Ok, so in this au, who's JD partners, and what's their relationship like with him?

cracks knuckles.

so!! we have bh!sabbath and bh!scooter [owned by @mangoshibi] a heavy metal troll and a pop troll gone grey.

jd and scooter knew each other shortly after the escape from bergen town and have a strained relationship [not romantic at first].

she was one of the non believers because she wanted so badly to believe that her family was okay because jd didn't have the heart to tell her they probably were gone.

when she tried to tell the villagers he was a liar and such, they ganged up on her and essentially shunned and shamed her. she lost her colors and jd realized just how much power he had over the village and what he could do.

in the current storyline, scooter despises jd and is apart of the 'outcasts' [along w poppy and creek]. they dont interact much until the end of the 1st arc and beginning of the 2nd arc. im still thinking about how their dynamic develops.

MEANWHILE SABBATH !!

they're a bounty hunter tasked with bringing the trio to barb while retrieving the string. they're the only one lucky enough to actually find the village [due to how well jd had hidden it]

sabbath is very strange at first but passes off as just a weird pop troll. they do sortve believe jd can fell the future but it's not too important. the dynamic they have with jd is interesting because jd just cant quite figure them out.

the "soulmate" bit was supposed to bruce messing with jd but they caught on and played along with it. bh sabbath struggles with feeling things genuinely at first but they start feeling remorse for bringing him to barb.

their relationship has some tension at first but it doesn't develop till later [similar to scooter as they're involved with each other too!!]

hope this makes SOME sort of sense 😭
