Billy and Prize Petal Pretty Kitty

I really love how people compare Billy to the Little Pretty Kitties. I feel like Prize Petal is the most Billy vibes with its blonde and blue hair. So I drew a agere Billy having done their make up to be similar to the toy's (and getting their hands on temp blue hair dye - maybe Eddie or Jonathan helped him with that bit) and he's excitingly showing his make up off to his mama (Joyce). Joyce is just really amused with her adopted kiddo.

I just updated clipstudio and now it lets me record time lapses of my illustrations through the program!!! I've been wanting to redraw this scene because Billy is so little in it and since i wanted a quick and small illustration to test this feature out I finally got off my butt and drew it I wanted to try to put dark chains around Billy's hands to be a head nod to the Mind-flyer but didn't like the way it looked

Consider Lorelai tends to lose control of her epithet when her emotions are strong, wouldn’t it make sense that when she regresses mentally her body physically does so as well?

Lorelai doesn't commonly physically regress her body to match her mindset - even if in theory she could.

Since I headcanon her as a vent/trauma regressor who involuntary regresses at times when shes overwhelmed - her subconscious reaction to the same things that would make her regress is to lash out at others or flee (Her powers would react similar based on her subconscious), most of the time into a dream bubble; where she has full control.

For Lorelai I think she would only physically regress ONLY if she manged to feel safe and comfortable enough. Which is something that isn't the easiest for Lorelai because of anxiety, trust issues, insecurities, and fear. She is often on edge around other people. If she physically younger it's harder to protect herself / it would be harder to protect others from herself. Even around people she is more comfortable around like Molly and Daisy its hard for her to get into a place in her mindset that she would feel safe enough. Even with Molly's Dumb Epithet or Daisy's Pacifiy Epithet it can't put Lorelai in a headspace that will cause her to physically regress.

The other reason why my answer would lean to no with her physically regressing is honestly as someone who is a trauma/vent regressor who kins Lorelai… I just personally don't like when people make the agere physical most of the time because I feel like alot of people will take away a character's more mature features by making regressors all physically smaller and less developed then CGs and often shames Regressors with thicker body types (Like Lorelai's).

Also Little Big Sister Lorelai and Big Little Sister Molly with their height differences is honest rather cute without ruining it by making Lorelai younger then Molly physically XD

I really love sleepytime tea but i went with my 2nd favorite tea (Lavender Milk Tea) because i felt it suited a party Lorelai would throw better. And to wrap this post up here is a drawing of Lorelai happy stimming in the outfit i picked out from the game ~!

Random Ramble # 1

I love make plushies and my own toys. I can't read knitting patterns and I make my own sewing patterns because I don't have a printer but I love them so much. Regressor Ask for Cal (I Dont Know If I Did This Right)

My first request form the Moon's Agere Ask game ~! Because I've only every talked about one Cal and you didn't state a specific fandom I'm just gonna assume you're talking about Cal Trask from East of Eden <3 If you aren't requesting him feel free to resend the ask with the fandom the Cal you meant is from~

🤍🤍Regressor🤍🤍

1) What age do they regress to?

While he is a permiregressor but he is a trauma/vent regressor oldest 5 year old youngest baby. He's fairly independent even in his younger ranges but is always rather quiet.

2) Comfort item(s)?

His biggest comfort item is Annabelle his Puppy Lovely. A homemade knitted puppy lovely. But, he also has a soprano recorder that he'll play when feeling conflicted.

This is Annabelle. I made her IRL shes fully knitted and she has one dark blue button eye and one gray greenish button eye.

3) Is there anything that can make them instantly regress or that can pull them out of headspace?

Being called bad, evil or anything like that and Feeling rejected are two that can cause him to drop easily. Feeling threaten can pull him out of his younger headspace and will likely lead him to fleeing or fighting.

4) What's their ideal regression day like?

A lay back day with Abra (Most likely) with cuddles - playing with Annie and tinker toys - having Peter Rabbit read to him - arts and crafts - maybe going for a nature walk too.

5) Is there anything they do to get ready to regress (set up a space, change into comfy clothes, etc.)

Cal is most pron to hiding when he starts to feel like he's about to drop but once his CG or someone he trusts finds him he'll most likely become a clingy cuddle bug

6) Any special interests?

Peter Rabbit and Beatrix Potter other books in the series, Gardening, and Being in Nature

He is a thumb sucker and a bit of a wander so CG(s) have to keep an eye out on him.

Fictional Agere Challenge Day 9

Day 9: an obscure character that you hc as a caregiver

I had a really hard time with today's prompt because I normally have like a character who is a regressor that i like and then i look around them to find a good CG character in their media to like. So I was stumped and looking around my desk when i saw my Hanamaruobake towel that i have hanging on my desk because it says "I just want to say well done for all the hard work you're putting in" and i find it really sweet and motivating. Thats when i realized today's CG should be Hanamaruobake from Sanrio

Hanamaruobake is a tiny spirit that leaves hanamaus for others. A Hanamau mark (can be seen being drawn in the first gif) that is often used to praise a person - its like a gold star sticker on a test~. They are rather shy and talented at hide and seek.

As a CG they would often leave you a hanamu to praise you, sometimes even leaving them with little candies or on things like your water bottle or next to your medication as if praising you for taking care of your needs.

My Billy Hargrove Art - 2/28/24

Starting off I wanted to just figure how how i would draw Billy. Like with Cal I'm not super use to drawing fanart of live action characters. If you didn't read this Billy post I made I HC Billy nonbinary using He/Him but Fem leaning and uses Female titles with people he trust.

This is canon divergent so Billy survived the mind flyer (and now lives with Joyce) but I since it is post season 3 - he tends to wear alot more clothes now - its rare for most people to see him without his arms, and chest full covered due to the sever scaring he has from his time being possessed.

Billy will wear make-up; it started out before moving in with the Byers to hide bruises. But now he always wears beach colors nail polishes liking the way it looks, but he will wear blush and lip gloss (not lip stick cause he doesn't like the way it feels) in softer colors when he's feeling on the more fancy or mature fem side. His eyeshadow is always in some shade of blue if he puts eyeshadow on.

He’s a premaregressor and a Trauma & Vent Regressor of Baby to 5 year old with most his drops are involuntary. His biggest special interest regressed or not is everything relating to the Ocean or Sea.

As you can see in this picture first Billy doesn't have his dangle earring like he normally does - thats because whenever he drops who ever is around will either switch the dangle earring with the matching non dangle earring, or get someone Billy will trust to switch them. Joyce is really accepting of Billy's age regression but doesn't like the idea of anyone mentally or physically under the age of 10 wearing dangling earrings due to the risk of injury. So its a house rule.

Fun fact all of the stuffed animal Billy have here i own IRL. Since he has a hard time with being gifted things he's slowly collected these since moving in with Joyce from various people.

Stuffed animal Roll call~!!

Ariel, the jellyfish plushy by his hand, was the only one he had before moving in with the Byers from his mother. She is modified to have a rattle box in her body and years ago when she lost an eye Billy stole a stuffed animal eye from a craft store to replace it.

The sea bunny thats on his leg. Joyce gave it to him when he was in the government hospital - The sea bunny's name is Sea-yah.

The sea turtle was also given to him pretty early one by El - her name is Apple. Why? Cause shes green like a apple.

Aegir is a black tip reef shark that Billy got when the whole Byers-Hopper family (including him) went to the aquarium. Jim surprised him with Aegir because he refused to pick out anything from the gift shop not wanting to be a burden. (El told Jim which one Billy liked the most having read his mind). His name is Aegir because Billy knows the name of every sea or ocean themed god. And he thought the shark looked like an Aegir.

Fictional Agere Challenge Day 8

Day 8: an obscure character that you hc as a regressor

Another self indulgent choose for me would be Cal Trask from East of Eden (The 1955 movie version) since he's my 2nd highest kin.

I honestly don't know how much I should explain XD East of Eden's movie is set in 1917 with Cal being our main character. He is raised by his highly religious father Adam, overshadowed by his twin brother Aron, and grows up without a mother who abandoned the family when the twins were only afew months old.

I won't go into much detail of all the reasons why i heavily relate and kin Cal (being my 2nd highest kin) but, I have tried my hand at drawing Cal. I don't often draw fan art of live action media so it was a fun challenge

For my drawing version of Cal I kinda took my two favorite outfits from the movie (the sweater and the overalls) and merged them together.

AGERE Cal Headcanons

Cal is a permaregressior whose normal age range is 9 - 11 year old

He's a Trauma & Vent Regressor age range of Baby to 5 year old

Cal deals with Selective Mutism; others find this to be off putting at times.

20 out of 23 of Beatrix Potter Tales in the World of peter rabbit where published between 1902 through 1917, with the last three being published 1918, 1922, and 1930. Meaning Cal could have totally been a peter rabbit fan in littlespace

He doesn't like toy guns or soldiers but since Tinker Toys was invented in 1914 he could totally play with them besides things like wooden toys, and knitted blocks.

I do headcanon him with a knitted puppy lovely named Annabelle (Who made it ??? Maybe he made it himself or Abra made it for him)

Cal is rather good at playing a Soprano Recorder and will use it when upset and struggling to express his emotions.

Both when and when he isn't regressed Cal, tends hold his body in contorted awkward positions due to his tension and shyness. Hugging himself, and rocking is common things Cal does when he feels uncomfortable or to self sooth. He is also very touched starved but is easily made uncomfortable by physical contact with others.

Cal has a tendency of putting his fingers in his mouth or fidgeting with his lips. Often when feeling rather small or confused he'll start sucking his fingers. When not feeling on the younger side he will sometimes bite or chew on his fingers.

Is prone to throwing temper tantrums because he has alot of big emotions that are hard to handle. He will often ask or make comments about being Bad due to being treated this way no matter what he did even when he was trying to help or be good. He needs alot of reinsurance (more so after a tantrum) that even when upset he isn't bad.

Fictional Agere Challenge Day 7

Day 7: an “unfitting” character (a villain, someone from horror, etc) that you hc as a caregiver

I don't really watch alot of horror movies but I thought I would go with Remus Sanders from Sanders Sides as today's character considering he could loosely be considered a villain.

I headcanon Remus as a chaotic Older Brother CG. He'll give kids and regressors candy, and sweets. He'll let them watch pretty much anything without taking into account how scary it might be (But he'll cuddle and comfort them when they get scared. I also HC him being Roman's main CG with roman being a vent regressor.

Random thoughts ~

Looking after others helps turn down his intrusive thoughts and gives him something to focus on.

Remus doesn't care if the little one hes watching makes a mess. He'll even encourage it.

Love Halloween themed things like full year around.

Is a rather energetic CG coming up with all kinds of activities to do.

The green on his outfit glows in the dark and he carries glow sticks in case someone is scared of the dark.

Remus is very protective, he will be any little one's scary dog.

He doesn't believe in punishment - in fact he'll encourage trouble making instead.

If something they are watching on the tv starts upsetting the little one he's babysitting he'll use his power to auto turn it to static and start comforting the upset person.

When playing tickle monster he'll summon his tentacles to tickle with but he never uses them to restrain a little one unless they are a danger to themselves.

He has so many different kinds of fidgets toys that he'll share.

Being a little self indulgent Imma go with Billy Hargrove from Stranger Things - one of my higher kins~!

🩵 💙 🩵 ~ 💙 🦈 💙 ~ 🩵 💙 🩵 (Icon made by me) I first want to mention I choose Billy for day six not because i see him as a villain but rather because his show is light Horror IMO. I also HC Billy as Nonbinary Fem Leaning - who mainly uses He/him and but uses female titles by people Billy trusts.

AGERE Billy Headcanons

He's a premaregressor of 9 to 13 year old

He's also a Trauma & Vent Regressor of Baby to 5 year old

A lot of his drops are involuntary.

Pron to becoming semi or fully nonverbal when stressed or scared. But also not a huge talker most of the time when feeling little.

Gets VERY clingy when feeling on the younger side but is also pron to hiding when he first drops. He struggles a lot with touch though and should be the one to make first content or at least be asked first to before touching him.

Billy loves aquariums - Could spend hours there and one of the few places that doesn't trigger his anxiety. Aquarium and in the ocean videos can help calm him down. Beaches and sealife is a big special interest for him.

Struggles playing with toys after having all his toys thrown out when his mom left but does enjoy drawing. He also loves playing in water when little.

Secretly (Not really) has an oral fixation that he normally uses cigarettes (even not lit) or lollipops to keep it at bay but tends to need to be pacified when regressed because he'll suck his fingers or random items.

Billy barley had any little items before his CG takes him in. And he struggles a lot with being bought things because everything comes with strings attached in his world and it takes him time to get comfortable with things. He also feel guilty or bad when others spend money on him. Surprise gifts are not a positive for him and can lead to distress. It is a bit better when a Cg has him "work" towards an item.

Billy is rather hard to punish due to being physically abused, neglected, and having his things taken or broken - it can be a rather sensitive topic. CGs make it a point not to physically punish Billy because he already automatically assumes he'll be hit or kicked out for doing wrong. Time out don't really work well because it worsens his anxiety. Time-ins work the best because they help him calm down and being guided on how his behavior was wrong - rather then letting him stew in it by himself.

My preferred CGs for Billy (In order from the Best to Okay)

Joyce Byers~!!!! She would have taken one look at Billy and seen past his masks and see the abused hurt little kid he secretly is. And if he flirted with her - She would def not act on it and i don't know give him a cookie instead. I do feel like she could easily become the mother figure that Billy desperately wants. She also would be very accepting and understanding of Billy both his regression and more feminine traits.

'El' Jane Hopper, Billy and her have a rather interesting little/older sibling relationship were El takes on a big sisterly role to Billy when regressed but Billy also shows and teaches El a lot of stuff when not fully regressed and views her as a little sister.

Jonathan Byers, the two develop a oddly good relationship both when Billy is regressed and not. Joanthan keeps a kinda older brother role to Billy at all times - often removing Billy from situations that might end badly for Billy or others. Billy doesn't get violent towards Joanathan most of the time but Joanathan is able to deal with Billy without either of them getting to hurt if he has to.

Will Byers, the two were rather neutral to each other until Will found out that Billy was a rather talented artist in his own respect. The two draw alot and get into really painful conversations about their together more then Billy talks to Jonathan about it because the two just have more in common. The two don't really have defined role of which is the older sibling. Sometimes Billy feels rather jealous and envious of Will though because he had an older brother to protect him and a mom that didn't abandoned him and people who cared him when he was possessed. But this doesn't effect their relationship much - its more something that Joyce has to deal with.

Eddie Munson, Billy's favorite babysitter. The two were friendly before everything happened. Billy often bought from Eddie. Was at first disappointed at how tame the teen was when he first met Eddie based on the rumors. The two however get alone really well (and Eddie is the closest thing Billy has to as a real friend in hawkins before Joyce takes him in). Eddie also lets Billy paint his nails much to Billy's pleasure.

Jim Hopper, at first they were not close. In fact Billy was activily scared of him and would often "bark" at the man. But Joyce and El loves him so Billy didn't lash out to much. Jim often needs to make sure he doesn't take the bait when Billy tests and push him but the more he doesn't react in anger - the more comfortable Billy becomes around Jim. It takes much longer then his quick acceptance of Joyce as a mother figure but Billy does end up accepting Hopper as a replacement (and better) father figure.

Steve Harrington, it takes a good while before Billy or Steve gets comfortable near eachother. Billy still has a tendacey to stay away when Steve is around but is more likely to join the group if Eddie is also there. The two mange to come to a understanding about the fight with Eddie and Joyce's help. Both apologize for their parts.

Fictional Agere Challenge Day 5

Day 5: a character you hc as a flip

A character a view as a interesting and fun Flip is Ena from Ena~! Agere Blue/Sad Ena, CG Yellow/Happy Ena

Blue Ena is a Vent Regressor - Yellow Ena is a Big Sibling Caregiver. Note - I use They/Them and She/Her pronouns for Ena.

Random Thoughts~

Yellow often acts as Blue's CG and will comfort her blue side by doing things like petting the blue side's hand.

The two are almost always permanently in their respective mindsets - with it only fully shifting to one or the other when one side takes full control.

Both sides are highly codependent on the other to the point they are barley functional when one is in full control.

They are the embodiment of CGing yourself.

Blue Ena has alot of big negative emotions she doesn't know how to handle as well as sever social anxiety and she is easily overwhelmed. Yellow Ena is the one who feels more comfortable dealing with people but can be a bit overbearing.

Blue Ena likes soft cozy things and can sometimes be settled down by being given a plushie or a soft blanket. She also finds watching Yellow Paint rather relaxing.

Yellow Ena will literally eat anything but Blue Ena is a rather picky eater.

They are left handed - Yellow has really nice hand writing and can paint well but Blue's motor skills with her hand is alot less fine, to the point where she will often drop things if Yellow doesn't also hold them. Yellow will still praise her younger side for any drawings or attempts at writing she does.

Yellow keeps a sticker chart to help get Blue through tasks and chores she struggles with to help keep them on track. It works pretty well for most things

Both sides of Ena feel out of place in most situations - The yellow Side is just better at handling it.
