pairing: boyfriend!beomgyu x fem!reader

genre: fluff, reader doesn’t rly like pda but gyu loves showing reader affection, slight arguing (?)

summary: beomgyu questions your love for him after you refuse to show him affection in public. all he wants to do is love you.

“gyu, stop. we’re in public” you say, pushing beomgyu’s face away from yours after he tries to kiss you. beomgyu looked at you confused.

you were never the affectionate type, but beomgyu was. it had been a while since you were last in a serious relationship and you had to get used to the whole pda thing. all beomgyu wanted to do was kiss you, hold your hand, all that stuff; but you weren't really a fan of it.

right now, you and beomgyu were at the library with his friends (who were also your friends) and he keeps trying to kiss you. it's not that you don't like kissing him, it's just the fact that you're in public, where not only his friends, but others around can see.

he currently had his arm wrapped around your shoulder. you switched in your seat, trying to send beomgyu a signal to remove his arm from your shoulder.

beomgyu sighed and removed his arm before getting up from the table. “i’ll be back, i need some air” beomgyu said before walking out of the building. all the boys at the table watched him walk off before looking at you.

“you should probably go check on him” soobin spoke. you nodded before getting up from the table and heading outside yourself. once you exited the building, you were met with beomgyu sitting on a bench with his head facing the ground, leg bouncing up and down.

“gyu, what’s wro-”

“do you hate me? did i do something wrong?” beomgyu cut you off, finally looking up at you. “w-what? no! what would make you think that?” you questioned.

“you don’t let me love you! you push me away all the time. there's no communication” he exclaimed. tears threatening to leave his eyes.

you felt horrible.

“beomgyu, i love you more than anything. my last relationship was extremely toxic and it made me scared of being in love again, but then i met you. and i swear that i am in love with you, i just- i don’t know how to express my feelings without feeling uncomfortable” you started.

“i know that you're extremely affectionate, but i’m not. well, at least not publicly. i’m sorry that i didn't open up to you and i promise to do better, i just need time” you finished.

beomgyu just sat there. he cupped your cheeks before leaning in to kiss you. you allowed yourself to melt into the kiss, wrapping your arms around his neck.

once you pulled away, you admired your boyfriend's face as he did the same.

“i love you so much” you breathed. “i love you so much more” he smiled.

summary: you got your boyfriend a polaroid camera for his birthday and now he can’t stop taking pictures of his favorite girl.

“happy birthday binnie!” you exclaimed, placing a soft kiss on your boyfriend’s cheek. “thank you, but you didn't have to get me anything” he chuckled.

“i know, but i wanted to! you deserve it, now open it” you told him. he began opening the cutely wrapped box, trying his best to not ruin it too much. once he finally finished, he pulled out a blue polaroid camera.

“y/n, this is so adorable” he smiled, leaning in an pressing a kiss to your lips. “i was worried you wouldn't like it” you sighed. “i love it, baby”

“well i’m glad, use it well”

and use it well he did.

almost everyday, soobin would snap a picture of you. it didn’t matter if you were sleeping, reading, or even studying. he thought you were beautiful and had to capture you in almost every angle.

“soobin, this is the 4th picture you’ve taken of me today. you’re gonna run out of film” you laughed. “i know, i know. but i just can’t help it” he shrugged.

“don’t worry. i find it cute” you told him. “good, because i’m not stopping anytime soon. i love you and i will continue to take these polaroids” he smiled down at you before planting a kiss on your forehead.

“i love you more”
