Ok let’s visit this
1. Don’t eat 3 meals a day, 1 is enough, 2 is ok, 3 is too much. Also, always skip early breakfast if you can. Break your fast at noon/1 ish. It’s better for your metabolism and digestive system. Also, never EVER eat anything past 8PM
2. Always have a non-alcoholic and SUGAR FREE drink with you, so basically water (alcaline and mineralized water)
3. The beta state of sleep is the best when it comes to creative ideas, so not trusting any of your thoughts past 9PM would be like saying live without creative ideas. That’s one boring life
4. EVERY SINGLE DAY
5. Yes yes and yes
6: No pressure
there are like five rules to life and those rules are
1. eat 3 meals a day
2. always have a non alcoholic drink with you
3. never trust anything you think about your life after 8-9pm
4. do a little something for urself every day
5. interact with a Beast at least once a day (human, feline, canine, lizard, bird, etc)
and the secret 6th rule:
6. if you can't do all of those rules, just do the ones you can
