If you don’t have an ED and you’re curious about this community, fucking run. This shit ruins your life. You’ll find yourself doing completely desperate things, keeping secrets, and destroying your body until you can’t anymore.
There’s nothing to romanticize or glorify. This shit kills people. You don’t want to get involved.

Does anyone else not trust their scales??
I weigh myself at my mom’s house (digital scale) and my dad’s (scale with needle gauge thingy) and they both relatively say the same weight but I always get freaked out and don’t trust what it says

🌱My ana guide for fast food restaurants (vegetarian)🌱
1. Subway
I always get:
toasted veggie sub on wheat with banana peppers, green peppers, lettuce, spinach, tomato, and salt n pepper = 6” 220 cal foot long = 430 cal
Skip the chips and cookies!!!!
2. Chipotle
I NEVER get burritos. That’s my biggest trigger food. Instead I get:
Burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, and lettuce = 425 cal
Light lemonade or water = 0-10 cal
Absolutely no chips or queso!
3. McDonald’s
I haven’t been to McDonald’s in about 2 years but the only things I can recommend are:
Egg McMuffin (no cheese, meat, or butter) = 210 cal
Side salad (without dressing) = 15 cal
Kiddie cone (if ice cream machine is working) = 45 cal
Americano or regular coffee = 0 cal
Iced latte = 90 cal
Apple slices = 15 cal
GoGurt (kid’s menu) = 45 cal
Parfait (without granola) = 180 cal
The fries are NOT vegetarian!!!!!!!!!!!
4. Panera
I adore panera and they have so many low cal meatless options that are actual meals, not just snacks or sides
Lentil Quinoa Bowl (no chicken or egg) = 280 cal
Black bean soup = 90 cal/cup
Vegetarian vegetable soup = 70 cal/cup
Mediterranean veggie sandwich (no hummus or onion) = 200 cal/half
Apple (side) = 50 cal
And no, I would not like something from the bakery for 99 ¢
5. Sushi restaurants
I get the same thing every single time:
Cucumber avocado roll (I usually get 2) = 140 cal/roll
Edamame = 189 cal
Other options:
Seaweed salad = 130 cal
Miso soup = 35 cal
No fried, greasy, or overly salted foods
6. Taco Bell
I also don’t frequent Taco Bell but I can recommend:
Soft taco (no beef, replace with black beans) = 190 cal
Bean burrito (Black beans instead of refried, no cheese) = 370 cal
“Cheesy rollup” (I think this is the same as a quesadilla) = 180 cal
Small cinnamon twists = 170 cal
These are all the places I’m familiar with enough to feel comfortable eating at. I hope this helped some of you that are struggling with eating out with friends/family at fast food places!!

Literally... eating with chopsticks has just become habit and tbh I actually really enjoy the aesthetic of eating with them

I’m so proud of myself
I woke up today and was 2lbs lighter!!! I was worried I’d be so gross and bloated today because I’m going swimming but I’m the completel opposite! My hip bones are super prominent and the bottom of my ribs are sticking out! Today is going to be great!!
Edit: I also had a terrible headache at like 3-5am and couldn’t sleep and it was awful and it’s definitely from restricting but it was worth it to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYING TO LOSE MULTIPLE LBS IN A DAY ITS NOT HEALTHY AT ALL AND CAUSES SYMPTOMS LIKE FATIGUE, HEADACHE, MUSCLE WEAKNESS, IRRITABILITY, CONSTIPATION AND/OR DIARRHEA, ETC. I knew my limits and knew the consequences for doing it. It’s not fun nor is it easy and it DOES NOT MAKE YOU FEEL BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOURE SHITTING YOUR BRAINS OUT AT 6am. Just thought I’d add that because everyone is romanticizing fasting and restricting and I can promise it feels like hell.
