he let go of your hips, causing you to fall down on the bed, unable to hold yourself up. he carefully untied your wrists, laying the ties to the side before walking off into the bathroom. he returned a few minutes later, carrying a warm rag and a glass of water. helping you turn over onto your back, he wiped your thighs down before gently cleaning off your aching center. you winced at the contact, as he brought a hand up to rub your stomach soothingly. “shh, baby, i’m almost done. let me clean you up and then we can lay down, okay?” he spoke, voice soft, complete opposite of what he had been the past hours. you nodded, eyes closing as he finished cleaning you off. “here baby, drink some water” he said, holding the glass in his hand before lifting your head up. he placed the glass to your lips as you took a long sip, the water soothing your hoarse throat. he set the glass on the table before crawling in bed next to you. pulling the blanket over you both, he opened his arms for you to crawl in. using the strength you had left, you laid your head on his chest as he rubbed his hands up and down your back. “you did so good for me, baby. i love you so much” he whispered, kissing the top of your head. you were almost half asleep, the past hours finally catching up to you. he took notice of this, before reaching over to turn the bedside light off. he’d have to clean the sheets in the morning, but he didn’t care, as long as he had you in his arms right now. “goodnight my love” he whispered before closing his eyes, falling asleep for the night with you in his arms.
