Momo doesn't have his piercing!

And as we clearly know he has it on chapters that are in the future, like this Christmas special (ch.224)

Moreover, in this specific chapter we understand that this is the first time that He Tian meets with Mo after he left.

So Mo got the piercing either by He Tian before he left or got it by someone else (like a professional or something) after He Tian left.

My point is...
