synopsis: you and sunoo never really were in best terms, actually you would if he wouldn’t be an asshole.
a/n: I’m actually kinda unsure about this one but hey this is my first ever Sunoo ff on tumblr 😋 ❗️ BTW ITS NOT PROOFREAD ❗️

It was a monday morning, you got out of your bed inhaling the fresh air as you opened the windows. The thought of getting ready to school made you smile as always. Mondays are your favourites, you could finally see your friends again.
Waving to your mom goodbye you were on your way to school. Humming your favorite song on your way, someone tapped your shoulder from behind and you were greeted by your best friend Kazuha.
„Hey Y/n, how are you?“ She asked you with an exhausting smile. You wrapped your arm around her and held her close to you while you were walking. „I‘m good as always! How about you, you look exhausted. Is everything okay with you?“
Kazuha smiled brighter as she heard you. „I‘m feeling better now with your energy. It was just a little bit stressful for me yesterday but it’s okay, so no worries!“ You smiled once again and entered the school gates with your best friend.
On your way to your lockers a certain someone watched you, annoyed by the fact that you’re always happy, even on mondays. It pissed him off and he turns back around to his friends, paying attention to their conversation.
You’re always so happy and in a good mood while Sunoo is so emotionless and in a bad mood. You never knew why he was like this. You never saw him smiling, not even around his friends.
This is why you’re so curious about him. You want to know why he’s like this. You try to make him smile or happy but it’s no use.
As you two were done and closed the lockers, you and Kazuha headed to your classes. You were only paying attention to the teacher until someone tapped your back.
You turned around only to be meet with Sunoo who was looking annoyed, as always. You smiled at him and whispered „Do you need anything?“
He rolled his eyes and sighed. „Yeah lower your big head I can’t see anything.“ You only smiled in response, not taking him too serious and you tried your best to lower your head a little and take notes.
After class Sunoo went to meet his friends by their lockers, his hands in his pockets and his friends wave to him to get his attention. „Hey man where were you? I thought you wanted to skip classes with us?“
Sunoo just shrugged and leaned against his locker. You were just passing by with Kazuha, all happy and without worries. Sunoo rolled his eyes when he saw you, Sunghoon smirked as he saw Sunoo getting annoyed again by you.
„What’s wrong dude? Annoyed because of Y/n again?“ Sunoo groaned and got pissed because of his friend. „That bitch is always happy for no reason. Trying to make me happy. Tch she makes me sick.“
Jake his other friend sighs and shook his head. „It’s her character. Live with it, you can’t just change her. She will always be happy no matter what you do.“
„And what if I could?“ Sunoo asked him with a smirk on his face. „Hey hey hey bro chill. Don’t try anything dumb okay?“ Heeseung the eldest of their friend group approached Sunoo, his voice came out serious yet worried.
„It’s not dumb. I will make her cry, see her suffer for a day. Just this once won’t turn her sad forever.“ Sunoo‘s back left the lockers and he walked away, not caring what his friends had to say.
The four friends had a worried look on their faces, unsure if they should stop him or not, since Sunoo never changes his mind once he’s planning on something.
The next day went by as the usual, you being happy. Kazuha and you sat down in the school’s canteen and you were telling her about your day after school excitingly. She was listening to you carefully until someone approached you from behind.
You turned around with a smile when they tapped your back. „Hi Sunoo! How are you today?“ Sunoo smirks, the smile on his face wasn’t a good one. „I’m good. Pretty good actually.“
You were still smiling and Sunoo found it so annoying. „Ah that’s good to hear! Tell me about it please!“ Sunoo bend down to your ear. „Why don’t you just shut the fuck up hm? Acting all happy even though you’re so sad. What’s the use in all of this huh?“
Your smile is slowly fading away, it’s still there but it’s about to disappear. „What.. what do you mean?“ You laughed it off, trying not to let yourself down from what he’s saying right now.
He straightened himself up, sighing. „Everyone! This girl here isn’t happy at all. She’s a liar pretending to be happy, she lost her father and do you all know who’s at fault? Yes it’s her. Y/n is the cause of her father’s death.“
Tears are forming in your eyes. How could he say this so causally? You stood up, facing him and slapped him. „Why the fuck would you do that?“ Sunoo laughed while placing his hand onto his cheek because of the pain.
„Oh cmon, it’s true isn’t it?“ You wiped your tears away and looked at him with eyes of disappointment. „Go and fuck yourself you bastard.“ You ran off and everyone was shocked. His friends entered the canteen and walked up to Sunoo who was smiling.
„Sunoo what did you do?“ Jay asked him, the four of them were disappointed as well. „I finally made it. She cried.“ Heeseung was speechless and Jake looked so angry. „What the fuck is wrong with you? You’ll regret it Sunoo.“
„I don’t think so.“ He said simple.
„Y/n..“ Kazuha hugged you tightly and ran her fingers through your beautiful hair. „I’m so naive. I fucking hate myself but mostly him. That bastard! I hate him because he did tell the truth.“
Kazuha pats your back and shook her head. „Don’t hate yourself, it wasn’t your fault that he died, your father would be sad if you blamed yourself. And don’t listed to anything he says.“
„I bet it was his plan to make me cry.“ You say and Kazuha only sighed. The two of you were still hugging each other.
You were really thankful to Kazuha, without her you would be alone, all by yourself. She was always there for you and you for her.

„I wanted to apologize for Sunoo. His behaviour was shit I know and I’m really sorry for what he did.“ Kazuha crossed her arms and scoffed. „This won’t change anything that easily but thank you.“
Kazuha never talked this harsh to someone. „I know but I feel sorry. How is she?“ Kazuha sighed and took a deep breath. „Not really good. She stayed at home today. I don’t think she’ll smile for a while.“
Jake nod and walked away while Kazuha went to her next class. „Good job Sunoo, she’s at home feeling like shit.“ Jake told Sunoo while he was sitting with the others.
„Do I look like I care?“ Jay raises his eyebrow and looks to Jake. „You should.“ Jake said and walked away.
The next day you went to school. You looked like a really cold person, no emotions, nothing. You met up with Kazuha and you both went to school. You didn’t even talked with her but you do still love her of course.
Kazuha was frustrated, she didn’t know if she should say something or not but she chose to not say anything. As you two entered the school gates, everyone’s eyes were on you.
Whispering to each other and giving looks. „I can fucking hear you guys, no need to whisper.“ You said and headed to your locker.
Sunoo‘s eyes slightly widened as he saw you but he tried to look as if he doesn’t care. „Just what did you do to her?“ Heeseung asked him as he took out his books from his locker.
„I just told everyone that it’s her fault that her father died.“ Sunghoon was shocked and took his backpack. „What the fuck is wrong with you? Seriously get help and try to fix this shit you caused.“
Sunoo scoffed. „I don’t fucking care.“
