While I like pumpkin spice, I LOVE peppermint mocha! Here's my easy, homemade recipe for you to enjoy a hot (or cold) cup of peppermint mocha over the holidays...

Mary Lemanski's Peppermint Mocha Recipe

1 cup coffee

2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix or cocoa powder or chocolate syrup

1 peppermint herbal tea bag

Milk or cream (optional; to taste)

Steep peppermint tea bag in cup of coffee for 2-3 minutes.

Remove tea bag & add 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix or cocoa powder or chocolate syrup. Stir.

When chocolate is dissolved, you may add milk or cream to taste (optional).

Enjoy!

The 3 songs recorded for Mary Lemanski's Coal Miner's Granddaughter EP were recorded in the early 2000s. They were recorded on ADAT tapes, but never mixed. These old ADAT tapes were found a few years ago and mixed & mastered for your listening pleasure.
