朝、早めに家を出てカメラ散歩。

ドラえもんがいっぱい〜😆

そしてすでに朝からかなり暑い…。

そしてちょっと歩いて国立新美術館へ。

宇宙船みたいな、ガラス張りの建物、少し座って休憩しました。

.

神さまの最前の計画のうちを歩み続けたい、今日も神さまに祈ります。

.

明日は祝日だから、今日はゆったりした夜の時間を祈りつつ過ごしたいと思います！

i know squat about architecture, but i will say that i absolutely dig places like Tokyo’s National Art Center. on a sunny morning, the interplay of the light and shadow as it hits the building’s windows creates a mesmerizing effect within the building’s interior. the cavernous interior with its wooden flooring and walls, concrete pillars, and steel frame creates a somewhat futuristic yet organic atmosphere. i appreciate how the building’s shape itself isn’t just your ordinary square building, plus the two conical concrete pillars that house the two cafes at its top definitely serves as a focal point of sorts to the building’s interior - and is simply too irresistible not to put on the ‘gram, admittedly.

the biggest feature that i love about the art center is how the art center provides ample window seats for the general public to sit and spend the day enjoying the view or hunkering down with a book. i feel that places like this serves as an oasis for the madness that is Tokyo city - and i absolutely dig this. i also appreciate that this venue appears to allow people to do portraiture photoshoots, of which i noticed several groups of people were doing within the art center’s interior. don’t know if permission is actually required to do a photoshoot, so don’t quote me on that. i wasn’t particularly here for any of the art shows as i was here mostly to appreciate the architecture and vibe - something you don’t see very often here in good ol’ Kuala Lumpur.

and best of all, admission is free!

. 国立新美術館李禹煥展 -11/7 2014年に直島の李禹煥美術館で観てから何となく良かったと記憶に残っていた李禹煥。身体全体を通して「もの」と空間を感じられる展示で改めてとても良かったです。「もの」はそこにあるだけで他の「もの」や空間、人に与える影響が結構あるではないかと思っていたのだけれど、何十年も前から李禹煥を始めとする「もの派」の人たちがアート表現として既にやっていたと知りました。お店でも何を置き何を置かないのか、どこに置くのか、誰の作品を置くのか、日々見直していてもすぐ「もの」が増えてしまうのが常に課題です。 #李禹煥展 #李禹煥 #leeufan #国立新美術館 #黒川紀章 #もの派 (国立新美術館) https://www.instagram.com/p/ChuSwfRPV4M/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

ソコタノ日記:「大巻伸嗣　Interface of Being　真空のゆらぎ」を観てきました。

退職後の生活をそこそこに楽しむソコタノ日記です。イヴ・サンローラン展を観たついでに「大巻伸嗣　Interface of Being　真空のゆらぎ」を観てきた。「イヴ・サンローラン展」を国立新美術館に観に行ったとき、別の会場で「大巻伸嗣　Interface of Being　真空のゆらぎ」をやっていたので観に行ってみました。大巻さんについては全く知らなかったのですが、巨大なインスタレーションの展示ということで興味を持ちました。さらに無料でしたし、時間の余裕もあったので観ない理由はありませんでした。予想以上に素晴らしかった。これが、予想以上に良かったです。いわゆるインスタレーションなのですが、広い会場に大きな作品が効果的に展示されていました。最初の展示「Gravity and…
