This was a unique transaction , because my client did not speak English as her first language, She had no idea where to start in the selling process of selling her property, she has been living in the property for almost 20 years, which was her pride and joy. Her son contacted me through FB and asked if i could help his mother with the process of selling her property. She only speaks Spanish he said and he wanted to make sure that her mother was in good hands and make sure that someone looked after her best interests at heart, since he was living in a different state.
