It’s Christmas, and you’re curled up with Credence on the sofa, listening to the wireless and just enjoying each other’s company. There are blankets and warm drinks and a small little fireplace. It’s your first Christmas as a proper couple, and your heart wants to burst with how happy you are.

You look at him, at this young man who came into your life and stole your heart without meaning to, who doesn’t know how special and wonderful and deserving he is. You’ve never loved anyone as much as you love a Credence; you just know with everything in you that you love him and always will.

Imagine that he pulls you closer and kisses you, first on the forehead, than the cheek, then finally your mouth. There’s passion but no urgency - you have the entire holiday, after all, to be together. As the two of you continue to lie together, his lips brush your hairline - after a moment, you hear him whispering, almost to himself.

“I love you. You are everything.”

Taking Scarf/Knitware Requests!

So if there’s one thing I can do other than writing, it’s knitting! Now I know it’s nearly the summer and so people might not want to buy scarves, but it would take time to make and send over, and it’s always good to be prepared for that odd cold day! I myself enjoy to wear the scarves I’ve made over the years ☺️

At the moment, I can offer to make:

Newt’s Hufflepuff Scarf from the first Fantastic Beasts movie

A Gryffindor scarf (yellow and red)

Any scarf featuring red, yellow or grey-blue.

In the near future, I am happy to offer:

Scarves inspired by the dragons in HTTYD.

For example; a black and red one inspired by Toothless, with a crest on the end of the scarf

A yellow and blue one inspired by Stormfly

Basically anything you’d like!

I wouldn’t be charging much to make those scarves though, no more than £5-£10 depending on the length of the scarf in question, and I’d be happy to ship them anywhere in the world. If you wanted something embroidered or sewn on, I’d charge no more than an extra £5 for that at the most. If people would like me to do other colors, I’ll happily make those as well, it’s just that that’s what I have at the moment. I also wouldn’t ask for payment until the scarf is finished and ready to be sent, though if people would like to pay earlier than I am okay with that too.

I could also make stuff like blankets - not necessarily for you but if you’ve got a little one who has dolls or likes to play with babies in prams, I can make blankets for them too. I am also willing to accept requests for hats or anything else you might want.

If anyone would like me to make anything else, please just let me know and I’ll consider it.

So…yeah. If anyone is interested in having a relatively cheap handmade, knitted with love scarf/blanket/whatever, I’m more than happy to do that! Just DM me and ask if you have any questions or requests.

Alright, guys, we have a slight problem here.

There’s one person - me - running this blog and doing stuff. However, it was a side-blog to my original main blog - it was random that I added my spare blog as a member of the page just in case I deleted my main blog. That’s the only reason I have access to this right now.

I’m sure we’re all aware of the massive fuck-up purge by tumblr right now, how thousands of blogs were randomly terminated for no reason with no warning? Yep, my original blog was one of them. I’ve been emailing the staff for nearly an entire month now but they’re fucking morons and haven’t done shit to help anyone who’s blog has been wrongly terminated. 

The problem is that, despite it being ‘terminated’, this page is still saying my old tumblr exists. I can tag my old blog - @newt-loves-tina - and it still lists it as the admin blog. But if I try searching for it, it says it doesn’t exist. So I can’t even use the old url for my new blog, and I can’t log into it to change the admins because when I log in it just says “ACCOUNT TERMINATED” etc.

My new blog is not listed as an admin, which means I’m unable to check the inbox for requests and things. So please don’t think I’m just ignoring you guys and your requests for no reason, I’m literally incapable of viewing them until tumblr pulls it’s head out its ass and fixes the problem :/

Credence is NOT a bad person

(an indirect sequel to my post, ‘Leta Lestrange is NOT a bad person’)

Okay, so I kind of agree that Credence wasn’t given a huge amount in CoG, given that this film was supposedly him searching for who he is but I’m blaming that on David Yates - the man fucked up the last 4 Potters and cut a LOT of great scenes from CoG: Tina/Leta protecting Newt/his case, scenes of Queenie and Grindelwald, and of course the scene where Credence and Nagini are on the rooftop of a building. We’ve seen the latter scene in trailers, and according to a few of the making-of books, it was supposedly a scene where Nagini and Credence discussed a) her condition and her wanting to remain human for as long as possible, and b) Credence’s obscurial power/him being able to control his obscurus.

Anyway, I respect that a lot of people don’t like Credence, that’s all personal taste and I can see what people mean when they say he hasn’t been given a lot to do yet because he hasn’t - hopefully the other films will explore his full potential as a wizard. However, I’ve seen a few people flat out despise him because he’s ‘a bad person’/’selfish’ etc. etc., which I personally don’t agree with.

As always, this is all my own personal opinion - I’m not trying to force people to change their minds, I just want to offer my own take on things.

Thanks to my work fucking up my payslip for the fortnight, I have way less money than I should. See, I was told to take the 17th and 18th off as earned holiday pay, same for this weekend just gone - but instead I’ve only been paid for a shift I did three weeks ago.

So I’m well and truly fucked.

I feel this prompt because I’m also extremely shy :p

When you and Credence met, neither of you really talked a lot - he’s kind of shy too, and neither of you were quite sure how to start a conversation without feeling too awkward or embarrassed.

Being friends with him was nice because you knew he wouldn’t pressure you to talk, and he knew you wouldn’t pressure him to either. You both understood each other without words.

When you two get together, it’s really sweet; Credence sort of takes your hand, and when you look up he’s smiling nervously, cheeks kind of pink. “I...I really like you, Y/N,” He utters softly. “I mean...more than friends like each other”. And you smile too, blushing, because “yeah...yeah, I like you more than a friend too, Credence”

You two go for walks, and you spend your time quietly talking. Sometimes you two don’t feel much like talking, and you’re both content to just hold hands and be together.

He later becomes a small bit more confident than you are, but he doesn’t judge you for being even shyer than him. He doesn’t mind suggesting dates that he thinks you’ll like, because he knows that you can be a bit passive when it comes to suggesting activities or speaking

The times you do suggest things to do, he immediately agrees and encourages you to tell him - he loves it when you start to come out of your shell a bit.

Being shy, it’s a little difficult sometimes for you to loosen up/relax, but Credence is different - you come to learn that you can trust him, that he doesn’t mind that you’re shy, that he won’t judge or ridicule you.

He really loves the sound of your voice. Hearing it gives him such a thrill, such happiness.

Some people think it’s a little weird that you get shy, but Credence knows better - he knows that you’re deep, thoughtful, and intelligent. He knows you make the world a far better place, and he counts himself as beyond lucky that he met you.

Could you do credence being with a reader with a stutter HC ??? Xx

Hi! This prompt really got me interested because Ezra used to have a debilitating stutter until he did opera. Also, I don’t have a stutter (well, I stutter when I’m nervous but that’s not the same) so if things are incorrect, I apologize in advance!

You get flustered the first time you meet Credence because he’s kind of cute, and being flustered makes the stuttering so much worse - you get all red-faced as you try to say hello, but the words don’t come out how you want them to.

Credence is only a little taken aback but he smiles and says hi. He doesn’t mention the stutter, even when you continue to do it whenever you interact

Lots of people have bullied you over your stutter in the past, and they continue to. Credence doesn’t, however, and he’s super sweet to you.

He always waits for you to finish your sentences before speaking, listening intently. He doesn’t interrupt even when your stuttering gets worse, because he knows how important it is for you to finish speaking.

He also always tries to keep eye contact with you so you know he’s listening to what you have to say

When you’re comfortable with it, you sometimes talk about your stutter with him - and he understands completely. There’s no judgement or pity or anything - he treats you like anyone else, plain and simple.

If someone is rude to you about your stutter, interrupting you or finishing your sentences, it really embarrasses you - and Credence knows it. Even though he doesn’t like confrontation, he’ll say to the person “please don’t interrupt (Y/N), it’s rude”, and it makes you feel so much better that he understands/is there for you.

He loves you for your personality, because he thinks you’re beautiful and wonderful. Soon, he barely even notices the stutter because he’s too busy listening to what it is you’re saying as opposed to how you say it.

Credence x Reader with anxiety/depression

This is self-indulgent and personal, but I wanted to post it anyway.

Credence is so understanding when you tell him about your mental health problems - he understands anxiety especially, as he’s felt this himself

When you have a bad day/low mood, Credence is there immediately. He makes some hot cocoa and the biggest warmest blanket, and the two of you sit on the couch just holding onto each other as he lets you rant/tell him what’s bothering you

When it’s a really bad day and you feel like no one would miss you, that you’re worthless or pointless, Credence makes sure to tell you that he would definitely miss you, and that you’re not worthless because you’re everything to him. It doesn’t solve all your problems, of course, but it’s comforting to know that he’s there for you and does care.

Sometimes you have panic attacks and find that you can’t breathe; Credence brings you to sit outside and wraps his arms around you. He makes sure that you’re breathing in time with him, deep even breaths, and he hums under his breath to keep you calm until it passes.

If you have to take medication, he makes sure you take it at the same time every day. “It’ll help you get better.”

He’s really very patient and understanding because he knows what it’s like to feel numb, to feel afraid, to feel worthless or like everything is too much. He knows that depression is more than feeling sad, and that anxiety is more than nervousness.

Credence just generally being very understanding and not judging you because he knows it’s something you can’t help - it’s awful but he knows you’re strong enough to beat it.

Guys I’m freaking out because I have the chance of meeting Ezra Miller TWICE in the next month or so! 😱

Basically, I’ll be at the London premiere of Fantastic Beasts in two weeks, so I might meet him there. I also bought a ticket to the London show that Sons of Illustrious Father are doing, and I’m hoping I’ll get to meet Ezra afterwards or something!
