It’s often said that the most beautiful of diamonds form under immense pressure. But diamonds are rare, and not every mineral is a diamond. Sometimes a rock just cracks or breaks under pressure.

I’m like a rock. I crack under too much stress, I break under too much pressure. But I think that’s okay. I have a breaking limit, but I know what it is and can deal with it. I might not be a glittering diamond, able to withstand all sorts of pressure, but I know that under the right circumstances I can shine just as bright.

Yeah I unfortunately agree with this. Went into the show with such high expectations, and those expectations just were not met. I loved the actors tho - especially the main kids - but thought the writing and actual storyline should have been different. I’m still crossing my fingers that things improve next season because I don’t want to give up on a series I’ve spent most of my life loving and dreaming for a good remake.

Rick Riordan constantly trashing the movies for not sticking to his books then releasing a show in which he rewrites everything and loses the spirit of the books entirely
