I wanted to say that outside of semantics and divisions - I am simply happy to find communities that welcome with kindness - that welcome you by a good heart and not the ability to conform. I am happy for the opportunity to be surrounded by people who care. It's a funny world we live in - making the same mistakes over and over, multiplying the same suffering by billions. I don't think I hope for an utopia anymore, I don't think such a thing exists - but you can't call me hopeless either. And that's what matters.

thinking about how Nina/Maggie and Crowley/Aziraphale were set up to parallel each other and how it was flipped in the end with that confession and fallout

#good omens #good omens spoilers #like its set up soooooooo perfectly and Nina even lays it out for Crowley #the jaded one who feels they cant trust anyone cause they've been hurt (Nina/Crowley) #and the one who's reaching out a hand head over heels in love (Maggie/Aziraphale) #but then you get to the confession/fallout and you realize its not Crowley who isnt ready for this its Aziraphale #and its Aziraphale who's still in a toxic relationship- his being with Heaven #and to an extent here you can draw the parallel between Aziraphale and Lindsey- Nina's ex #in how he wants to bring Crowley back to Heaven and have him restored as an angel #Aziraphale's intentions are far better than Lindsey's of course its not that clear cut #Aziraphale views Crowley's demonic nature as something to be fixed because being a fallen angel being a demon is a punishment #and he wants to see Crowley forgiven he FORGIVES Crowley #he thinks he wants this for Crowley's own good #he doesnt see that he wants it for himself without consideration for how Crowley feels #and this isnt a surprise Aziraphale has always shown some controlling behaviours #changing what he wants to change #he changes the Bentley he changes Crowley's music he constantly pushes for Crowley to show his 'good' side #he's pushy with his ideals (on everyone not just Crowley) #Crowley on the other hand only wants to get Aziraphale out of Heaven's grasp because he sees how toxic it is #he doesnt want to change anything about Aziraphale he just wants to free him #Crowley loves Aziraphale for everything that he is flaws and all #and Aziraphale loves Crowley despite what he perceives as flaws #its the failed proposal from Pride & Prejudice- which I think has to be deliberate #this is a fight they really did need to have and im glad they did #like obviously im devastated but im also very happy with the writing choices

I actually was on holiday which somehow was the worst one I ever had. 😅😅😅 The weather was absolutely horrible, lots of stuff didn't go as planned and I was sick most of the time. 🙈 I never was that happy to be back home. 😅

Besides that, the vacay also had some nice moments and the hotel as well as the good was amazing. 😁

Olena's ability to walk in them will never fail to amaze me. I love (high) heels too and wear them a lot but never with so small heels. 😅 I mean, lots of times the heels are smaller than a finger How do you walk on that?!

corks how tf do u walk so much. my dorm is at the top of the hill and most of my classes are like halfway down it and making that walk both up and down is killer. my ankles hurt. my hips hurt. it makes my chest hurt. help

For me it's a case of getting used to (i walked some 10min uphill today to get to my hairdresser's and it killed me bc. I took public transport all the time here and fell out of the habit of walking), but don't you have chronic pain or smth of the sort? I vaguely remember you mentioning smth like that :[ honestly my suggestion sucks, but i'd say: leave earlier than you "have to" so you can take breaks to avoid overexerting yourself.

My commute's most annoying part is the 15min walk from my stop to my college. And it took 20ish min at first bc i had to take it slow until i got used to it.

#like if you're abled/don't suffer from chronic pain #it's pretty much a case of getting used to it #bc walking is also a workout believe it or not #idk how to translate kondicija - but it's like stamina specifically for physical workouts #walking builds kondicija so you can walk more. if you don't walk your leg muscles weaken with time and you have to build kondicija up again #your chest might hurt if you're overexerting yourself. walk slower - nothing embarrassing ab being slow #you can take in your surroundings better that way too :] #for hips idk but for ankles - find a good pair of shoes #for me converse SUCK for walking or running. they're too flat and kill my ankles. i usually walk in heels/wedges bc i need that #support ironically lmao (plus heels fix my posture) #anyway. yeah if it's chronic pain you're sol sadly but if not just try to build up your stamina #either way. take it easy take it slow keep a water bottle in your bag and don't be embarrassed to take a break if you need one #asks
