i decided to do a whole week but i lost 2.8 pounds i believe. im 1.5 away from one of my small goals let’s see if i can get to the one after that :))
i made a full 24 hours without eating! i’ll be doing another 24 to see how low my weight can get from this. i’ll update you guys.
All i’ve had is the zero ultra monster i was like sipping it throughout the day a bit but it’s really good! the whole can is 10 cals :))

Hi guys! I didn’t have much of an appetite today but this is what i ate for the day!
Breakfast~ Black coffee with 0 cal sweetener (0 cals ofc)
Lunch~ Skip! (but i did take vitamins so i can get nutrients, so 15 cals)
Dinner~ Five small strawberries (10 cals, 2 cals each for small strawberries) And five green grapes (10 cals, 2 cals each grape) then a jello! (5 cals)
I also drank a sparkling ice~ 5 cals!
(I also worked out and worked on my hips thighs waist arms and glutes! and went on the treadmill so i burned a bit over 300 today)
Total~ 45 cals for the day!
Update!! Guys i went on the treadmill again and burned 290 so that’s 551/400!! it’s the most i did in a day!
