Since I can't do this with a secondary blog, and I have friends who follow this tag and would recognise my main, I am on anon, lol Anywho, accidentally discovered that my friend is listening through all of Campaign 1 of Critical Role, and I said they should listen to Campaign 2 after (The Mighty Nein - my source :p). They agreed and asked if I had a favourite character. I just looked at her, then she realised. I played my kinself in one of our campaigns (I was dming, but I showed them how to make character through DnD Beyond using my kinself). She just laughed and said that she should really get me something to do with him or by second favourite (in my canon, he's my bf) and I no joke, squealed. -A very happy Mollymauk Tealeaf

I love Zerxus with my whole heart. I loved him then as much as I was capable of love (and I think I was capable of love, but it grieves me to question that too much).

I hate seeing depictions of me hurt him. I hate metacommentaries that posit me as literally irredeemable and my champion as an idiot.

Zerxus was kind, brave, daring. He was precious to me immediately, and he knew it. He knew what he was doing when he went to Hell to try and rescue me. We were not Hades and Eurydice. I had spent so many centuries in solitary confinement, in the dark and the building pressure... and Zerxus was very insightful… it would not have been hard for him to manipulate me to his advantage. Instead, he cared for me, and it meant everything and then some.
