Hm, the unboxing that I was a bit uneasy about. First flower, and as the Japanese fandom pointed out, the boxing in combination with design leads to probability of breakage.

In any case, folks who have been following me know I do a lot of other DIY Elpis flower stuff so this isn't too disappointing as I will be sacrificing this one for science in the future.

You're not embarrassed being an old woman and being in tumblr? I would rather die that my grannies have an actual account on tumblr for celebrities rho

Why would I be embarrassed for having interests I enjoy? My guess is that you’re really, really young. And that maybe you don’t actually have solid relationships with adults who have lives outside of parenting or work. But I hope for you that when you’re my age you have hobbies that bring you happiness. And that by that point you realize that trying to shame someone for being an adult only makes you look too immature to be in adult spaces, which Tumblr is.

When I was 20, I loved music, making art, writing and reading good stories, fashion, talking about popular culture, making friends, going to concerts… You’d be surprised how little changes when you’re my age. I just have way more money and time to enjoy those things now. I’m only 55. I’m not dead. I’m also not a “granny”, but even if I was, I’d probably still like all of those things.

Ageism isn’t cute, love. And I sure don’t ever see people telling men they shouldn’t go to football games or have their little “fantasy football leagues” or wear their favorite player’s merch. For every comment you guys like to say is misogynistic (but isn’t), this is one that really reeks of it.

Open now, apologies - been sick and then sent out of town for work. Will be able to open for a few weeks now in December :)

I had to close my Etsy shop (while sick but plan to bring it back online Saturday December 3rd . These are some of the restocked or final stock standees and charms. Will post the stationery items separately in another post as Tumblr mobile is saying NOOOO MOORE images.

I have a small handful of lala alts (that you can see in my profile banner I guess) and this particular one is my oldest and yet behind the others in story. Started to work on it again in earnest as I feel like it's been years since I"ve done Stormblood (I skipped it on two other alts). I honestly struggled, but held out because the storyline and the lore on the Steppe is not only my favorite part of that expansion (with the instanced battle serving as my favorite part of that expansion) but the lore may be more important than we realized.

One is the conversation with Temulun when you first go to see the Mol whereby she first invokes the name "Traveler" for your wol. This be the first time in use you hear it and the Au'ra continue to refer to you as "Traveler" (Yes, Magnai and others did too).

The other is the conversation with Udutai who Hien sought out for the origin /creation story that the Au'ra beheld regarding Azim (the sun) and Nhaama (the moon).

Remember, this story arc was overseen by Ishikawa and seems to hold up through Shadowbringers and Au'ra. Yes, I hated the 61-64replay of Stormblood, but this lore makes it worth it.
