Beautiful Sirens - Headcanons

Fandom: Wednesday

The lack of Siren content, fic and gifs on here, is appalling.

All Sirens have a weakness for vanity, they're beautiful by nature and can have a bit of a peacock complex trying to catch someone's eye. Flattery isn't everything, but it can get you far.

Kent can't get enough when you compliment his tail, you told him it was beautiful the first time you saw him in the water and he hasn't forgotten about it since. He always puts on a show for you in hopes of you saying how pretty his scales are again.

Divina really likes to accessorize and takes notes of anything you mention, if you tell her something looks nice you might (hopefully) notice her doing/wearing it a lot more. Her go-to for trying to spend more time with you is offering to do the same for you, or lend you something of hers.

Bianca's eyes are your weakness. They're so beautiful and you were mesmerized the first time you saw them up close, and accidentally blurted out "Your eyes are so beautiful." before realizing and trying to apologize while being really embarrassed with yourself. Bianca tends to think of herself above flattery, she is beautiful but she's more than her Siren attributes and works to prove that. ...But they really does enjoy you complimenting her eyes, that's what caught your attention first even if she was the one to pull you in.

Content: Wednesday character Kent x fem!reader. Reader is a witch. Takes place during and after the Poe Cup

Summary: Reader is nervous for her mans and only wants him safe.

Chewing on her lip, she shook her head. She was standing next to Kent on the dock by the lake waiting for the Nevermore student's canoes to pass by. The signal for Kent to enact Bianca’s sabotage plan.

It’s not that she didn’t like the Poe Cup, she did. She just didn’t enjoy Kent ‘helping’ Bianca that way. It always made her nervous. The girl knew that her boyfriend could pull it off easily. The water is his element more so than those competing. But, it still didn’t ease her as she hoped.

“I can feel you staring. Take a picture, it’ll last longer.” She spoke to the male siren.

“You’re nervous,” he stated.

The girl opened her mouth to deny the accusation that came from his lips, but he beat her to it.

“Don’t try to deny it. You're chewing your lip. You only do that when you’re nervous,” the boy turned his body to face hers. “So, what is it?”

She let out a shaky sigh. Her heart hammering in her chest she was sure he could hear it, even without the werewolf hearing that her fellow students had. The pressure in her chest felt like the stones used to press Giles Corey to death in the Salem Witch Trials. She felt as though if she had to endure the pressure and keep her feelings and thoughts about the plan to herself much longer, her tongue would stick out of her mouth much like poor Mr. Corey.

Kent might not be the brightest student at Nevermore, but he has a good heart. His intentions are always in the right place, even when it doesn’t seem like it. He always knows when something is wrong with her and at times, it drives her up a wall. But, she does love him and he loves her.

“I don’t like the plan this year. Not with Wednesday competing with The Black Cats. We don’t know her and what tricks she may have up her sleeve. I don’t want you getting hurt.” She looked into his eyes.

He smiled softly and leaned in to place a kiss on her temple. He rested his head on hers and whispered words of affirmation and promises of staying safe into her ear. Moments like these were their favorite, though neither one would ever admit it. Being alone, basking in the energy of one another. Whispers of sweet nothings and physical intimate affection they wouldn’t dare show around others.

They weren’t prudes, they were actually far from it. But they both felt that moments like these needed to be just them and not in front of the eyes of nosey peers. The couple would hold hands and be moderately physically affectionate when around others. Maybe a small kiss here and there but that was the limit.

He pulled away from her and went to the end of the dock right as the canoes started to pass by. He hurriedly took his shirt off, looking back and blowing a kiss to the girl who looked as if she wanted to sink into the deck and become one with it before he dove into the lake.

The girl ran from the quad at Nevermore, where she was awaiting her siren friends, to the lake. She waited for 30 minutes before Enid showed up, with Wednesday in reluctant tow, and told her that Kent had been hit in the face by Wednesday when he tried pushing their canoe into a buoy. She glared daggers at Wednesday, nostrils flared, before thanking Enid for letting her know why her friends weren’t there. She knew her glare wasn’t going to intimidate the raven-haired girl, but it made her feel a little better.

Upon coming to the dock, she saw Kent sitting with his legs over the edge. He was buttoning the shirt that was handed to him by his twin, Divina, who wore a sympathetic look on her face. Bianca stood there fuming over the fact they lost.

“So let me get this straight,” the female siren started. “First you got trapped in a net shot at you by The Black Cats. Then as you’re pushing their canoe, a hand swims through the water and punches you in the face. And it wasn’t from anyone above the surface. It was just a hand?”

“I know you think I’m crazy Bianca, but it’s true!” He defended himself.

Divina lightly shook her head at Bianca, a signal that now isn’t the time, before her gaze landed on the girl at the other end of the dock. Her eyes widened before she started rapidly tapping Kent, catching his attention to turn around.

Kent felt his mouth go dry when he saw the person who his twin was freaking out over. He quickly jumped to his feet, rushing to the girl.

“It’s not as bad as it looks!” he hurriedly exclaimed, hoping his girlfriend wouldn’t get too upset over the red and purple-black eye he had acquired.

“You promised you wouldn’t get hurt,” she whispered.

“I know! And I am so sorry! I had no idea it was coming,” he tried to soothe her.

He placed his hands on her cheeks, prepared to wipe the tears that were threatening to fall from her eyes. His heart broke with the knowledge that he was the cause of them.

The girl didn’t say anything in response. She wrapped her arms around his torso, her head on his chest, and held him. Kent kissed the top of her head, holding her tighter against him. No words were spoken between the two. They didn’t need to be. Everything that needed to be said was spoken with the way they held one another.

“It’s okay.”

“I’m sorry.”

“I love you.”

SHUT UP. SHUT UP, ENID, YOU LIAR.

THERE ARE RULES IN THE POE CUP, OTHERWISE THESE TWO BITCHES RIGHT HERE? WOULD HAVE JUST USED THEIR SIREN SONGS TO MAKE THE OTHER TEAMS ROW TO MONTREAL. OR TIP OVER THEIR CANOES. OR JUST MERELY MADE THEM SNAP THEIR OWN OARS AND RUN AROUND WITHOUT ANY PANTS ON.

At least that's what I would've done, had I those easily abusable siren powers.

Rules are there, but because the world building for us was so poor, we have to sit here in frustration screaming at the screen, "JUST SIREN SONG THEM!" (or in the case of Ajax happening upon the Three Stooges and their paint truck, "JUST STONE THEM!").

Date to the Rave'n | Kent x gn reader

"You should just ask them." Divina urged her brother for about the millionth time as they sat in the Quad.

Kent had been staring at you again, ignoring the conversation that Divina was trying to have with him.

"They would never say yes." He said, finally taking his eyes off of you to look at his sister.

"You'll never know for sure unless you try." Divina said, trying to talk him into asking you to the Rave'n.

"What if they say no?" Kent asked, nervously looking over at you again. You caught him looking and sent him a small smile before turning back to your friends.

"What if they say yes?" Divina asked, seeing the way he had lit up when you smiled at him.

"Okay."

"Okay?"

"I'm gonna do it." He said, watching as your friends left.

You sat by yourself at one of the tables, pulling out your homework and starting on an essay that was due in two days. You looked up as someone walked up to you.

"Can I sit with you?" Kent asked with a nervous smile.

"Of course." You said, smiling back as you sat down your pen.

Kent sat down across from you, glancing over to see Divina shooting him a thumbs up.

"I was wondering, if you don't already have a date, if you'd maybe want to go to the Rave'n with me?" He asked in one breath, speaking quickly.

Kent stared down at the table, waiting for you're answer.

"I'd love to." You replied, making him whip his head up to look at you.

"Really?"

"Really." You assured him, making him grin.

"I didn't think that you would say yes." Kent admitted.

"Well I did, so you can't back out now." You joked.

"I wouldn't dream of it."

As soon as you were ready on the night of the dance, you went to meet Kent. He was already there waiting for you, having gotten there early just to be sure that he wouldn't keep you waiting. His eyes widened as soon as he saw you.

"You look amazing." He said, smiling. Kent could still hardly believe that you were his date to the dance.

"I could say the same for you." You said, holding out your hand to him. He took it, interlacing his fingers with yours.

The two of you walked into the dance, alot of people were already there. You got drinks before sitting with Divina and her date.

"You have no idea how long it took me took me to get him to ask you to be his date, he was so nervous." Divina said, making Kent blush red and glare at her.

"Do you want to dance?" He asked you, not wanting his sister to embarress him anymore than she already had.

"Sure." You smiled, taking his hand and letting him lead you to the dancefloor.

You could tell he was a little nervous to actually touch you, so you guided his hands to your hips before wrapping your arms around his neck.

"If you can't tell, Divina loves to embarress me." Kent mumbled.

You couldn't help but laugh, kissing him on the cheek. He blushed, grinning at you.

The song changed to something more upbeat, and you went back to sit with Divina and her date. Just as Kent was about to sit down, Divina grabbed him by the arm and drug him back to the dance floor. You laughed as the two danced, laughing at eachother.

After that Kent was talked into doing the worm by a couple friends, which made everyone laugh and cheer. As soon as a slower song turned on, he was back to take you back to the dancefloor. This time he didn't hesitate to rest his hands on your hips as the two of you swayed back and forth. You rested your foreheads together, smiling at eachother.

"Can I kiss you?" Kent asked softly.

You didn't reply, pressing your lips to his. He kissed back almost instantly. The moment would have been perfect, if you hadn't felt something wet dropping on your face.

The two of you pulled apart, only to find out that it was red paint. People started to panic almost instantly. You grabbed Kent by the arm, leading him out into the hallway. Most people were running to their dorms to scrub the paint off before it stained.

The two of you, on the other hand laughed watching as everyone else was tripping over their own feet in a panic.

"This was amazing, except for the paint part." Kent said, wrapping his arm around your shoulder as he walked you back to your dorm.

"Yeah, it was. What would you say about an actual date, the weathervane tomorrow?" You asked.

"I'd love that." Kent grinned, stopping at the door of your dorm.

He hugged you, but when he pulled away you pecked him on the lips making him blush.

"I'll see you tomorrow." You said, finally opening your door.

"Yeah, see you tomorrow." He said as you stepped inside.

He had a real date with you, tomorrow.

Piercings - Wednesday preference.

Fandom: Wednesday

Just a SFW quick thought on piercings they would get, because that's hot and I want it.

Wednesday Addams: She only got one because she had tagged along with others getting pierced so she could watch them squirm and be in pain. After getting there she was a bit more interested and asked which was the most painful, and ended up getting a Conch to see how it felt. You're not really sure if she likes it or not, but she hasn't taken it out so you take it as a good sign.

Enid Sinclair: She has little gem studs in a row from her lobe to mid helix, keeps them all matching with usually the same ones, but she wears lots of cute jewelry she likes to make on her bottom lobe piercing. She also has her right nostril stud, which she found a lot of cute stuff on etsy for. Including a hoop that looks like a heart that she adores.

Xavier Thorpe: He has a septum piercing that he got on a whim when he went with Ajax to the piercer. He was looking at a chart and different jewelry and asked if it'd look good, Ajax fully talked him up and he got simple silver. He ended up really liking it and thinks about getting something else, would do so if someone hyped him up to talk him into it.

(fun proven fact if you have a crush on someone and they get a septum piercing, that piercing is suddenly 100% hotter.)

Ajax Petropolus: Snake. Bites. I can see them being really popular with Gorgons just for the name, especially teens. He also gets a tongue piercing and has a bunch of different studs like he'll be talking and today you see neon green. Thinks it's fun but will also stick his tongue out at you when he sees you staring.

Yoko Tanaka: Despite there being a Dracula piercing, it's more for posers wanting to be Vampires than the actual ones. She has a side labret (lip ring) and tends to wear the ones on a chain attached to an ear cuff.

Bianca Barclay: Left eyebrow stud. Simple but still eye catching enough, she sticks to either silver or gold depending on her makeup and outfit. Has a few pieces of faux septum and labret jewelry.

Eugene Otinger: One ear pierced. He saw so many of his peers with piercings he wanted to as well, he asked his moms and they didn't mind at all, took him to a professional piercer (he was scared in the place) and despite his bravery, only made it through getting one done.

It's a little gold and orange gem starter. Enid bought him a little bee earring to celebrate and he cherishes it but is too terrified to change it even though it's fully healed.

Kent the Siren: He has regular lobe piercings and his belly button, got it at the same time as Divina, he wears gold studs and little gemstone belly button jewelry, has a little selection of them. He has a lot of opinions and jewelry he likes and would be so happy to let you borrow his or help you pick something.

Divina the Siren: Double helix! It took her a long time to decide what to start with besides regular lobe piercings, but she found some cute, dainty chain jewelry and went for it. She also has a bellybutton piercing and likes wearing larger stones and opal because it looks really pretty when she's swimming. Matches her tail.

Tyler Gaplin: He really just wants to get his ears pierced, kind of as an act of rebellion, but between being stuck in the small minded town of Jericho and having imagined how his father would react, that stays a dream. But he thinks of it any time other teens come in with piercings.
