that I’ll be posting this new series every other Saturday for the foreseeable future.
I don’t want to say what it is just yet I’d rather it be a surprise, but it is going to take me a lot of time and research for each instalment, so I hope it’s something y’all will enjoy.
Welcome to the first post of a brand new series I’m calling the Username Awards where every few weeks I’ll be on the lookout for some of the funniest/wtf usernames on rewritten. Without further delay here’s the first group of recipients for the Username Awards:
So I’ve been thinking about this for a while. This blog was starting to pick up some steam when I had to slow down working on this for personal reasons. After a while things got so busy I gave up posting all together, with a few exceptions here and there.
Lately I’ve had more time on my hands and with that I’m going to start posting on here again at least once a week. Hopefully more.
I’m going to pick back up with my club penguin rewritten out-of-context series, as well as start working on some new ideas. Also if you have an idea you want to see come to life here please let me know! I would love to start adding in more participation from followers into this blog.
Lastly, I just wanted to say I really appreciate the small handful of people who have chosen to give this shoddy, fan-made blog a follow. I can’t wait to make my next post here, and if you ever see me on CPR don’t hesitate to say hi :)
The team really outdid themselves and said trans rights with this one😤😤
For this party four rooms have been done up. The town, night club, coffee shop, and book room. Even though this may be a small party the design of each room and the new yearbook more than make up for it.
First collectible /2. Go to the coffee shop and click the giant pink dart in the top right corner. After all the balloons pop click the party hat on the table beside the anniversary cake.
After that head upstairs to the book room, where you’ll find the pin in the bottom left corner near the lamp. While you’re there make sure to check out the 2019/2020 yearbook. It’s filled with a ton of really cool animations and is the best part of the party imo
Yes, that’s the Festival of Light, not the Festival of Flight. Head over to the Snow Forts to pick up a free item before going to the Forest. Enter the hot air balloon where you’ll be taken to the tallest mountain. There you can get a free jetpack! There’s not much else to this party, but I thought it was a nice little event to have after the holidays.
There’s a new pin in the night club and a new penguin style out. What’s your favourite part of christmas/holiday parties on club penguin? Also if you see me around the island don’t be afraid to say hi :)
November is the best month for dressing up on cpr. My favourite clothes are always from the winter catalogues, and it’s getting chilly out so why not bundle up and look cozy? Here’s some of my favourite outfits I’ve created so far with some items from the November penguin style. Enjoy!
Hey y’all! I’m currently working on cpr without context part 12. After p.12 I’m going to take a short break from the without context series. I want to make some new club penguin-related content so that this blog doesn’t become stale. I have a few ideas in the works, but any input would be appreciated!
