Like Gone & Grief, this is a “What if?” scenario. The ITP: Happy Ending AU was made by @maraariana01
Title: Too Late
Description: Funtime Freddy has a fun and exciting time as he deals with Oswald and the rabbit.
(TW: Blood+injuries/dismemberment)
(TW: Death)
Ralpho opened his eyes. Looking around, he remembered that he was in the living room, the lights off—some of the only light currently coming from the TV.
It seemed that it was paused—there was still nearly an hour left of the rom-com. It was the fourth one that the two had settled on watching—after having coming back from a walk.
So far, the rabbit’s favorite film of the bunch had been the second one. Among other reasons, he thought that one of the characters had reminded him of Spring Bonnie.
Spring Bonnie. Honey Bun? The rabbit looked around—and found himself surprised by how he failed to realize something. He was laying on top the bunny.
He knew that’s not how he’d been originally—he’d been sitting beside Spring Bonnie, head against his shoulder. So, Ralpho guessed that, at some point, Spring Bonnie changed positions.
Ralpho looked at the bunny. His eyes were closed. Although, Ralpho wasn’t sure if Spring Bonnie was actually asleep or not. It had never seemed like he could.
Though, he could remember his Honey Bun telling him about nightmares—or something that at least felt like one. Spring Bonnie always seemed so scared after it—at least for a moment.
He’d told the rabbit once about how something horrible had happened to both him and Oswald. Ralpho had never been good with nightmares—or anything similar—yet he listened to Spring Bonnie, at least.
Ralpho could remember having his own nightmares when he slept—although they were never all that often. He usually never remembered his regular dreams, or nightmares.
The last one he’d had—which he could at least vaguely remember—involved the rabbit being back at Camp Etenia—although it had seemed pretty different.
Ralpho didn’t know if the bunny was aware that he was awake or not. But, the rabbit decided not to say anything—even if there was something he wanted to tell Spring Bonnie.
Settling on telling Spring Bonnie sometime later, Ralpho laid his head back down against the bunny’s chest. He’d never noticed until now, but it felt a little fuzzy.
As he reached down, grabbing hold of one of the bunny’s hands, Ralpho closed his eyes, slowly falling back asleep. He felt a gentle squeeze around his hand.
...
Funtime Freddy stared up at the rabbit that he held up in the air. As he squeezed the rabbit tighter, the bear’s barely functioning tail began wagging.
Ralpho glanced between the bear and the concerned Oswald. Oz and Honey Bun have had to deal with this guy before? He flinched at the grip tightening again—yet Funtime Freddy didn’t do much else yet.
Both Oswald and Ralpho could hear a strange noise—it was happening repeatedly—and Oswald was sure that he had started hearing it earlier, shortly after Funtime Freddy first appeared.
From where the boy was standing—being kept in place by the bear—he could see an occasional movement from his storage tank. Is... Is he trying to open it...?
Ralpho was struggling. His hands were wrapped around Funtime Freddy’s arm, trying to pull it off—trying to get out of the bear’s grasp—but it wasn’t working.
Neither were the rabbit’s kicks. He managed to kick his legs twice—both times hitting Funtime Freddy square in the storage tank—but that did nothing. Except make the bear laugh.
This was the rabbit’s first time ever seeing the bear—yet he knew that this wasn’t Oswald’s. Ralpho didn’t know any of the details of the previous encounter—except that Funtime Freddy hadn’t succeeded.
On the way to the building, he’d heard the bear rambling on and on—among the things that Ralpho had managed to catch, he’d heard Funtime Freddy say “Silly Millie”, and decapitation.
The rabbit needed to get Oswald out of here. He needed to get him back to Spring Bonnie. Ralpho wanted to get back to him, too. It just seemed like doing that was a little difficult right now.
Right now, more than anything else, Ralpho would love for him and Oswald to be doing anything with the bunny—maybe try watching another rom-com.
Instead, the two were dealing with a broken bear who wouldn’t stop laughing, and wanted to kill them. Ralpho didn’t even understand how he’d found them—had he been following for a while?
“Little Ocelot,” The boy looked up at the smirking bear. He didn’t like that new look in Funtime Freddy’s eyes. “What should you do with a stuffed animal?”
Oswald blinked. What? “I... you should just-“
“Wrong!” The bear chuckled, interrupting the boy before he had the chance to even finish. “Wrong, Little Ocelot!” The bear’s tail was wagging again.
“The correct and only answer is to tear them apart! It’s fun!” Funtime Freddy laughed in excitement. Oswald and Ralpho didn’t. The rabbit glanced down at Oswald.
He opened his mouth to speak, only to get caught off guard when Funtime Freddy slammed him against the wall—keeping him against it with his arm. A groan escaped the rabbit.
In the process of pinning Ralpho to the nearby wall, Funtime Freddy had roughly shoved Oswald away. As of now, the bear found himself more focused on the rabbit.
“You know...” Funtime Freddy stared into Ralpho’s eyes, the rabbit’s ears lowering, and quite a large frown on him. “I hear that rabbits have a lucky foot...”
Ralpho’s eyes widened as the bear grabbed ahold of his left leg—the grip as tight as possible. “I wonder if it’s true for the whole leg...” Funtime Freddy pulled.
...
Ralpho sat there, a pen in hand, and staring down at the paper. He grinned. On the top, it said “Things I Love About You, Spring.”
Below that, the rabbit had already written over forty things, yet he wasn’t done yet. He figured he’d probably have to use the back, or even get another piece of paper.
Ralpho had already settled on giving it to Spring Bonnie at some point—as part of his confession. Although, he still didn’t exactly know when that would happen—he was still planning things.
When he heard footsteps approaching the area, Ralpho’s eyes widened, and his ears twitched. Not finished yet! Looking around, he tried to find a place for the list.
The rabbit proceeded to take his hat off, stuff the list into it, and put it back atop his head. Just as he finished doing that, Spring Bonnie entered, walking over to him.
“Hey, Spring,” Ralpho smiled up at him.
...
Oswald covered his ears as Ralpho began screaming, but that barely did anything—he still heard the rabbit’s pained screaming. Funtime Freddy laughed again.
The boy tried to look away—watching the blood began coming out of the rabbit, but he found himself unable to do so—or move in general. He wanted to help. But he couldn’t.
As Funtime Freddy dropped Ralpho and the leg—tears and blood spilling from out of him—the bear noticed something else. He’d heard the sound of something opening. Glancing down, he grinned.
“I’ll be taking this!~” Funtime Freddy chuckled. He reached down, picking up the leg, and placing it inside of his storage tank. He tried to close it, but found that he couldn’t.
Turning around, Funtime Freddy faced the terrified Oswald. He slowly began approaching. “You know what, Little Ocelot?” His eyes glowed brightly, “I think I’ll tear you both apart!”
“N-No...” The collapsed rabbit reached towards Funtime Freddy, who was getting closer to Oswald—who, in response, was backing away—and reached for his ankle.
Funtime Freddy paused at the action. His head turned away from the boy, and he looked down. He was silent for a couple of seconds, debating on what to do next.
Quickly, and without warning, the bear reached over, wrapping an arm around Oswald to keep him in place—all while flipping Ralpho over, and stomping a foot down on his stomach.
“You’re going to get to watch, Little Ocelot!” Funtime Freddy revealed, giggling happily. “And then, it’ll be your turn after I finish up!”
Reaching down, he took hold of Ralpho’s left arm, and quickly started pulling and tugging at it. Ralpho cried out—and Oswald began thrashing around in the bear’s grasp.
“S-Stop it! Stop hurting him!” The boy begged.
New tears were forming in the rabbit’s eyes—and falling—as Funtime Freddy continued. All three of them could hear the arm ripping—could see it ripping—could see the blood coming out.
Ralpho glanced towards his other arm, and then back up at Funtime Freddy. The rabbit threw a punch—hitting the bear directly in the face.
It didn’t do anything—except for making the bear start to laugh. Through said laughter, he gave the arm one final tug—and that was it.
He didn’t stop laughing to himself as the arm finally came off, and as he heard Ralpho begin to scream again from the pain. He watched the new blood spill onto the floor.
Funtime Freddy only held onto the arm for a couple more seconds, before simply tossing it away. Unlike the orange rabbit’s leg, he didn’t feel like keeping the arm.
“Did that hurt?” The bear smirked, tilting his head to the side. The only responses he got was a whimper from Ralpho, and the boy calling out for the rabbit, while thrashing around in his grasp once more.
Oswald could feel his own tears beginning to form and fall. As he called out Ralpho’s name again, the rabbit lifted his head up, shaking.
Rather quickly, Funtime Freddy came up with what he wanted to do next. He set Oswald to the ground, shoving him quite far. Then, he reached down.
He picked Ralpho back up by the throat, quickly tightening his grip, and he started to pull his arm back far.
Ralpho turned away, blinking the tears away—only for new ones to start forming and falling moments later. Through them, he stared at Oswald.
The room the three of them were in had two doors—but they seemed locked. Ralpho wanted the boy to get out, though. He noticed a vent not too far from where Oswald was.
“O-Oz..!” The rabbit managed to call out. “L-Look... you... you need to-“
Ralpho froze. Gasping, with widened eyes he looked away from Oswald, he looked down at himself. Funtime Freddy’s arm had gone straight through his chest.
Looking behind himself for a moment, he saw that it had gone all the way through—coming out of his back. Ralpho screamed as Funtime Freddy pulled his arm out.
Funtime Freddy laughed as he watched Ralpho fall to the ground. He stared at the hole he had left, and then at the blood that was being spilt—some was on his arm, unsurprisingly.
The rabbit lay on the ground, staring up at the ceiling, shaking.
...
Ralpho refocused on the bunny in front of him. “Which, actually, reminds m-“ He stopped halfway, and stared.
As he felt his ears go up, he heard a gasp manage to escape him as he stared at the beautiful flowers. He had to hold in a laugh that was filled with surprise.
He couldn’t believe this. Nearly for the entire day, Ralpho himself had been planning out a little (or, rather large), speech for Spring Bonnie. He thought it would be a nice way to confess.
It seemed that Spring Bonnie had beaten him to the whole confessing thing—but it was a rather pleasant surprise. He thought it was cute.
As Ralpho stared at the flowers, he realized that he found himself staring at the orange and blue ones. They reminded him of himself. Smiling, he looked back up at Spring Bonnie.
“Aw, Spring...!” The rabbit cried out, leaping. He wrapped his arms around Spring Bonnie—and he felt the bunny wrap his own arms around him quickly.
Staring at Spring Bonnie with a growing smile, he felt his nose touching the bunny’s. Spring Bonnie hadn’t let go of the flowers.
“I love you, too!”
...
Ralpho turned his head, staring at Oswald. The boy had run over to him, and was kneeling beside the rabbit. “R-Ralpho...” Oswald whispered.
“Os-... O-Oswald... I-“ The rabbit cried out as the pain was getting worse. He tried not to look. “I’m fine.” Ralpho wanted to tell him. But he didn’t look the part.
“I will be fine” Ralpho had thought of telling him next. But... would he? The rabbit didn’t know. Nothing like this had ever happened to him—he’d never experienced this.
The worst he’d ever been hurt, until now, had been the times when he’d received the patches on his leg and arm—and both of those had been small and simple.
Honey Bun...
Ralpho, with his remaining arm, pointed. Oswald looked—and he noticed a vent after a moment. “There...” The rabbit muttered, his arm falling back to the ground.
“O-Oz. Yo-Y... You need to... g-go.”
Oswald opened his mouth to speak, but was interrupted by a burst of laughter coming from Funtime Freddy, who had been watching.
“Well, this has just been-“ Funtime Freddy stopped himself, ears twitching. He looked around, then down at the two of them.
“Did you hear that, Little Ocelot?”
Oswald stared. At first, the only things he could hear were coming from Ralpho, but then, after a second, the boy heard something new.
Footsteps. They were loud. They were approaching rather quickly, by the sound of it. The footsteps, from what all of them could hear, didn’t sound like a human was making them.
Funtime Freddy stared towards the main door of the room with a frown. Then, he glanced towards the side door of the room. The bear made up his mind.
“Well, bye-bye, Little Ocelot!~” Funtime Freddy bolted away from the two. He made his way towards the second, smaller door, almost tripping in the process.
He ripped the door off of its hinges, and ran.
...
Ralpho!? Oswald?! Spring Bonnie managed to get the door open, and hurried inside. Am I-
He had immediately began scanning the room, and he felt himself tense up at what he spotted. The bunny’s eyes shrunk. Ralpho...?
Blood. There was blood. There was so much of it. It was coming from Ralpho. There was an arm on the ground that he noticed—it wasn’t too far from his son and Ralpho.
Spring Bonnie forced his legs to start moving again, and he rushed towards the two. He could see everything better once close up—but the sight was even worse.
Ralpho was bleeding. His arm wasn’t on him. His leg wasn’t on him—where was his leg? The rabbit had a hole in his chest. Spring Bonnie felt the remnant and agony getting worse.
Shaking, Spring Bonnie knelt down beside Oswald and his son. I should have gotten here sooner. I should have gotten here sooner. I’m sorry!
As he reached over to try and pick up Ralpho, he heard Oswald speak up—his voice barely above a whisper. “He was protecting me...”
For a moment, he’d glanced towards his son as he spoke, and it didn’t seem like his son was hurt. He could only give his son a shaky pat, before looking back at Ralpho.
Spring Bonnie, at first, had been attempting to try and pick Ralpho up—wanting to carry him out of here—wanting to find him help. Could Jackie help, he wondered?
Although, the moment he’d wrapped his arms around Ralpho, trying to be as careful as he could—and attempted to lift him—the rabbit cried out.
I’m sorry, I’m sorry! Spring Bonnie began repeating.
Spring Bonnie wanted to do something. He wanted to get Ralpho and Oswald out of here. He needed to. He needed to get Ralpho help—but could Jackie do anything?
He didn’t want Ralpho to be in pain—but trying to get a hold onto him to get him out of here had caused the rabbit even more pain. I’m sorry, I’m sorry. I’m so sorry...
Spring Bonnie glanced back at Oswald for a second. If he couldn’t move Ralpho, what if he had his son text Jackie to try and get her to come help Ralpho?
Though, that option was quickly thrown out the window. Spring Bonnie remembered that Oswald didn’t have his phone with him. He’d seen it in his son’s room after the two left.
In the back of his mind, he thought about asking Oswald to go find her—but, he hated that. Funtime Freddy may not be in here, but he was out there.
If he requested that, Oswald would be alone, and with Funtime Freddy still around, the bear could easily catch the boy a third time—the second time on the same day.
Spring Bonnie couldn’t leave, either—he’d end up leaving Oswald and Ralpho alone. What if, after he left, Funtime Freddy came back?
There was still the option of all three of them leaving in an attempt to find her. But, simply just moving Ralpho caused the rabbit further pain.
The bunny felt himself starting to shake more. Trying his best to be even more careful, he took hold of Ralpho, and pulled him closer—ears lowering as the rabbit cried out from pain.
I’m sorry, I’m sorry. I’ll try to be careful. You need help. Jackie can help you. Spring Bonnie wrapped his arms around Ralpho, and began to stand up.
Stay with me. Stay with me, please. You’ll be okay—she can help. Spring Bonnie stood up to his full height, holding the orange rabbit bridal style.
“Ho-H-... Honey... B-Bun...” The bunny stared down. Ralpho stared up. I’m here... I’m here now... He should have gotten here sooner. He should have gotten here before this happened.
As he stared at Ralpho, carefully beginning to make his way towards the door, he felt Oswald move to his side. You protected him... I should have been around to protect you both...
Ralpho moved himself around a little bit—resting his head against Spring Bonnie’s chest. He lifted his hand up, shaking, and rested it against the bunny’s cheek.
“Gl-G... Glad... to s-see... you...” Ralpho mumbled. “M-... Missed... you, H-Honey Bun...”
“Oz... is... okay...”
Just as the three of them reached the main door, Ralpho’s hand slid off of Spring Bonnie’s cheek, and fell down to his side. R-Ralpho...?
Looking down at the rabbit, his eyes were shut—Spring Bonnie wasn’t sure if he’d seen Ralpho even open them—and he wasn’t moving. He wasn’t moving.
“Ralpho...?” He heard his son say.
Feeling his body beginning to shake further, Spring Bonnie continued to stare down at the rabbit. Ralpho? Ralpho! No, no... no, please! Please... please...
He moved one of his own hands, and gently placed it on one of Ralpho’s cheeks—the first thing Spring Bonnie could think of to do was gently rub the rabbit’s cheek.
No response. The rabbit remained still. Spring Bonnie felt himself collapse onto the ground—the remnant and agony dripping onto the ground, and onto Ralpho.
Keeping the rabbit in his grasp, he reached down, and grabbed hold of his hand. He held it, and gently squeezed. Ralpho, please. Please, please don’t go. Please... stay...
Although he didn’t hear anything—aside from some sniffling now—he felt Oswald hug him. He could only pull the boy closer. I’m... I’m so sorry, I should have...
Spring Bonnie had never had nightmares before—he’d have the flashbacks, but those weren’t the same. But, Spring Bonnie wished that, right now, he could have them.
He wanted this to be a nightmare—he wanted this to just be a nightmare that he suddenly had for the first time—and for him to wake up, and see Oswald and Ralpho with him, having not been captured.
I’m so sorry! Spring Bonnie held Ralpho closer to him, as more remnant and agony began leaking from his eyes. This couldn’t be happening. This shouldn’t be happening. It shouldn’t.
I’m so sorry...
He kept a hold on Ralpho, not planning on letting go. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry... both of you. I shouldn’t have suggested the idea...
Spring Bonnie shut his eyes. This wouldn’t have happened...

Look below the cut for kbirb's ITPE 2023 letter!
Letter from Summer Swap '23 | Last year's ITPE letter
Dear Podficcer,
Right now I'm really into:
Batfamily gen content, Roy/Jamie/Keeley from Ted Lasso, trans clone content, Jason Todd/Roy Harper/Kori as a triad doing found family esque things, Jason Todd redemption arcs
Things I like, regardless of fandom:
THEMES: trans/nonbinary characters (extra points for neopronouns); gender exploration in general; found family (genfic or otherwise); angst with a happy ending; polyamory; good asexual or aromantic representation
TROPES: fix-it fics!! extra points for time travel or time loops in fix its; fake dating/marriage; mutual pining; soulmates (AU or just clearly soulmates); crack treated seriously; rivals-to-friends/lovers; oops only one bed; secret identities
AUs: soulmates soulmates soulmates; regency era (or any different era); modern AU; crossovers, provided i know the other fandom or the fic doesn’t require knowledge of the other fandom!; college/sport AU; fantasy/fae AUs
Star Wars AUs/Tropes (yes they need their own categories): no Order-66/Order-66 happens differently; force sensitive clones; Jon Antilles lives; [insert clone here] lives; Anakin doesn't fall; Palpatine dies; Domino Squad Lives; force sensitive Leia; modern AUs; trans clones
PODFIC SPECIFIC: anything epistolary (texting/chat fics especially but letters and such are also fun to explore); including music / SFX if you’re comfortable; including bloopers if you have them/are comfortable exposing them
RATINGS: Contrary to popular belief I do not hate explicit fics so really any rating but I generally prefer G-M because I can be picky about what explicit content I'm absorbing.
Do Not Wants (triggers, squicks, please no):
major archive warnings (major character death is okay so long as it’s temporary and resolved); unhappy endings; I really don’t like pregnancy, which includes MPREG (I like omegaverse dynamics minus that aspect) - kidfic is cool I just don’t want pregnancy as a theme & especially not graphic depictions of it; suicide/self-harm “on screen” (mentions of past suicidal ideation/self harm are fine if not a flashback/graphic); non-/dub-con or any depictions of rape (once again, recovery is okay if done well); adult/minor relationships or relationships with unaddressed/starkly imbalanced power dynamics; any sort of poorly depicted mental health tropes (no BPD or other personality disorder bashing, no institutionalization, no “split personality” as a trope) - i really like explorations of PTSD/trauma but it has to be handled with fidelity and gentleness; and I have a random trigger about cockroaches
as a note: I do not like slave!fic but acknowledge that the situation of the clones is, at it's core, a form of slavery. so while i ask for slave!fic AUs to be fully avoided, I do appreciate fics that tackle that aspect of the Clone Wars series with tact, fidelity, and honesty.
Fandoms & Characters I Would Love to Receive:
Star Wars: I love so much Star Wars that to split them like I did on AO3 would make this post too long. I think it’s easiest to say this: I prefer Clone Wars, Rebels, anything about Jon Antilles, and anything Ahsoka Tano.
My main ships are: Cody/Obi-Wan, Kallus/Zeb, Hevy/anyone (consensual), Finn/Poe or Finn/Poe/Rey, blackkat rarepairs (mainly Jon Antilles/anyone), Jon Antilles & Fay (platonic), Waxer/Boil, Fives/Echo, Kanan/Hera, and Quinlan/Fox My favorite characters are: Hevy, Fox, Cody, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Leia, Poe, Fives, Luke, Jon Antilles, Fay (Legends)
Ted Lasso: My favorite ships are Roy/Keeley/Jamie, Ted/Trent, Roy/Keeley, and Jamie/Dani. Ted & Rebecca as platonic soulmates/besties in general. I love explorations of how much Dr. Jacob sucks and fix-its for the ending!
Batfam/DC: I can be picky and yet not? Basically, I just prefer no inner-Batfam fics of the boys because I truly view them as brothers. My favorite ships are Jason Todd/Roy Harper(/Kori), Dick Grayson/Wally West, Harley/Ivy (back to being super into them), Tim Drake/Kon, and Wally/Artemis from Young Justice. This is the fandom that I specifically am obsessed with found family in. -- I love exploring Alfred being the boys' Grandpa and Bruce’s complex dadhood.
The Locked Tomb: I’m definitely Gideon/Harrow on main; I really like fics where one or both of them are trans/nonbinary. Nona is my favorite character so explorations of her found family (the household or the friends or all of them) are important to me. Cam/Pal is important to me. I love modern AUs a lot.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Buffy/Spike is always a love (with acknowledgment of how tricky of a ship it is to navigate) but I mostly love Scooby Gang gen fic! And I adore Buffy crossovers with shows like Supernatural or movies like Star Wars.
Our Flag Means Death: Obviously Blackbeard/Stede is a big deal and I ship it forever. But my heart belongs to Jim/Olu and any explorations of Jim’s gender identity! Pining Izzy Hands makes me weak, as long as he’s not being abusive towards Edward or Stede.
ATLA: Always and forever a Zuko/Sokka shipper, specifically obsessed with found family in this, gen fic exploring the universe at all is super important to me!!!
MISC OTHERS: First Kill; The Adventure Zone; Red, White and Royal Blue; Good Omens; The Tarot Sequence; All for the Game; Teen Wolf; and Sandman.
I didn’t talk much about them because I’m basically just into the main ships for them (Juliette/Cal for FK, Taako/Kravitz for TAZ, Aubrey/Dani for TAZ, Alex/Henry for RWRB, Crowley/Az for GO, Rune/Addam or Rune/Addam/Brand for TTS, Hob/Dream for Sandman), Andy/Qunyh for The Old Guard, Joe/Nicky for The Old Guard, & Nile/Quynh for The Old Guard. For All for the Game I like Jean/Jeremy, Andrew/Neil, and Renee/Allison. Also friendship/gen fics of any of the characters! For Teen Wolf and First Kill I don’t like Mature/Explicit fics unless they’re adults in it. My favorite TAZ eras are Balance and Amnesty.
I’m a huge Regency era fan and love anything Jane Austen as well!
Fandoms/Ships I Will Create Content For:
I will create content for any of the fandoms and ships listed above! Including the same caveats. If paired with someone who likes explicit content, I don't mind finding fics that don't hit my squicks/triggers. THAT BEING SAID: I will create content for those fandoms even if it’s not one of my listed ships and not one of the following ships:
STAR WARS: Rey/Kylo, Leia/Luke, Rex/Ahsoka, any Master/Padawan relationship, or Palpatine/Anakin. BATFAM: inner!Batboys as mentioned TED LASSO: Ted/Jamie (love Ted & Jamie tho) AFTG: Andrew/Aaron, Andrew/women, Neil/women SANDMAN: Dream/any of his siblings
Other fandoms I will create content for:
Star Trek: Spock/Kirk, Spock/Kirk/Bones, Kirk/Bones Leverage: OT3 is Hardison/Parker/Eliot LOTR / The Hobbit: Gimli/Legolas, Eowyn/Faramir, Boromir/being alive, Bilbo/Thorin. I like anything just exploring the lore and history of the universe and its cultures Venom: Venom/Eddie(/Annie/Dan) The Witcher: Yen/Jaskier/Geralt, Jaskir/Geralt, Geralt/Triss, Yen/Triss Sense8: anything I can find! it’s small but there’s nothing I won’t do in this fandom, honestly… Marvel/MCU: Steve/Bucky, Clint/Bucky, Kate Bishop/America Chavez, and Spideypool (as long as they’re both adults). WITH A LOT OF CAVEATS… Harry Potter. I will only podfic trans-centric Tonks who does not get with Remus or Wolfstar with a happy ending. Stranger Things: anything Robin Buckley centric, anything that explores Robin & Steve's friendships, Robin/Chrissy, Steve/Eddie
Authors with BP that I love, as a starting point: Flowerparrish, saiditallbefore, trixree, wanderingjedihistorian, mestiket, hoebiwan, blackkat, cac0daemonia
More notes: I do write so anything of mine will work!! I have a few fics bookmarked that I don't plan to pod so those should be good to go, too!
Love,
Kaje (kbirb)

So you know my FNAFtale AU? Well my genocide route keeps getting darker and darker-
But I'm not here to talk about genocide. I'm here to talk about this cute side plot in the pacifst route! Because I want to think about happy things!!!
Into the Pit takes place in a different year than the original book in my AU. Oswald from "into the pit" finds the time traveling ball pit, and makes his friends like in the original AU. After he comes back the first time, he calls the ambassador of animatronic kind to come help with the ball pit. Because animatronics have been known for their magic nowadays.
Frisk comes to help with their siblings NM BB and Plushtrap. They go back in time with Oswald and meet his friends in the past. Obviously Plushtrap and NM BB cause a commotion in the pizzeria. "Two animatronics with souls?!!?!??!! :o how is that possible?!?!!!? They can use magic too!?!!?!" Basically their all bombarded with questions. Frisk convinces Oswald to tell the truth to his friends about how he's from the future. They take it pretty well, probably because of the two sentient animatronics that have a human sibling that are with him made things more believable.
While chaos ensues, ITP Springbonnie comes over. Oswald is obviously freaked out, cause creepy bunny. I gave Frisk a joke power for like shits and giggles, but here it actually helps drive the side plot. Frisk can speek silence.
Example: ".........................." "..................?" "........................!!!" Is a conversation!
So Frisk talks to ITP Springbonnie without speaking or using ASL, and conveniences them to come to the future where they'll have more freedom. They say their goodbyes, and return to the future with ITP Springbonnie. ITP Springbonnie is quickly welcomed to their new home (especially by OG Springbonnie). They learn sign language so they can talk to humans, and eventually gets a job! They get a job at the Snack Space, and eventually ends up having a crush on Oswald's dad. They become friends with Oswald's dad, and eventually meets his wife. They get slightly upset that he's married, but they've learned to control their feelings so nothing really bad happens. Honestly they feel a little silly for having a crush on a merried human that's the father of a kid he knows. But instead of the silly little crush going away, they start crushing on his wife too. Eventually they start feeling guilty for having crushes on the both of them.
They still hang out with Oswald's parents, they just feel guilty around them for liking them more than friends. But both of Oswald's parents start having feelings for the bunny as well, and they both start fearing for their marriage. They still love each other, but they're starting to have feelings for Springbonnie too! Eventually, with Oswald being on the Internet more than all three of them, Oswald says something along the lines of "hey, I just saw this video on animatrotube of this really cute animatronic polyamorous wedding!" and obviously his parents are like "what's polyamorous?"
They talk to Springbonnie about how their son said that weird word, so they search it up. When they find the definition, Springbonnie signs "I think I might be poly" to which they get a really good response to!!! All three of them start to question if they are poly!!! They eventually go from hanging out to dating together, and honestly they're all very happy! Oswald's parents ease Oswald into the idea of them dating the demon rabbit he met in the past, and he's supportive of them!
I'm thinking about having them all get married later in the timeline, but yeah! I'm going to make ITP Springbonnie and Oswald's parents poly! Oh and I almost forgot that this Springbonnie is nonbinary!!! (OG Springbonnie is a demiboy!!!)
But this is one of the happy side plots of FNAFtale: Years on The Surface

Third, the good stuff *wiggles eyebrows* listed under the cut is all of the fandoms and characters/ships therein I’d like to receive works for, listed in order of preference:
CQL/MDZC:
Preferences for this fandom: Anything. Give me the angst, give me the softness, give me the grief (wow okay, no I REALLY like grief themed fic in this fandom). I’m fine with canon, post canon, alternate canon, or modern AUs (with or without magic).
- Nie Huaisang centric fics
- Nie Huaisang/Any (except Nie Huaisang/Jiang Cheng)
- Nie Mingjue/Lan Xichen/Jin Guangyao
- Xiao Xingchen/Song Lan/Xue Yang
- Nie Mingjue/Jin Guangyao
- Nie Mingjue/Lan Xichen
- Wei Wuxian/Lan Wangji
- Lan Wangji & Lan Sizhui
Marvel 616:
Preferences for this fandom: SADNESS. I’m super into these specific runs [Avengers Vol. 5 (2013), New Avengers Vol. 3 (2013), Secret Wars (2015), Civil War (2005), and anything to do with The Illuminati team.] Listen, I just really like crying over those fools. I’m also not into any mundane AUs for it.

- Victor von Doom/Stephen Strange
- Victor von Doom/Tony Stark
- Victor von Doom centric fic
- T’challa/Namor
- Nathan Summers/Wade Wilson
- Daken/Bullseye
The Magnus Archives:
Preferences for this fandom: This is the horny zone, but also the badwrong zone. I’m not into AUs in this fandom. Give me Manipulation, give me nasty divorces, give me murders, give me misuse of dark-gods-given powers. Just fuck me up. Softness is allowed, but only if it has unseen edges 😈)
- Elias Bouchard/Peter Lukas
- Elias Bouchard/Jonathan Sims
Hannibal:
Preferences for this fandom: canon or canon divergent fics, post canon is also cool. No AUs. Murder is very appreciated, so is heavy angst. But happy murder husbands is very good also.
- Hannibal Lecter/Will Graham
Sherlock (BBC):
Preferences for this fandom: Anything. Although, I really like obsessive and codependent relationships here. canon, post canon, canon divergent, case fics, unrequited love, or very married johnlock. I do love a sad, devastated Sherlock, so feel free to break my heart.
- John Watson/Sherlock Holmes
Note for the mods on fandoms I’ve chosen to give but not receive:
- DC comics:
Preferences for this fandom: No mundane AUs. But I’m happy to record anything else.
- Tim Drake/Jason Todd
- Bruce Wayne/Clark Kent
James Bond (Skyfall):
Preferences for this fandom: Happy to record Anything.
- James Bond/Q
- James Bond/Alec Trevelyan
-James Bond/Q/Alec Trevelyan.
Squicks and DNW: Non con medical procedures, and mutilation.
E rated fic? heck yeah. If you want to gift it to me, I’m all for it.
Helpful tips: Go to my bookmarks and eenie meenie miney mo if you’re lost. There are a few fics marked as “to podfic” that I would 100% love if someone else got to first.

Football RPF Challenge - Day 12: Texting
Today's prompt is something I write into pretty much every fic sort of out of necessity because of the nature of the relationship I'm writing about. Thus, once again I was faced with an abundance of choices, and initially I had thought to work on something around the AU either in the scene preceding the one I wrote yesterday or immediately following the one I wrote yesterday, because both of them feature Vincent sending Christian a BARRAGE of increasingly less coherent text messages. But! It occurs to me that the scene I need to write in my current WIP immediately after the scene that has me VERY STUCK will also feature texting (I mean, it's all WhatsApp, really, but we'll call it texting), so I should work on that one.
Also, today I had the problem of having a day off. One would think this would mean that I'd have more time to write, but! It also happened to coincide with me having a headache that severely limited my ability to concentrate on things. It's passed now, but it meant that my morning was mostly spent with me telling myself to sit down and do things and then not doing them. I also needed to record almost 12k of fic for ITPE and I thought I'd use today to actually get that done. So I didn't give myself as much time to write as I should have, so this once again may only be half a scene or less, but it's something, right? Honestly, I'm happy I'm getting to it at all since I have a lot of other pressing things on the ambitious to do list for today which are probably NOT getting done, but I needed to prioritise. Plus, tbh, I was watching New Girl while cleaning the living room and it was the episode where Schmidt convinces Nick to write the next chapter of his book by basically telling him that he's a writer so stop second guessing himself and write, and I was like...yeah. Okay. Yeah. After this episode is over just sit down and write even if literally the only cleaning you've managed today was putting away the five items that were on the coffee table. Because you can do that later, but right now you have space and energy so just write the scene and then go about your life.
Thus...today's scene. The good news is that I feel like I’ve made good, meaningful progress on this fic, despite the scene a few before this still being stuck as stuck can be. I’ll go back to attempting to fix it eventually, but for now I’ve moved on and over the course of this challenge so far I’ve written the ending to this fic and now part of what comes immediately after what I need to do now, so at least I’m saving my future self some time and effort after she does all the untangling of the messy knot the middle part of this fic had worked itself into
As always, SPOILERS FOR MY CURRENT ACTIVE WIP. Don't read this if you don't want to be spoiled for the fic I hope to post before the end of the year.
Saturday, 7 July 2018
Vincent once again woke early the next morning, although this time not out of some nervous apprehension for Christian's arrival so much as a need to slip downstairs so he could have coffee and breakfast waiting for Christian whenever he woke up.
He'd set an alarm on his phone the night before--making sure it was set to vibrate and not ring so it wouldn't wake Christian from his much needed sleep--but he still found himself laying on his back staring at the ceiling long before the insistent buzz sounded next to his head.
Sunlight crept in through his drawn shades and bathed the room in diffuse light, and Vincent thought about lying there a bit longer; tucking his face into the back of his sofa and hiding away in here until--what, exactly? What was he hoping for? Some kind of peace offering, perhaps. A do-over on yesterday, only this time Christian would smile and embrace him and kiss him and thank him so much for the thoughtful welcome home.
Or maybe, Christian really didn't want any of it. Maybe he didn't know Christian as well as he thought he did. The way Christian's eyes had scanned the decorations lining his entryway, his face flickering into some kind of shock and horror before carefully fixing into the too polite mask Christian always managed to put on when he didn't want to say anything negative or controversial.
Christian keeping a wary distance between them from the moment he'd stepped through the door. Vincent had written it off as Christian being tired and the shock of three people in his home when he might not even have expected one--Christian himself going so far as to offer exhaustion, mental and physical, as the rationale behind his odd behaviour--but they both knew there was more to the distance than this. Christian had been distant for days before he'd even arrived in London, and Vincent didn't know why or what he'd done to make Christian pull away, nor did he know what he might do to fix it, but that didn't mean he wasn't going to try.
He rolled over and dropped his feet to the floor, wooden boards cool beneath his feet. Even in the oppressive heat of English summer, Christian's house had a cool, crispness about it, all smooth wood and sleek angles, everything light and bright and open. Even here, in the postage-stamp sized room that Vincent called his own, at least for now, the house felt airy and refreshing and welcoming.
Smooth blonde wood floors, crisp white walls, glass-topped modular workspace against the far wall, everything meticulously organised into drawers and bins. Bits of Christian's life all slotted neatly into place.
In contrast, the far side of the room where Vincent now stood staring down at all his earthly possessions spilling out from suitcases and cardboard boxes around his plush, low sofa--slightly worn grey upholstery, straight back, chosen more for comfort than for style, although Vincent liked to think it formed a good balance of both. It had a place here, in this room, juxtaposed amidst the forgotten remnants of Christian's life, but it still didn't exactly fit in.
A metaphor for Vincent, himself, really. And hadn't that always been the way of things, really?
Vincent dressed quietly, wincing at the creak of floorboards beneath his feet as he dug through the spilled contents of his suitcase for his second best v-neck and the same shorts he'd worn the day before. He should unpack, perhaps; find some place for all his things in this carefully arranged space, but he had no idea how long he'd be staying, and he didn't see the sense in putting everything away only to have to pack it all back in boxes and bins again in a few days time.
He crept down the hallway, treading carefully along the perimeter in an attempt to make as little noise as possible. Christian was a sound sleeper, especially on the occasions he'd dragged himself into his bed looking as run-down as he had when he'd excused himself from Vincent's company the night before, but Vincent did his best to avoid making any unnecessary noise, even as he slid into the bathroom and ran through his morning toilet, taking particular care to arrange his hair into place. Perhaps, if given as much sound, uninterrupted sleep as possible, Christian would shake off whatever funk he'd arrived home in yesterday and the two of them could go about resuming whatever passed for normality in their lives these days.
Vincent here, in London, in Christian's house. The two of them having to remember how their lives fitted in around one another.
Then again, Vincent thought, he wasn't sure they'd ever managed to figure that out in the first place.
Before he'd left, they'd at least had the illusion of maintaining their own, separate spaces; Christian never storing so much as his own toothbrush at Vincent's flat, and Vincent somehow knowing well enough to maintain the same distance here. Christian's life was his own, and Vincent happy enough to fit in to whatever territory Christian was willing to cede.
Now, the two of them living together, Vincent with his own room and a place for his toothbrush and shampoo and hair products in the cupboards beside Christian's. Sharing space, at last, but somehow farther apart than they'd been when Vincent was on another continent. They'd work things out, of course. They'd find a way to adapt their needs and their routines around each other--side-by-side at the vanity stealing lazy kisses as they readied themselves for the day; leaning together against the counter in the kitchen, steam rising off their mugs of coffee as they laughed over something trivial. They'd done it all before, back when Vincent had still lived in London and then again in the perfect week between Christmas and the New Year when Christian had given him the best gift possible--a physical, tangible space in his life.
Finished, Vincent continued his creeping around the house, making his way back down the corner and then easing himself onto the stairs. He took the steps in slow, controlled movements, pausing briefly on each before sliding down to the next.
Smooth wood of the bannister cool beneath his hands, and Vincent stopped short. The garland of paper Danish flags that he and Coco had meticulously wound around the railing and between the slats had vanished without any trace of its existence a few hours before. Vincent backtracked to the landing and looked over his shoulder towards Christian's bedroom. Door closed. Hallway silent.
He resumed his trek back down the stairs, moving with less hesitance now, although still proceeding with caution. When he reached the landing, he wasn't surprised to find the banner and glinting metallic balloons gone as well and not a single trace of Coco's bucketful of confetti in sight.
"Christiaan?" he called out, making his way through the front entryway into the kitchen.
Nothing. The kitchen empty and no response from Christian.
Vincent passed through the kitchen and the dining room and stuck his head around the corner into Christian's living room, half expecting to find him dozing on the sofa, but once again, nothing. No sign of Christian anywhere.
"Christiaan?" Vincent called again, louder this time. Once again, no response.
He checked the remainder of the house--sunroom, patio, back garden--but Christian was nowhere to be found. As a last resort, Vincent pushed open the door leading to the garage to find Christian's parking stall empty.
Where had Christian gone before 8:00am on a Saturday morning? And why had he not bothered to let Vincent know he was leaving?
It was possible, Vincent supposed, that Christian had intended to slip out early and be back before Vincent woke up. Vincent was never one to turn down an opportunity for a good lie-in on a weekend morning, although if he was being honest, the habit mostly only applied to those mornings he woke up to find Christian curled up against his chest and Vincent could ease them both into their morning with lazy, gentle kisses and slow strokes of his fingers across Christian's skin. Lying about in bed all alone and staring up at the ceiling just didn't have that same enticing pull as a few more minutes spent basking in Christian's warmth.
Vincent reached into his pocket for his phone, and found it empty. He'd left it still plugged into the charging port in his room.
Not worrying anymore about keeping quiet lest he wake Christian, Vincent pounded up the stairs in a rush, but paused when he reached the top landing.
Door to Christian's bedroom firmly shut, the only sign of life the sunlight now seeping out through the space between the door and the floorboards. Vincent knocked on the door, knowing the room was empty and he'd get no reply, but hesitating to intrude on the space nonetheless. He'd spent more nights in this room than any other, but he still couldn't think of it as his own to barge into as though he had some kind of eminent domain.
A pause, and Vincent listened closely for any sign of life--shifting and rustling of the bedclothes or the sound of bare feet slapping against the floorboards, but everything was silent. He eased the door open, just wide enough for him to peer inside and once again call Christian's name.
No response. The room empty. Bedclothes neatly arranged.. Everything tucked neatly away into its place as though Vincent had only imagined Christian's return the day before.
He backed out of the room, shutting the door behind him, and turned once more into the spare room that had been designated as his. He retrieved his phone from where it had fallen from the arm of the sofa and buried itself under his pillow and flicked the screen on.
The WhatsApp icon was illuminated in the top left corner, and Vincent swiped down to open the app.
Messages not from Christian, but from Roman and Martin. Messages about how they were anxiously awaiting the start of training with Fenerbace on Monday and telling him to 'hurry up and get things sorted with Spurs' as though Vincent had any control over his situation. These were followed by a string of photos of them in their new Istanbul flat, ending in one of them standing in an empty room with the caption of 'All that's missing is you!' and a string of blue and yellow hearts.
Vincent shook his head at his friends' overwhelming cheesiness at all times, but he couldn't help a grin as he snapped a return photo of his disheveled mess of belongings strewn around his sofa and sent it to them both with the words 'Still working on getting packed'
He had just closed out of the conversation and was about to tap Christian's name when another message came in from Roman. He dropped to the sofa and settled back against the cushions, then flicked open the new message instead. He wouldn't mind catching up with his friends for a while, and maybe it would give Christian a chance to return from his mysterious errands. Vincent could easily pretend he'd only just gotten dressed and hadn't even been downstairs yet, so he had no idea Christian had been away.
'Take plenty of quality time, eh Vincenzo. Come back to us all loved up and ready to make magic.'
'I'm not sure...' Vincent started to type back, but erased the words. Whatever was going on with Christian, they'd get through it. Any minute now Vincent would hear the sound of the garage sliding open and Christian calling up the stairs to tease him about still being in bed. He'd appear in Vincent's doorway and Vincent would slide over so Christian could slot in beside him on the sofa and they'd touch and kiss and fuck and talk and kiss some more until it was nearly noon and both of their stomachs were audibly groaning with hunger.
Instead, Vincent simply messaged his friends back a sequence of kiss emojis and backed out of the conversation once more.
Still nothing from Christian, and no sign of life downstairs, so Vincent tapped on Christian's name. The last messages from a few days ago, all Vincent's, each displaying the green check marks indicating they'd been read.
'Back in London’ ‘ I will see you when you get home’ ‘I'm proud of you and I love you.'
'Do you know when you will arrive at home’ ‘I can meet you at the airport if you'd like'
'Let me know when you will return’ ‘I miss you and I cannot wait to see you'
No response to any of them from Christian.
Once more, he typed a message into the box: 'Good morning lieveke' 'Will you be home for breakfast'
Vincent stared down at the screen, waiting for some acknowledgement that Christian had received and read his messages, but after turning his screen back on three times, the check marks were still grey.
Maybe he's driving. Maybe he's on his way home and any second now he'll turn into the driveway.
Vincent waited a few seconds more, then stood up, shoved his phone in his pocket and made his way back downstairs. He needed some coffee while he waited.

Tori and Luke’s Relationship
Okay, don’t get me wrong, I love Luke and Tori, I love their relationship, but I honestly feel that it is almost insanely unhealthy, not because it’s abusive - it’s not - or because either of the characters are bad - they aren’t, at least in my opinion - but because of how completely and utterly dependent Tori is on Luke.
Really, this is clear from the time they meet. In ITPS, it’s established that Tori and Luke met and formed a friendship soon after she arrived at Camp Half-Blood. This was a very vulnerable time in her life; her mother was dead (and she watched her die and was injured herself), she felt disconnected from her brother, and she had been suddenly thrust into this word of myth with no warning or preparation.
And then she met Luke.
Honestly, I don’t think their relationship started like this, or that Luke preyed on Tori. I fully believe that they were fairly normal friends, even if Tori leaned on him more than usual because of her circumstances.
But the problem lies in one simple fact: Not only does Tori not really have any other strong emotional bonds, she doesn’t want to. She doesn’t put any real effort into making friends or connecting with her half-siblings, Dan, or even the other Cabin 11 campers. She does end up having other friends, especially in INAS, but she always comes back to Luke. At her lowest points, either unconsciously or on purpose, she always looks to Luke and his memory for comfort and guidance. Essentially, she doesn’t think of Luke as a want, but as a need. To her, he is air or water, not cake or a car, or even something also that’s considered necessary to be safe and healthy, but not necessarily alive, like shelter.
Throughout ITPS, INAS, and Colors III., Tori’s goal is always Luke. In INAS, when Luke is dead and Tori thinks he is beyond her reach entirely, she’s . . . almost lifeless, in a way. She has no goals of her own beyond existing. She mostly does things because she has to or is forced to. Even when she decides to join in the fight against the gods, this decision is somewhat inspired by Luke’s own fight against them, and she does it at least partially because it offers the possibility of Luke coming back.
Now, this is by no means Tori’s only character trait, and she definitely has hobbies, thoughts, ideals of her own, but they’re all overshadowed by this. To Tori, the most important thing in her life is Luke, or finding Luke, or mourning Luke. Basically, this is Tori:
Life: Okay, so there are two options. The first one is Luke-
Tori: That one.
Life: Hold on, you haven’t heard the second one-
Tori: I don’t care. I want Luke.
Life: Yeah, but-
Tori: No buts. Give me Luke.
Life: You don’t even know what the second option is.
Tori: I don’t care, I want Luke.
Life: What if the other thing is five Lukes? Hm?
Tori: Is it?
Life: . . . No.
Tori: Is it any number of Lukes?
Life: . . . No.
Tori: Then it’s not what I want.
In contrast to this, Tori’s relationships with others are pretty surface-level. She pretty much doesn’t have any sort of connection with anyone else in ITPS because Luke was still alive, so even when they weren’t actively together, she was looking for him and trying to reunite with him. This changes some in INAS, where she has fairly good relationships with her siblings, but again, it feels shallow. They’re only really starting to connect, and they don’t understand Tori on a deeper level. They care about her, and she cares about them, but to her, they’re more stand-ins for Luke, at least on an emotional level. I honestly think that if Luke just randomly showed up alive, offered absolutely no explanation for this, and asked Tori to leave with him but that it would mean completely abandoning her siblings and everyone else forever, she would do it. She’d probably feel bad about it, but she’d do it. And her ‘feeling bad’ would be more guilt than sadness, because it would be so overshadowed by how happy she was because, hey! Luke!
And I don’t know if all of this was intentional in ITPS and INAS, but it was when I wrote Colors III. Tori honestly cares about Dan, Annabeth, Percy, and others, but still chooses Luke, even when she knows it’s at a possible or even certain detriment to herself or others.
During the final battle in Colors III., Luke needs to kill himself to kill Kronos. Even with the belief that this is absolutely necessary, this is Tori’s reaction:
“No! I don’t care! You can’t do this to me, Luke! Please, baby, I love you, I love you so much.” She started kissing him, his forehead, his cheeks, his nose, his lips. “Please don’t leave me. Please.” (This wasn’t even the first or only time she said this during this part; she continually said “No” from the moment she realized what was going on, and continued even as it became clear to everyone else that this had to happen.)
And finally, part XXVI. of book five: The battle is over; Tori has had time to get clean, her hair is down, and she’s wearing a light blue shirt - partly for Luke’s eyes, but also for clarity and thought. She has sat down and come to a purposeful decision: “I’ve chosen to stay with you . . . Whatever your fate, I’ll share it.”
(Keep in mind that at this point, that could mean literal death and eternal torture (and she absolutely knew that and still meant it) and that it actually did end up with them having their memories wiped and new, fake ones inserted, and thus being completely cut off from everyone they knew.)
Now, I don’t necessarily think this all is a bad thing from a story perspective. Just from a purely relationship perspective, that it is. And the reason for this is actually shown pretty well in INAS, which leads me to believe that it’s at least partially intentional on TheBrightestNight’s part. Without Luke, Tori completely falls apart. She is an emotional wreck with very little to fall back on now that the only person she had any real relationship with is gone. And, as of chapter 43 of INAS, she hasn’t really moved on from Luke and his death. And yeah, she has people she cares about, but I never get the feeling that her and these people really understand each other on a deep, emotional level, except for maybe Percy and Annabeth, but she doesn’t interact with them very much. Tori clearly doesn’t feel for anyone as strongly as she did and still does for Luke. She is, at times, suicidal, not just because he’s gone, but because without him, she has no one left.
While I personally am in favor of Luke coming back at some point in INAS, I think that even if he does, Tori needs friendships with people apart from Luke (not Nick, I don’t care for Nick). But I don’t think that can come purely from her effort, just because she wouldn’t see a need to put any in. After all, she would have Luke. What else does she need?

Angst blast!! The ITP: Happy Ending AU was made by @maraariana01
Title: Gone
[TW: Character Death]
[TW: Blood]
The bunny was going alone. He’d been wandering for a while. After having managed to explain the situation to Jackie and Thomas the best he could, the bunny wanted them and Jinx to stay behind.
He promised that he was going to bring back their son.
He didn’t know much about the bear—really, he didn’t know anything, besides the fact that he was a Freddy, that he was dangerous, and that he had taken his son for a reason unknown to the bunny.
Oswald was a good kid. He hadn’t done anything wrong—in general, or anything that could lead into him getting captured by a Freddy—which the bunny still didn’t know what he wanted to do.
The bunny still felt like it was his fault for the capture—as he wandered, he could still feel himself leaking from his eyes. He should’ve been there with his son—maybe he could’ve stopped it before the Freddy got in.
Even if he hadn’t, the bunny still felt that, with how everything really happened, that he could’ve done something. He just didn’t know what.
Just... just hold on, son. The wandering bunny thought, wiping at his eyes—which felt useless, as the leaking just kept going. I’ll be there soon, I promise. You’ll be okay.
He didn’t have any clues as to where the Freddy could’ve taken his son. He never saw any clues back at the house, or any place closest, so the bunny had settled on checking everywhere. He needed to find the two.
As he wandered, the bunny attempted to ignore some of his thoughts—the more unpleasant ones. Ones involving Oswald, ones of the past. But they always came back. They always returned to him.
What is the animatronic doing to him? His mind asked. Am I already too late? Will I be too late? How is my son? Is he still okay? How is he feeling? Is he scared? I’ll be there soon. He didn’t know that.
Scared... Oswald. He’d seen his son scared before in the past. Most of those moments happened to be the boy being scared of something small—like a spider that managed to get into his room, and ended up spooking him.
What came to mind, though, was back when the bunny was still pretending to be Thomas. Oswald... his son... the boy had seemed scared. Scared of the events unfolding—it wasn’t everyday that something like this happened.
...Scared of him.
Oswald had been scared of him. He had hurt his that night—he hadn’t meant to... but it still happened. He saw the fear and pain in his son. He had to wear a cast for a while after that.
Spring Bonnie had caused that. He had hurt his son. He had scared him. He remembered the last time a kid had been scared of him. When he had hurt them—despite not wanting to.
When he had come and worn him. The kids would never know that the bunny hadn’t wanted to do that—that he cares for them, wanted them to be safe—that it wasn’t really him doing it.
They had been scared of him until the end.
...
Oswald sat up right in bed, startled awake by a noise—it sounded like his door. Rubbing his eyes, and letting out a yawn, the boy got out of his bed, and walked over.
Taking a closer look, even if it was dark without the light on, he noticed how the door was locked—and obviously, someone was trying to get in. He didn’t remember locking it.
Maybe he did it without realizing? “Hold on,” Oswald spoke up, before unlocking the door, and backing up. A second passed, before the door was finally opened.
He saw Spring Bonnie standing there—and even in the dark, he could tell that a liquid was leaking from his eyes—it looked creepy in the darkness. “Spring Bonnie?” Oswald frowned.
Spring Bonnie fully stepped into the room, where Oswald was immediately scooped up by the bunny, and brought into a hug. His ears were lowered.
Although he was confused, Oswald hugged him back. What happened? A nightmare, maybe? That was his tired self’s first thought. But he doubted it—he’d never seen Spring Bonnie sleep—he didn’t seem to need it.
What had happened?
...
Spring Bonnie had assumed that it would take much, much longer—but, rather fortunately, it had taken less. He’d gotten some tips from some people as he wandered.
Apparently, the Freddy wasn’t all that good at sneaking around—he was loud, for one thing. He’d been running around, Oswald in his grasp, as he seemed to try to be finding someplace.
A giant, broken, animatronic bear wandering around with a child was something that you wouldn’t just forget after witnessing it, Spring Bonnie supposed.
With all of that help (Spring Bonnie made sure to thank all of them), the bunny had eventually made his way to an old, closed, and abandoned building—he didn’t know what it had originally been used for, but it seemed pretty big.
One of the was open just a little bit—like someone had forgotten to close and lock it. The bunny went through the door, and ended up in an empty, long corridor—he continued on his way.
It felt like the corridor just went on forever. But, fortunately, the bunny eventually reached another door, and he stepped through it.
Now, looking around, he seemed to be in what was an old storage room—there were a few boxes, three at most—but nothing else. The room was still pretty empty. It was only those boxes, himself, and...
Spring Bonnie tensed, his eyes widening. Leaning against the wall to the right of him, was the Freddy. He looked excited. He looked happy. Oswald was there, too, in the bear’s grasp.
He was... his son was still. He was still. The boy’s own eyes were widened. Red. Spring Bonnie saw red on the ground, specifically below his son. Oswald...! No, no...
He couldn’t see how bad it was, due to where he was standing, and how the Freddy’s arm was wrapped around him, but it seemed like most of it was coming from his son’s abdomen.
That was the main source of it, Spring Bonnie noticed, but he could see blood trickling down and out one of Oswald’s sleeves. A part of the boy’s pants, near the ankle, was stained, and he could see more trickling down.
Son...!
...
Funtime Freddy had been listening to the steady drip, drip, drip, that the blood made as it fell, when he heard footsteps—looking up, he smirked at the sight of the bunny, eyes glowing brightly.
“I see you’re here for your Little Ocelot, Bun-Bun!” The bear laughed, voice glitching once, maybe twice, in the process. “He wasn’t going to pick... so I picked for him!”
The bunny rushed towards the two.
Funtime Freddy knew what he wanted. The bear already had his fun—he’d already done what he’d wanted—and it was only a matter of time. Unlike Millie’s, this one was somewhat slow.
When the bunny reached him, Funtime Freddy didn’t stop Spring Bonnie from taking the boy from him. He just watched, chuckling to himself.
...
Spring Bonnie cradled the boy in his arms, leaking. He could see the injuries more clearly now. They weren’t good. The blood continuing dripping. Some of it was starting to get on the bunny.
No, no! Oswald... Oz, don’t! Stay! The bunny didn’t want to see him go motionless. He didn’t want to lose his son. Thoughts were screaming at the bunny loudly.
You’ll be okay! One was repeating over and over. Repeated begs, repeated reassurances, repeated apologies for this unfolding. I love you, son. However, everything went unsaid and un-written.
One arm was wrapped around Oswald’s back as he held his son against his chest—the other was against his abdomen. He didn’t think that was doing anything. Except for staining his hand.
Oswald moved. His hand lifted up, and grabbed at the bunny’s hand that was on top—most likely for comfort. He didn’t say anything. He didn’t know what to say.
One glance at his son, and within his son’s eyes... Spring Bonnie could see the fear. The pain. Oswald didn’t deserve this.
...
Funtime Freddy, originally having been watching from the same spot, finally decided to move forward. Granting Millie’s ‘wish’ had gotten rid of his boredom—and so had this—this was far more interesting.
As he started approaching the bunny, he watched as, ever so carefully, Spring Bonnie placed the boy down—giving him what seemed to be a forehead kiss in the process.
Spring Bonnie stood back up to his full height, standing protectively in front of his boy, Funtime Freddy noticed. He also noticed when the bunny’s jaw unhinged.
...
Spring Bonnie was alone in the building. Mostly. Now, it had just become him and... Oswald!
The bunny turned around, spotting his son right where he had left him a few minutes ago. He lay there, not moving. Red... there was a puddle of blood formed underneath his son, caused from the injuries.
Spring Bonnie ran, eyes and other areas leaking, rapidly falling and hitting the ground, somewhat staining it.
He fell to his knees after reaching his son, pulling Oswald close. He had noticed the red on his hands from earlier. Oswald...? He gently shook the boy’s shoulder a few times. No response.
His eyes were closed. Oswald was still. His son didn’t move. He was motionless. He wasn’t making any movement. Spring Bonnie couldn’t hear him breathing, nor could he see his chest rising and falling. Nothing moved.
No... Spring Bonnie held his son closer to his chest, the liquid continuing to hit the floor—and parts of Oswald’s clothes. No! His son wasn’t moving. He wasn’t opening his eyes. He wasn’t waking up.
Please, no... Spring Bonnie could feel his own body shaking. Unlike his son, he was moving. He was moving. Oswald wasn’t. He wasn’t going to do so again—he wasn’t going to talk—he wasn’t going to do anything—because the bunny had been too late. He’d failed his son.
He had promised Jackie and Thomas that he would bring their son back—that Oswald would be fine—something he had repeatedly told himself. But he wasn’t. He’d failed his son. And he’d not kept his promise to Thomas and Jackie. He failed them, too.
His son was gone.

Title: The Sleepover
Description: Oswald wants to have a fun night with Gabrielle and Ben. However...
Friday. It was always nice when the day came around—especially because of recent events that had been going on.
Oswald didn’t know why—maybe he just felt like it, but Dylan Cooper had started messing with him a lot more than he originally had.
Even back when he had been on summer break, Oswald had figured that he’d still need to deal with the other boy for quite a while longer—and he was right.
While it wasn’t the worst, Oswald still didn’t like having to deal with Dylan so frequently—the names and all. But, he chose not to mention it.
Now, he’d been out for a couple of hours, and his somewhat decent day had started to become better when Gabrielle had come half an hour ago.
The two of them sat next to each other on his bed. Gabrielle had a thick book in her hand—which she was partially focused on reading, but kept glancing back towards Oswald.
“Ben’s going to be here, right?” She questioned, flipping the page—but making sure that there weren’t several pages together in the moment.
Oswald looked away from her, and towards his phone. He and Ben had been chatting for a bit earlier, but there hadn’t been a response for a while.
“That’s what he and Mom said, yeah.” The boy nodded.
He had asked them both separately—Jackie hadn’t been sure—and she had been in a hurry. Ben himself just didn’t know—but assumed it would be a while.
With Jackie still off at work, and Thomas sleeping, that just left them with Spring Bonnie. Oswald remembered him in the kitchen, putting up groceries.
“I-“ Gabrielle had started, only to get interrupted with a noise coming from outside the room—it sounded like the doorbell, but a little quiet and slow.
“I’ll be right back.” Oswald told her, hopping off of the bed.
As he made his way out of the room, he could already see someone—Fetch. The animatronic was excitedly staring at the door, tail wagging.
Although, he wasn’t sure where the bunny was. Yet, at least. Maybe the bunny was still busy? He hadn’t been home for long.
“I’ve got it!” The boy called out, hoping that Spring Bonnie heard him.
Fetch turned at Oswald’s voice. Letting out a quick bark, he rushed away from the door, and towards him, tail continuing to wag.
“Hey, Fetch.” He smiled, putting a hand down to quickly give the animatronic a pet on the head. His tail just went quicker. Oswald wasn’t surprised.
As he pulled open the door, he was greeted by Ben standing there. Looking outside a little farther, he could see his friend’s father watching.
“Hey, man.” Ben grinned. Not looking behind himself, he gave a wave towards his father, before making his way inside the house.
Oswald moved to close the door, and as he did, he saw Ben’s father wave back, before getting back into the drivers seat of the car.
After Ben had moved away after the mill had closed, Oswald hadn’t been all that certain if the two of them would really get to see each other.
Sure, they were still able to text the other—but Oswald felt like it wasn’t the same. He’d missed him a lot.
Now, he was more than happy that they were getting to spend time together again. Ben obviously couldn’t visit all the time, but he came around enough.
“Hey.” As Oswald turned back after shutting the door (and making sure to lock it), he saw Ben crouched down, giving Fetch a belly rub.
The animatronic dog was happily enjoying it. Oswald smiled. “My phone died earlier, and I’d only just gotten the chance to charge it a couple minutes ago.”
Ben finally stopped with the belly rub, standing back up. Fetch stared up at him, tail wagging, before running off towards Oswald’s room.
The boy’s followed after the animatronic dog. “So, how’s everything been?” Ben questioned.
“Well... after last summer,” Oswald glanced back in the direction that he figured the bunny was, “It’s definitely been more interesting.”
He remembered when Ben had first been told everything. He’d forgotten to ever text him about it—although he had certainly wanted to.
So, Ben had finally learned about it when he and his parents came by, and were greeted by Spring Bonnie opening the door.
Now that he was thinking about it, Oswald hadn’t exactly told him everything. Like both encounters with Funtime Freddy. He wasn’t sure how to explain that to him.
A frown started to form on Oswald’s face. Will he come back again? Oswald sighed. Was he always going to do that? He’d already done it twice—getting away each time.
What if he hurts someone else? Or worse? He knew very well that the bear was capable of doing something ‘worse’. He’d seen Millie.
If Spring Bonnie hadn’t found them when he had, then Ralpho would have lost his life—they both would have. Ralpho... Another sigh escaped him.
“Oswald?”
“Hm?”
Oswald looked up from the ground, and back at Ben. “You good?”
He gave a nod. “Yeah... just thinking.”
Now that he was more focused, he realized that he was standing in the doorway, while Ben was actually in the room, watching him.
Looking a little further into his room, he spotted Gabrielle. Currently, she was lifting an excited Fetch up onto the bed, and into her lap.
“So...” Oswald started, entering his room, shutting the door ever so slightly. “What do you guys wanna do first?”
____
Oswald had been feeling rather tired recently—although, admittedly, he wasn’t sure why. But because of it, throughout the day at school, he kept nearly falling asleep.
He was sure he actually had, once, and for just a minute. One of his teachers must have been quick to notice. He’d opened his eyes to someone poking him.
The boy was rather happy when he realized that school was finally out for the day. Moving away from his desk, he made his way through the hallway.
As he walked, Oswald could spot Gabrielle from the corner of his eye—but he chose not to say anything. He didn’t think she saw him, anyway.
Stepping outside and past multiple students, it was rather easy to spot the animatronic bunny sitting in the drivers seat, waiting.
He opened the passenger door. “Hey, Spring...” Oswald yawned, climbing into the seat, and shutting the door.
Spring Bonnie waved, smiling. Once he was sure that his son had buckled up, the bunny began to drive.
Thomas was rather busy today, so he didn’t have time to pick up Oswald, which had left it to Spring Bonnie. Which, he didn’t mind.
Whenever it came to the bunny’s turn to pick up his son, it was always nice. He liked hearing about his day—even if it wouldn’t exactly be the most eventful.
Although, Oswald remained silent, leaning against the window.
Spring Bonnie stopped the car when he saw a red light in front of him. Then, he turned to look at his son in the seat beside him.
He seemed to be in the same position as before, and the bunny could hear a noise—he’d grown used to it, and knew what it meant. Snoring. His son was sleeping.
Spring Bonnie chose not to wake the boy up. He refocused on what was ahead of him, as the light finally changed to green.
Eventually, he reached their home, parking in the drive way. Glancing back at his son, the boy was still peacefully sleeping. He shifted slightly.
He wanted to get him inside, but didn’t want to disturb his son’s rest. It was rather chilly out, too. The bunny’s ears twitched.
Trying not to make much noise, he carefully opened up the door, and then reached for the sleeping Oswald.
Holding the boy against his chest, he wrapped the sides of his coat around him—wanting him to remain comfortable and warm.
Stepping out of the car with Oswald, and carefully closing the door with his side, the bunny made his way inside with his sleeping son.
____
After the three of them—and Fetch—had decided to draw for a little while, the idea to make some sort of fort had crossed Gabrielle’s mind.
Neither Ben or Oswald had a problem with that—although Oswald had never exactly made something like that before.
Gabrielle had chosen to leave the room to collect a few things, with Fetch happily running after her, leaving himself and Ben in the room.
As he and Ben chatted—with his friend beginning to do some video game voices—Oswald stared at some of the drawings.
One of Fetch’s was the closest. Until now, he’d never actually seen a drawing of his—only regular writing. But, the dog could draw well.
From staring at it, he could recognize the figures. In the middle was Ben, to the right was himself, and to the right was Gabrielle.
He’d been hearing Ben speak—he could hear him start speaking in another voice—not a video game impersonation, but familiar.
It was only when he heard “Oswald” that he fully focused on his friend. Turning away from the drawings, he turned back towards Ben.
“Mm?”
“What did you think of my Dylan impression?” He chuckled.
“It...” Oswald started. Why have I been so distracted? He frowned. He kept finding himself... lost in thought? There’d been a lot on his mind.
The boy knew what he usually started to think about—started to think back on—he...
“I’m back!” The boys turned towards the bedroom door, being greeted by Gabrielle, and Fetch, right by her side.
She set everything down in front of her, before kneeling down as a happy Fetch laid down, seemingly asking for a belly rub.
____
Spring Bonnie made his way out of the kitchen, through the hallway, and towards Oswald’s room. In his hands, he carefully held a plate.
With Ben and Gabrielle staying over, he had chosen to make something for the three of them. Well, not exactly make...
Spring Bonnie didn’t know how to make any sort of food—he knew that very well. He remembered how it went when he tried with Ralpho.
The bunny had found some chocolate chip cookies. He was sure that the kids would enjoy these.
As he reached the room, before actually seeing anything, he could hear his son laugh. “I think he wants to help out.”
Fully entering, he spotted some sort of structure in part of the room—which he presumed that the kids were the cause of.
Fetch held a soft blanket in his mouth. It seemed like he was trying to place it somewhere rather high—and keep it there.
“Your bunny dad is here.” Using his free hand, Spring Bonnie waved when all of the kids had realized that he was there—Ben having realized first.
He moved closer, setting the plate down on the bed. “I figured you’d like some snacks. :)” He scribbled down.
Gabrielle spoke up first. “Thank you,” She nodded, moving closer to the bed so that she could grab one of the cookies.
As Oswald moved to take a cookie for himself, both he and Gabrielle noticed how Fetch was staring up at the both of them, tail wagging.
Spring Bonnie scribbled something else down. “What’re you all doing?”
“Making a fort,” Gabrielle answered, “It’s gotta be pretty big.”
“I know how to make those.” Oswald nearly dropped his cookie at the sudden voice—he noticed how the animatronic dog’s tail went faster.
Looking past Spring Bonnie, the boy spotted Ralpho standing in the door way. I didn’t think he was here..
“You do?” Ben asked.
The orange rabbit nodded, ears twitching. “Maybe I could help?”
“That’d be nice,” Gabrielle nodded.
____
Oswald wandered out into the hallway outside of his room, finding himself unable to sleep. After that situation with the bear, he guessed it made sense.
He couldn’t get what happened out of his head. He had felt just as terrified as the first time—if not more.
While he was awake, the boy had chosen to make his way to the kitchen. He wanted to have a little late night snack.
Oswald knew that his dad and mom were home—Jackie had been helping with the orange rabbit’s injuries.
They both had to be asleep, he guessed. So, as the boy wandered, he tried his best to be quiet. He just hoped that nothing would creak.
He would have kept walking—having a clear path. Get to the kitchen, get some sort of snack, and then head back to his room shortly after.
However, he came to a stop when he spotted Spring Bonnie. The yellow bunny was nearby, sitting next to the couch. Sitting next to Ralpho.
Ralpho took up most of the couch with the way he was laying. The orange rabbit’s ears were lowered, and Oswald could spot his hat on the table.
The rabbit was rather still. Oswald couldn’t exactly tell or not from where he was, but he guessed that his eyes were closed—that he was resting.
The boy certainly figured that someone would need rest after something like... that.
Spring Bonnie’s own ears were lowered. With both hands, he held onto one of Ralpho’s.
It was rather dark, but even then, Oswald thought that he could see the yellow bunny slowly dripping.
Frowning, and letting out a quiet sigh, Oswald turned around, starting to make his way back to his bedroom.
____
It took some time, but eventually, the kids, the orange rabbit, and the excited animatronic dog had finally managed to finish the whole fort.
Ralpho had noticed that, while the others helped out, Oswald stood off to the side. He almost looked... upset, and lost in thought.
But, he had assured the group when Gabrielle had noticed something. Maybe he’s just tired? The orange rabbit had thought, frowning.
After having set it up, Ralpho just remembered talking for a while—and Gabrielle deciding to read something to the group for a short while.
He looked around. Within the fort, Gabrielle was to the far right. Fetch was laying across her—which he’d chosen to do ever since the fort had been finished.
A little close to the two of them, there was Ben. All three of them had been asleep for a little while at this point.
He had assumed that Oswald, in the far left, must have fallen asleep as well, and that the orange rabbit himself was the only one awake.
But, looking towards him...
The boy seemed wide awake. He kept shifting around, and wiping at his eyes, it seemed. Although, he remained rather silent.
“Oz.” Ralpho called out, quiet... enough. He didn’t want to wake the other three. He didn’t know if they’d wake easily.
“...Yeah?” The boy muttered, turning to look at the rabbit in the dark.
“Is something the matter?”
Oswald sat there in silence for a couple of seconds as he stared at the rabbit. Then, he turned back away, no longer facing him.
“Oz?”
“No...” He quietly responded. “No. It... um...”
“...Maybe...” He added after a moment, far more quiet, glancing back at the rabbit for a second. Ralpho’s ears twitched.
“I... I don’t want to wake them...”
As the boy spoke, Ralpho glanced towards the other kids and Fetch, before back at Oswald. “Let’s get going, then.” He answered.
He made his way out of the massive fort, and once all the way out, stood back up. He saw Oswald staring out at him.
After a second, the boy nodded, and, trying to be quiet, made his way out of the fort. He moved over to Ralpho, but didn’t look up at him.
“Follow me, Oz.”
____
Oswald hadn’t been too sure on where the best place would be—everyone was asleep now inside—or, in Spring Bonnie’s case, at least relaxing—the bunny was the only one unable to sleep.
He figured talking anywhere inside would be pretty noisy. However, Ralpho had led him to the backyard instead.
Oswald followed the rabbit outside, making sure to carefully close the door, before sitting beside where the orange rabbit had chosen.
“What’s bothering ya?”
“I...” Oswald sighed, looking up at the rabbit. “You... remember when we had to deal with Funtime Freddy, right...?”
Ralpho stared, and then nodded. “Yeah. Yeah, I do.” He confirmed.
“I’ve just... I...” The boys gaze drifted back towards the ground. “I’ve been... thinking. Thinking about it all...” He sniffled.
“I...” Oswald trailed off.
As Ralpho waited, he found himself glancing back inside the house. He wondered if Spring Bonnie was close.
The rabbit’s ears shot up upon hearing a new, yet recognizable, noise. Crying. Ralpho turned back around. Oswald was the source of it.
“Hey-“ The orange rabbit started, reaching forward with a gloved hand, but he paused. What do I do? Are his parents better with this? Springy probably is...
“It- It’s my fault!” Oswald sobbed out, wiping his eyes.
Ralpho finally moved again, settling for placing his arm around the boy. “What is?...”
“Y-You... you got hurt by him, Ralpho...” The boy cried, not looking up. “Y-You got hurt... because you... you were protecting m-me from him...!”
“Oh...” Ralpho whispered, staring down at Oswald.
“W-We... you...” Oswald struggled with his words. “H-He... would’ve gotten y-you killed when you were p-protecting me, if Spring h-hadn’t come!”
“Hey. Oz, hey...” Ralpho began. “Look. Can you look at me?”
For a moment or two, his head remained down as he sobbed. However, he seemed to listen to the orange rabbit, as he lifted his head, and turned to face him.
Ralpho nudged the boy a little closer to him, before unwrapping his arm from him. Although, that was only so that he could use both hands while attempting to wipe his tears.
“Listen, Oswald...” The orange rabbit began, trying his best to find the correct words. “I don’t... it’s not your fault, okay? I don’t... I don’t blame you.”
“I don’t, and never have.” The orange rabbit continued to wipe Oswald’s oncoming tears, being as gentle and careful as he could.
“I couldn’t just let that bear hurt you, could I?” He hummed. “If I hadn’t done anything, or if Spring hadn’t come when he had...” Something else would have happened to you—to both of us.
“I’m glad with what I did when we were captured.” He continued.
“B-But you...”
“I got hurt. I know,” Ralpho sighed, his gaze falling to the ground for a moment. “I know how you and Spring Bonnie feel about it. But, it’s okay Oz. I’m okay now.”
“Neither of us lost our lives, Oz. That was pretty good.” The orange rabbit chuckled.
As he was about to say something else that was on his mind, Oswald moved rather quickly, hugging the orange rabbit tightly.
Ralpho blinked, staring down at the boy. “Aw, Oz...” He smiled. He wrapped his arms around him, returning the hug.
For a while, Ralpho just found himself talking. Talking about anything that came to mind in the moment. Oswald never said anything, but he figured the boy was listening.
Eventually, he stopped, and looked back down at Oswald. Oswald wasn’t hugging him any longer, but remained against him, still. Is he... sleeping?
Shrugging to himself, Ralpho chose to stand back up, holding Oswald. “Let’s go back, Oz...” He murmured.
____
Trying to be silent, as to not potentially wake any of them, Spring Bonnie entered his sons room. He’d been planning on just checking on the group.
Upon entering, the bunny smiled at the sight. All of them were in that fort that they had talked about—he hadn’t stayed for long earlier, still needing to do things.
He first spotted Gabrielle to the far right of the large fort, with Fetch sleeping across her peacefully. To her side, Ben was there, snoring.
Towards the left of it, there was Oswald and Ralpho. He could easily tell that, like the kids and Fetch, Ralpho was also asleep.
Spring Bonnie knew that he himself couldn’t sleep—even if he tried—but he could still rest.
Carefully walking forward, Spring Bonnie made his way inside, joining the group in the fort. He was rather surprised that it was big enough for all of them.
He moved towards Oswald first, leaning down to give his son a kiss on the forehead. Then, he moved towards the middle.
The bunny moved closer to the sleeping Ralpho, and pressed a kiss on the rabbit’s cheek, before he fully laid himself down.
As he laid his head down last, he managed to reach over, and wrap an arm around both Ralpho and Oswald. Goodnight.

Double angst blast! The ITP: Happy Ending AU was made by @maraariana01
Title: Grief
Description: After the situation with the Freddy Model, Spring Bonnie deals with the aftermath, and the loss he suffered.
(TW: Character Death)
(TW: Blood)
Spring Bonnie didn’t know for how long he’d been sitting here like this—in the middle of the abandoned building, holding his son close—blood, and his remnant and agony—dripping.
He’d sat there, holding Oswald close, silently sobbing and begging—begging desperately for him to wake up—to be okay. To be perfectly okay. For this to not be happening.
The bunny had never been able to sleep—he couldn’t have dreams or nightmares. But, right now, he really wished that he could—so that this could turn out to be a nightmare. So that he’d wake up, and Oswald would be okay.
No matter how hard he tried, Spring Bonnie couldn’t force himself to stand. He wanted to get out of here—he wanted—he needed to get his son help. Maybe there was still time. But...
Spring Bonnie’s grip on his son tightened. Oswald hadn’t deserved this. He hadn’t. Why had this happened? Everything had been okay—everything had been fine—they’d been living as a family.
Oswald had been okay.
He knew of a reason for why this had been done to his son. The Freddy had mentioned that he was bored, among ‘other’ reasons. He’d done this because he was bored. His son was like this because the Freddy was bored.
He hadn’t known the reasons for why he had done it, and Spring Bonnie didn’t think he’d figure out why. But, whatever their reasons, neither Oswald or the other children deserved this fate.
Not at all.
The bunny’s ears twitched as he heard something—the sound of a door, followed by footsteps. “Oswald? Spring Bonnie?” Jackie. It was Jackie. Thomas had to be with her, he guessed.
“Spring Bonnie?” Thomas. They were both getting closer.
How had they found the building? Had they followed him? If that was the case, he assumed that he would’ve noticed the two of them—or that they would have already entered earlier.
Maybe they asked around. But, how they got here wasn’t the bunny’s main concern right now. Spring Bonnie uselessly wiped at his leaking remnant and agony—noticing more of the red that was on him.
How were they going to take this? Spring Bonnie had told them—promised them—that he’d bring back Oswald. He promised himself that he’d get his son back—that he’d be okay. But...
He had failed.
“Oswal-“ Spring Bonnie looked up when the voice came to a stop, followed by a gasp. Jackie was standing there, stiff with widened eyes, which darted between her son and the bunny.
Thomas was standing beside her, nearly just as stiff. He was the first of the two to start moving—bolting as fast as he could towards the two of them.
A few seconds after, Jackie managed to make her legs move, and she forced herself to run over. Her son had been hurt before, she’d helped him before—but it had usually only been scrapes and little cuts.
She had never wanted to see her son like this.
“What happened?!” He thought he could hear one of them say—although it sounded distant. Maybe it was Thomas. Spring Bonnie didn’t answer. He couldn’t.
Spring Bonnie felt frozen. It felt like he couldn’t move. It felt like he could only focus on his unmoving son. His thoughts—his loud, distressed thoughts—were so much louder compared to the others.
Jackie was a nurse. He knew she was. He wanted to ask—plead—for her to do something. Anything, for Oswald. A part of him still wanted to hope—to believe—that his son was okay. But, the rest of him knew what this meant.
Although, it seemed like he didn’t need to ask her. He noticed when Oswald was taken away from him—and with a quick glance, he noticed Jackie, kneeling down, and holding him.
As Jackie began to hurriedly check her son, Spring Bonnie took notice to how everything was so... quiet—aside from his repeating thoughts, and the quiet, yet desperate, voices of Thomas and Jackie.
Spring Bonnie didn’t know how long he watched Jackie before she came to a stop. He could tell that she was shaking. Her mouth opened, but no words came out—yet a cry did.
She shook her head, a hand over her mouth, yet that barely did anything. Thomas reached over, tears sliding down his face, as he pulled his wife into a hug.
Spring Bonnie’s stained, shaking hand turned into a fist, and he slammed it into the ground, as more of the liquid began leaking from his eyes. I could’ve stopped it...
...
Everything felt like a blur after that until today—minus a few bits here and there. Tears. Lots of them. The bunny remembered a lot of them being shed—they hadn’t stopped though, even now.
He remembered attempting to comfort the two of them on several occasions—but, Spring Bonnie had been trying to avoid them as of late... which was a little difficult.
He wasn’t sure if either of them exactly wanted to see him. Neither of them had said anything, but... the bunny was feeling a lot. He’d never been good with emotions. Especially new ones—and what he was feeling seemed new.
It wasn’t good, though.
He felt angry. At himself, and at the Freddy Model. The bunny felt distressed. He felt horrible. Regret—regret for not saving his son—for failing Jackie and Thomas. Worry. Would they not want him around any longer?
If they didn’t, he’d accept that.
He’d started feeling something new. He’d never felt this way before—except for, back then, when he’d gained back control, and saw what happened to the other children. What was it? It wasn’t good.
Today was the funeral. He looked on ahead, watching Jackie—she was talking about some moments she had with Oswald—Spring Bonnie didn’t know these ones, he hadn’t been around then.
He noticed Ben. He and his family had driven here for the funeral. The bunny remembered hearing Ben over the phone when Jackie had to inform him and the rest of the family of what happened.
Slowly, Spring Bonnie made his way over to the sniffling boy, and started to reach down to give him a (hopefully) reassuring hug. Though, the boy moved away.
“D... Don’t touch me,” Ben murmured, although he didn’t look up at the bunny—his gaze remained on the ground.
Ears lowered, Spring Bonnie refocused on Jackie, who seemed to be talking about a more recent memory.
...
Ralpho had heard of the boy, but had never met him—and more recently, he’d discovered why. Upon the moment he’d met Spring Bonnie, he noticed a lot of things, such as how he’d talk about his son, yet there was always something off.
The bunny always seemed somewhat sad—with or without talking about Oswald. Ralpho had known him for about two months—and nearly two weeks ago, he’d finally learned more.
It was difficult for the bunny. Yet, he’d still given a little explanation to the rabbit. He’d learned that the boy had passed. That a Freddy Model had killed him.
The bunny had been trying his best to explain how he was feeling to the rabbit—which could prove a little difficult, with how he didn’t understand a few of his emotions—but Ralpho still understood.
Ralpho knew of the grief he was feeling. The regret. The rabbit paid attention as best he could whenever the bunny would start talking of it all. He wanted to be there for him.
He had never comforted anyone before. Not until now. Back at his home, he was thought to be non-sentient by everyone—he never comforted anyone there. After it closed, he never came across anyone who needed it.
Right now, Ralpho could only sit there, returning the hug that Spring Bonnie had started—trying to give reassuring words, all while trying to wipe away the liquid pouring from his eyes.

So, I decided to make another quick little fic involving the ITP: Happy Ending AU by @maraariana01 and this time, it’s got Funtime Freddy from Count The Ways, aswell :)
Title: A Bear, A Child, & Said Bear’s Way Of Breaking, Entering, & Capturing
The animatronic bear stared out at the house, a smirk plastered right on his face. He’d been around the area for quite some time—after simply stumbling across it after wandering around after leaving the old man’s garage.
He already knew who he wanted to get this time—the young boy, Oswald. He’d already been planning everything... he’d just been waiting for the perfect moment.
Funtime Freddy sighed. When it did come down to taking the kid, he would’ve preferred to be able to use his storage tank—but, thanks to Silly Millie, when she entered, she caused it to get stuck.
It was something that the bear only discovered after he’d counted, gotten rid of his boredom, and fulfilled Chilly Milly’s wish. It was all still a win-win in his eyes. But he wished she hadn’t gotten it stuck. No matter what he tried, it stayed that way.
Oh well, Funtime Freddy thought. I can still manage.
...
Oswald sat at his bed, drawing some sketches. His phone was in his lap, texting Ben—although his friend hadn’t texted back yet. He could hear Jinx purring from where she lay on the ground.
He was waiting for Spring Bonnie to finish up with some chores—as the rabbit was going to drive him to go pick up Ben. Through his closed door, he could hear the vacuum.
Oswald was glad that everything was normal again—...well, as normal as life could be after he went through the ball pit, and obtained a third parent in Spring Bonnie.
Everything else was still pretty normal. School had started back up, he’d been visiting and chatting with Ben more—who had returned from his little vacation not too long ago. Spring Bonnie, Jackie, and Thomas all seemed to be comfortable with each other.
He knew it was something that took time getting adjusted to. Oswald was happy that it went smoother than he had thought it would when he talked to the two of them, explaining little parts of what had happened that day.
...Even now, he had never outright explained the ball pit. Sure, he told them both that he found Spring Bonnie at Jeff’s Pizza, but Oswald never explained the time traveling part. He didn’t even know how.
Click.
Oswald paused. What was that? He frowned. It sounded like it was coming from behind him. His window? Before he could turn, he started to hear the sound of hissing.
“Jinxie?” He glanced down at the cat, who was backing up slowly—she looked on edge, and her hissing didn’t stop. “What’s the m-“
Oswald’s eyes widened when he was suddenly grabbed by a cold, metallic, and somewhat broken arm. A gasp had escaped him when he was lifted up, but he could tell it was muffled.
His eyes darted around, trying to get a full look, and what had grabbed him was obviously an animatronic—but not the one that he was used to seeing, or liked seeing. Just like the arm, this animatronic was damaged, and he seemed to be a bear.
The animatronic bear chuckled, although it was obvious that he was trying to keep himself quiet. He was just barely succeeding. “Hello, Little Ocelot!~” He whispered—or tried to, voice glitching.
Barely managing to see anything else behind the large bear, Oswald noticed his window. It was fully opened, but it looks like some parts of it had been broken in the process.
Oswald wanted to get away. He wanted away from this bear. He could feel himself moving around... but it wasn’t working. The bear’s grip was strong. What did he want?
Oswald didn’t want to find out.
Could he yell for Spring Bonnie? He knew he sounded muffled... but what if the bunny still heard him? How good was the bunny’s hearing? He didn’t know.
For a moment, Oswald thought about trying to call someone—but that was quickly thrown out the window when he realized that he couldn’t. His phone, originally in his lap before he was grabbed, was now abandoned on the floor.
He could only think that, if he could grab it, that he would either end up messaging Ben—who seemed to have texted back now—or his parents—who were out on a date. What would they do?
“Squirmy one, aren’t ya, Little Ocelot?” The bear chuckled again, still seemingly trying to make sure that he remained quiet enough. Oswald glanced around, eyes spotting the bear’s stomach. What was leaking out of it...?
...
Spring Bonnie had been vacuuming the whole house. He’d decided to do some chores a couple of hours, and then he planned on driving with his son and Ben. He’d promised to do so after he was finished.
He was in the living room—which was the last area he needed to get done. Earlier, Oswald’s room had been where he had started, and he went from there.
Spring Bonnie’s ears twitched, and he paused. He thought he heard something. Was it just the vacuum? It was loud. He’d almost forgotten that he had the TV on, too—a rom-com, which he was glancing up at and watching bits of as he did chores.
He continued vacuuming for a second or two... but then the bunny’s ears twitched again. The bunny was hearing something. It wasn’t coming from the vacuum or the TV, though. It was... what was it?
The bunny pressed a button, turning the vacuum off, and setting it carefully on the ground. The TV’s volume was quite low, so he didn’t need to turn it further down—he’d mainly been relying on the subtitles earlier.
Hissing. The bunny heard hissing. And... talking? Talking. It was a little distant and somewhat muffled from where he was, but he knew that’s what it had to be.
The hissing had to be Jinx—he’d grown accustomed to that noise. But the talking? It wasn’t Oswald. It wasn’t Jackie, or Thomas. It wasn’t Ben. He could tell that. He knew all of their voices well... but this wasn’t any of them.
Son? Spring Bonnie frowned in concern. He could feel his ears start to lower. He should go check on him. He hoped that it was nothing—he hoped that nothing was wrong—nothing was going on with his son.
Moving the vacuum out of his path, the bunny started walking down the hallway to reach his son’s room.
...
When he opened the door, Spring Bonnie nearly stepped on Jinx’s tail—but spotted the hissing cat before that, and stepped out of the way. Once out of her way, the cat ran out.
He watched her leave, confused, before turning back around and looked ahead. That confusion quickly turned to horror from the sight in front of him.
Funtime Freddy, beside the bed, with his son squirming around in the bear’s grasp. Both’s attention were turned to Spring Bonnie when he had entered the room.
Spring Bonnie! Oswald felt relieved.
“Oh, why hello!” Funtime Freddy knew of him. Knew of how the bunny came from the pit—pretended to be Thomas—before truly joining the family. He knew how he was essentially a third parent.
Oswald thought he heard a... growl?
Spring Bonnie took a step forward, and Funtime Freddy started moving, too—towards the direction of Oswald’s door. “I wouldn’t get too close, bun-bun!” He snickered.
The bunny stared. “I have plans,” He started, still slowly making his way to Oswald’s door—the smirk remaining on his face. “You wouldn’t want your Little Ocelot to go...” He used his arm without the hand, seemingly doing a ‘slicing’ motion around his own neck.
“But, maybe it would be fun to make you count the ways with me, bun-bun...” He laughed, smirk growing. He wondered what Spring Bonnie would choose. He also wondered what the kid would want. But, he had different plans.
He was here to get the kid and leave, before resuming everything. Silly Milly shouldn’t have gotten his storage tank stuck. If not for her, this would be a little easier. But, he had fun with her.
Oswald noticed how Spring Bonnie was beginning to leak. There was always little bits dripping, but massive leaking usually seemed to happen, he noticed, when the bunny was angry or sad.
Teeth. Oswald and Funtime Freddy saw all of the teeth stored in the bunny after he unhinged his jaw. Angry. Oswald hadn’t seen him like that since the night he went back to Jeff’s Pizza to get his dad.
“Oh, you don’t like that, bun-bun?” Funtime Freddy giggled.
Spring Bonnie’s hands bawled into fists. Just as the bunny started to get closer, the bear ran out of Oswald’s bedroom door. Spring Bonnie followed.
He entered the living room, looking around—he didn’t see Funtime Freddy or his son yet. He could feel himself leaking further.
Just as the bunny took another step, he heard a glitchy little laughter, followed by footsteps, and the feeling of something hitting him from behind—it felt... electrifying. Shocking.
...
Spring Bonnie blinked. He was leaning against one of the walls in the living room. He wiped at some of the liquid agony and remnant, before hurriedly looking around. Son...! What had the bear done?
Standing up fully, the bunny hurriedly began looking all over the house. He went back to his son’s room, checking under the bed, and in the closet, before moving to the rest of the house.
Oswald... Spring Bonnie could feel himself shaking as he kept checking the house. His ears were lowered. He could feel so much liquid leaking from his body—eyes especially.
As he reached the last room that he had to check, Thomas and Jackie’s room, Spring Bonnie leaned against the wall as his body started shaking further. How could he let this happen? How could he let his son get taken?
What was going to happen...?
Son... I’m so sorry...
He couldn’t find anything in the house—no hints or traces of where Funtime Freddy could possibly be with his son. Wherever the bear went with Oswald, neither of them were in the house anymore.
Spring Bonnie made a decision. He left through the front door, hurriedly looking around outside—he spent an hour or two doing so. That’s what it felt like.
The bunny was leaking everywhere. He checked the front yard, and the back yard—every area near the house, and even somewhat far away—in hopes that he’d find any sort of clue to where his son and the bear could be.
He found nothing.
Spring Bonnie made his way back home. When he got back, he’d been planning to recheck everywhere. But, as he passed the front door, the bunny fell to his knees.
Jinx meowed sadly from where she lay somewhere in the living room.
He should’ve been able to stop Funtime Freddy. He should’ve been able to stop him from taking his son. The bunny should’ve been able to save his son. Had he failed his son...? What did Funtime Freddy want with him?
Horrible possibilities started throwing themselves into the bunny’s mind—which he attempted to ignore, but... Funtime Freddy could do anything. What if he had already done something? How was he going to find his son?
Spring Bonnie heard the front door open.
...
“Oswald, we’re-“ Thomas started, closing the door behind him and his wife—although he stopped when he spotted Spring Bonnie in the middle of the living room.
He was collapsed on his knees, shaking. Even if the bunny wasn’t facing them, Jackie could tell that he was leaking... something. (What was it called? She’d never asked. Did Spring Bonnie know?)
Most of the leaking, she noticed, was coming from his eyes—it was pouring out like a waterfall. Although she noticed it coming from other parts of him, too. Jackie frowned.
“Spring Bonnie?” She gently called out, approaching the bunny carefully. Thomas stayed where he was, but looked around.
“Spring Bonnie,” The nurse knelt beside the animatronic. “What happened...? What’s wrong?”
The leaking bunny turned slightly to look at Jackie. Messily searching through his pockets of his coat, Spring Bonnie eventually pulled out his note pad and pen.
Jackie and Thomas, who moved a little closer, both watched as the bunny started writing. Although, whatever was leaking ended up hitting the notepad paper. So, the only words that the two could fully read were: “Oswald” “Freddy” and “Captured”.
Spring Bonnie messily flipped to another page on the notepad a second later, and sloppily wrote something else—this time, only two words. But it got the point across. “Son taken.”
“W-What...?” Jackie whispered, horrified, her eyes widening.
He could vaguely hear Thomas say something, too, followed by quick footsteps—from the corner of his eyes, Thomas seemed to be making his way to his son’s room.
Jackie watched her husband for a single moment, before refocusing on the shaking bunny in front of her. “Spring Bonnie, w-“
She was cut off when the bunny moved forward, hugging her—the hug was tight, but he wasn’t hurting Jackie, either. Blinking as her eyes felt watery, Jackie hugged the bunny back.
Jackie had never seen him like this. She rubbed the bunny’s back, closing her eyes. Oswald... please, be okay. What had happened? Why would anyone want to take her son...?
He should’ve stopped the bear before he escaped, Spring Bonnie had thought. He should’ve done... anything. Why did this have to happen? Oswald didn’t deserve anything that the bear may do.
He only hoped that he could get to his son somehow before Funtime Freddy went through with anything...

Just something sweet :) The ITP: Happy Ending AU was made by @maraariana01
Title: Shall we?
Description: The two hang out quite a lot, not surprising——but after certain events, spend further time together, and relax.
Ralpho laid across the couch, waiting for Spring Bonnie to return. The orange rabbit was too tired to remember why the bunny had left in the first place.
Glancing at the clock in the darkened room, he knew it had to be somewhere around eleven PM—although the rabbit wasn’t the best at telling that sort of time.
Either way, he knew it had to be late—and that Jackie would return soon, if he was remembering what Oswald had told him once about her job.
A few hours prior, when he and Spring Bonnie had actively been watching a few new rom-com’s, he remembered Oswald heading back to his room with Ben and Gabrielle.
The kids seemed to have a break from school—although Ralpho didn’t know why, he hadn’t asked yet. Either way, they all seemed to like that.
From what he’d heard from Jackie over the phone prior to the two’s arrival, the whole sleepover thing would last until Tuesday—tomorrow would be Sunday.
He knew that they were all sleeping. Earlier, he’d passed by Oswald’s room when trying to retrieve something, and he had heard snoring. The rabbit had wondered if they still had their fort up.
The orange rabbit got to learn a lot whenever he decided to hang out with Spring Bonnie and them—which, he had been doing a little more recently.
After the encounter with the bear, he’d been brought back here—and Jackie had thankfully been able to help him out. Spring Bonnie had thanked her a lot, he remembered.
Ralpho hadn’t really left all that often recently—originally, it had been because he was still recovering and resting from the encounter with him.
Now though, it was more about Spring Bonnie—he could tell how worried the bunny had been ever since the encounter.
The bunny was concerned—Ralpho knew that—especially since Spring Bonnie had told him what he was worrying about. Funtime Freddy was still out there.
He knew Spring Bonnie was scared about what could happen—so, when he did want to leave, Ralpho simply allowed his Honey Bun to come with him.
Ears beginning to twitch, Ralpho heard something from down the hall. It sounded like it was rather close to where Oswald’s room happened to be.
Ralpho looked around for a moment, before deciding to go see what was going on—if anything really was, at least. Maybe something fell.
It was rather dark in the living room, though. So, as he got off of the couch, the orange rabbit tried to watch where he was going—not wanting to trip over anything.
As he watched where he went, slowly making his way out of the living room, he stared down at his feet and the floor. There wasn’t anything there.
For a moment, Ralpho considered turning the lights on so that it would be a little easier—although, the rabbit could never remember where that was.
The orange rabbit sighed. As he stared down, he could notice how he was moving—limping. Frankly, he’d forgotten that he was doing that, but, his Honey Bun...
Ever since the three of them returned, he knew that the bunny had been upset—and he still was, Ralpho knew.
He’d noticed how more protective Spring Bonnie had started becoming—in general, and of him and Oswald, especially. He knew the bunny wanting to accompany him was part of it.
He’d rested a lot after it had first happened—Ralpho knew that he had needed time to recover. And, even now, he still needed to do so a bit longer.
When the rabbit had started to walk around again, he’d only realized that he’d been limping when Oswald noticed it first, and mentioned it.
He could remember Spring Bonnie suggesting that he still rest, or for him to carry him—although Ralpho wasn’t exactly against that second option.
Walking down the hallway, Ralpho came to a stop when he noticed something. In the middle of it, Jinx was laying there.
The cat seemed to be awake, as the rabbit saw little eyes staring up at him. She meowed.
“Hey, Jinx.” The rabbit said. He reached down to scratch her chin, before continuing on his way to Oswald’s room.
Ralpho’s tail twitched. He knew how the rabbit animatronic felt—how they both did—partially, at least. The orange rabbit didn’t know everything.
He never thought that he was exactly good with situations like this. A part of the orange rabbit thought that he might be getting better at comforting—yet he wasn’t sure.
Ralpho’s ears twitched. They lowered, and he needed to move them—they were blocking what little he could see in the darkened house. He didn’t need to trip.
He wanted to help them both out—yet he just wasn’t sure how exactly. Does Oz think...
The rabbit’s thoughts came to a halt when he finally reached Oswald’s room, and he spotted a familiar yellow bunny in front of the door.
The door to the room was fully opened, although Spring Bonnie wasn’t entering—he remained where he was, simply watching.
From where Ralpho himself stood, he could see Gabrielle still in the little fort that had been made, chest rising and falling.
Oswald lay in his bed near where the three had made it the comfy little fort. Fetch slept peacefully beside the boy. Oswald shifted slightly.
He hadn’t realized it originally, but Ben was in the fort, too. He remained sprawled out, a blanket across both him and Gabrielle, as he snored.
Spring Bonnie relaxed—no longer as tense as he had been—as he saw those signs. Ralpho could see the bunny’s ears go back up as he started to close the door.
“Springy?”
Spring Bonnie turned away, still closing the door—trying to be quiet. In the darkness of the hallway, he could easily make out Ralpho standing there.
“Spring-“ Ralpho had started. Before he could finish, the bunny was quick to make his way over, and gently hug the orange rabbit.
Ralpho returned the hug. “Did it happen again, Spring?”
While he didn’t technically need to, it was still possible for the orange rabbit to sleep—it was nice. Though, he knew that it wasn’t possible for Spring Bonnie.
Some time ago, he remembered when he had first learned of what occasionally happened. He’d been in the living room with Oswald, half asleep, while trying to watch something with him.
Oswald himself was laid across the couch, watching the monster movie that played, when Spring Bonnie had approached the two in a panic. He’d been leaking.
From what the bunny had told him, it was like a flashback—but with what else he’d said, Ralpho figured that it was like both—sort of.
Spring Bonnie nodded.
Separating from the hug, Ralpho reached to take hold of the animatronics hands into his own. “C’mon, Springy. Why don’t we head back?”
____
Ralpho sat beside Oswald on the couch, as some sort of monster movie played on the TV. It was just the two of them, as Thomas and Jackie were at work, and Spring Bonnie was doing chores.
He wasn’t too sure about Jinx and Fetch, though. The last he’d seen either of them was when he first arrived—the dog greeting him, while Jinx was eating.
Although he had sat down to watch the movie with Oswald, Ralpho was partially distracted as he busied himself with writing something down on a piece of paper.
While Oswald couldn’t exactly see what was on the piece—Ralpho was keeping it to himself—the boy thought that he could see “Springy” written down on it for a moment.
“What are you doing?” The boy finally asked.
“Just trying to make a little special something, Oz.” The orange rabbit answered with a grin. Although, he was admittedly having trouble with what exactly he should do.
“For Springs?”
Ralpho nodded.
The two sat there for a little longer—Oswald simultaneously watching the film and watching Ralpho write—or at least attempt to. While Ralpho talked on and on.
After another minute or two, the orange rabbit finally stopped. Having nowhere else to put the paper, he took his hat off, and placed it in there.
“I should probably get going, Oz.” He stated, before reaching over to mess with Oswald’s hair, before getting off of the couch.
Oswald watched as Ralpho left the living room—he went down the hallway, so the boy assumed that he was wanting to say goodbye to Spring Bonnie.
He refocused back on the movie—only to realize that he had missed his favorite part of it. So, grabbing the remote beside him, Oswald pressed ‘rewind’.
After another minute, he heard footsteps getting closer—and Oswald turned just in time to see Ralpho approaching the front door. “See ya later, Oz!”
Oswald waved, even if Ralpho wouldn’t see because of the direction he was facing. He glanced back towards the TV as the door opened.
“Wait, Ralpho-“ The boy started, a thought having rather quickly crossed his mind.
“Whenever you leave, where do you even...” Oswald turned back, only to no longer see the orange rabbit there, and the door closed. “...Go?”
____
Ralpho stared at the words on the screen, one ear twitching. He’d never done anything like this before—which was why he needed to practice, anyway.
He stood up, moving back a little bit—but remained close enough to the screen so that he could actually see the words and images.
Just as the orange rabbit began to carefully move, partially wondering if he could get someone for this, a noise coming from the kitchen distracted him.
Stopping, and shutting the device off, he made his way over. Spring? The orange rabbit wondered.
However, when he got there, it wasn’t Spring Bonnie. Instead, it was Jackie. She was beside the counter, having gathered a few things.
Does she know how? He thought with a tilt of his head, ears twitching. Maybe she could help?
“Ralpho?”
He stared at her for a moment, before waving. “Hey, Jackie.” He smiled, and made his way over to her. “What are you doing?”
“Before I head off to work, I want to make the kids some pancakes.” Jackie answered, holding in a yawn.
“Maybe I could help?” The orange rabbit offered with a shrug.
She blinked at him.
“It won’t end up like the time with the cake, promise.” He... well, that was at least what he hoped for.
____
Spring Bonnie made his way out of the bedroom with his son and his friends, and towards the kitchen. Gabrielle was still half asleep, and a bit far behind.
“Oh- hey, Springy.” He heard Ralpho’s voice, followed by Ben snickering about something. He noticed Gabrielle and his son just staring.
He turned away from the kids, and towards Ralpho. The orange rabbit was standing there, covered in both pancake batter and syrup. There was a bit of a mess on the counter.
“Ralpho, what happened?”
“I tried to make breakfast,” Ralpho answered with a shrug, “I should’ve expected this.” He wasn’t sure if this was better or worse compared to the cake.
“Mom should’ve done this.”
“Yeah, probably.” Ralpho nodded in agreement.
Spring Bonnie finally moved. He made his way over to Ralpho, trying not to step on anything. “Let’s get you cleaned up.” The yellow bunny wrote.
____
Oswald, Fetch, Ralpho, and Gabrielle all sat around the board game. Spring Bonnie would’ve liked to play, too, but he was busy at the moment.
Oswald had suggested that he could play with them in the next round whenever he finished—whenever that would be—and he had seemed to like that idea.
Technically, both Gabrielle and Oswald had already finished. Oswald first, followed by his friend. Now, they were just watching and Ralpho.
When Oswald had discovered what all the animatronic dog could do—such as write—he made sure to keep a lot of paper around for Fetch.
With how everyone was seated, Gabrielle sat to the left, with Fetch halfway laying across her lap, with a pen and a few pieces of paper surrounding the two.
Oswald sat to the right, beside Ralpho, who was no longer wearing his hat. Earlier on, the orange rabbit had decided to place it atop Oswald’s head.
The boy didn’t mind all that much—although considering that it was rather big, he kept having to move it. He just hadn’t decided to take it off yet.
“Who do you think it’ll be?” Oswald had wondered earlier, leaning over a little closer to Fetch and Oswald. The animatronic dog had taken the chance to give him a lick.
“Ralpho, maybe?” The young girl had guessed with a shrug.
As Ralpho continued to play against Fetch, he could very clearly hear Oswald and Gabrielle talking to each other—mostly discussing things about the game.
There happened to be a few other games, and Oswald had been debating if he should go get those, too. He still was. Ralpho didn’t know the names, though.
“Why don’t we get a snack?” Oswald eventually spoke up again—before the boy had said anything, Ralpho had heard the sound of something growling.
“Sure,” Gabrielle nodded. Gently, she nudged Fetch off of her, before standing back up. She reached down for a moment to give the dog a quick pet.
She joined Oswald’s side a moment later, and the two started to make their way out of the bedroom, and towards the kitchen.
Just as the two made it through the door, the sound of a groan—and some excited barks—stopped the kids. Gabrielle was the first to turn back around.
Fetch seemed rather excited—if the speed of his tail meant anything. “What happened?” Oswald asked. He and Gabrielle reentered.
In Fetch’s mouth, he held one of the many pieces of paper. The writing on it consisted of “Yay!” And “:D”.
____
After Thomas had given his son some money, the kids, Ralpho, and Spring Bonnie had all settled for heading over to Jeff’s Pizza for some lunch.
Hopping out of the car, Spring Bonnie paused for a moment, and looked around. He didn’t see anybody except for the orange rabbit and the kids.
The last time, he’d learned that Funtime Freddy had ran off before he actually entered—he didn’t know where the bear could possibly be now.
The bunny’s ears lowered slightly. This was where they’d...
Spring Bonnie’s thoughts were interrupted when he felt a hand grab his own. When he focused, the bunny realized that it was Ralpho.
“You okay, Honey Bun?” The orange rabbit questioned.
Spring Bonnie nodded.
Moving closer, Ralpho gave the animatronic bunny a kiss on the cheek, before beginning to lead him into the pizzeria. “C’mon, Springy.”
Entering the pizzeria, it only seemed to be them, the kids—who were seated in a booth nearby with some pizza—and Jeff himself, who looked half asleep.
Moving closer to the booth, Spring Bonnie decided to sit next to Oswald and Ben, while Ralpho sat beside Gabrielle.
The only other time the orange rabbit had been around here, was when he and Oswald went there some time ago. Minus the animatronic bear situation, he enjoyed hanging out with the boy.
“Ralpho.” The rabbit’s ears twitched at the voice—which belonged to Ben. He turned to look at the boy, ears continuing to twitch.
Ben sat in his spot, holding out a slice of pepperoni pizza. Ralpho stared at it. “Why don’t you try it?” The boy offered.
Ralpho kept staring it for another second or two, debating on it. He’d tried some food before in the past, but he just hadn’t been able to taste it.
He’d declined the last time he’d been offered by Oswald—but it still looked good. Maybe he could try it this time.
He reached over, taking the pizza slice from Ben, who then went to eat his remaining slice, while talking to Oswald about something he’d thought of.
The orange rabbit held the slice in his hands, before moving it closer, and taking a few decently sized bites from the slice.
Just like he had figured, the orange rabbit still didn’t taste anything, just like the last time he’d chosen to eat.
Despite that, Ralpho decided to continue to eat it.
____
When Oswald and Gabrielle had decided to go to the park to hang out, Ralpho accompanied them alongside Spring Bonnie. Even Fetch had joined.
Fetch was rolling around in the grass and running around, while occasionally staring at a squirrel or two—but he never went after them.
There was a bench not too far from where the two where standing, which Oswald and Gabrielle were using to sit around and chat.
It had been getting pretty cold recently—which was why Ralpho guessed that the two had some jackets.
He’d never liked whenever it got cold like this—especially at night. The orange rabbit remembered getting pretty chilly during a lot of Bunny Calls.
The rabbit, ever so slightly, began to shiver. He never did well with it, either—but there had never been much that he could do for that.
From the corner of his eyes, he spotted Spring Bonnie beginning to write—and it didn’t take that long for the yellow bunny to finish.
“Cold?”
Ralpho nodded.
Spring Bonnie motioned for the smaller rabbit to come closer, and with another nod, Ralpho did just that, wondering what his Honey Bun wanted.
Once he was close enough, Spring Bonnie brought the orange rabbit into a hug, while wrapping his coat around him, placing his chin against Ralpho’s head.
Ralpho grinned—more than normally—as he was quick to return the hug, his tail beginning to wag. He moved a little bit, so that he could kiss Spring Bonnie’s cheek.
“Thanks, Springy.”
____
Spring Bonnie had been gone for a while—if Ralpho remembered correctly, then he had gone to go get groceries. The orange rabbit was excited.
While his Honey Bun was gone for a while—an hour or two at best, Ralpho continued to check things out for what he had been wanting to do for a while.
As the orange rabbit entered the living room, he spotted Spring Bonnie there, laying across the couch, just now starting up a rom-com.
“Spring!” The orange rabbit called out.
Ears twitching, the yellow bunny looked away from the TV, and towards Ralpho. He tilted his head to the side.
“C’mere!”
Nodding, Spring Bonnie got off of the couch, making sure to pause the rom-com—he didn’t want to let it keep going—he’d miss something.
As Spring Bonnie approached, the orange rabbit could feel his tail starting to wag.
“Sooo...” Ralpho started when the bunny stopped in front of him, tail continuing to wag. “Honey Bun, have you ever danced before?”
He never really had—he’d made some attempts here and there, but that was it. He’d never done it with anybody before, either. That was going to change, though.
Ralpho was certain that it would go well—he doubted that it would be all that bad or something.
Quickly, Spring Bonnie shook his head in response.
Just like Ralpho, Spring Bonnie had never done it with anyone—or in general—but he’d noticed others dancing together before—it always seemed nice.
Ralpho lightly hummed. “I haven’t either, Springy. But,” He reached over, taking the bunny’s hands into his own. “Why don’t we try?”
The taller bunny almost seemed nervous. “C’mon, Springy, it’ll be fine. Trust me!” The rabbit grinned.
Spring Bonnie took a second to think about it, before nodding.
“Okay!” The orange rabbit’s grin grew.
Ralpho still held onto one of Spring Bonnie’s hands, while the bunny freed his other, and placed it gently on the orange rabbit’s back.
Once they’d both adjusted, Ralpho took a few steps back, and Spring Bonnie took a few steps forward, trying to be careful.
Before he had finally asked Spring Bonnie, Ralpho could remember several dances that he’d found—and he wondered if they could try all of them.
Accidentally, as another step was taken, both the orange rabbit and the yellow bunny stumbled—and Ralpho felt himself falling back.
Although, Spring Bonnie had, fortunately, reacted quickly. He leaned forward, and wrapped both arms around Ralpho to keep him in place, instead of just falling.
At the same time, Ralpho hurriedly wrapped his arms around Spring Bonnie.
The orange rabbit stared up at Spring Bonnie with a small smile. As the bunny began to lift him back up, Ralpho placed a hand on his cheek.
He snickered a little bit. “This may take a while, Honey Bun.”
____
During some of their attempts, both still stumbled around here and there—mainly over each other—but sometimes because of a misstep that didn’t involve the other.
Music had come across Ralpho’s mind shortly after the two of them first began—so, using Thomas’s phone that the man had forgotten, he settled for playing music from there.
He didn’t know most of the music that was playing, but he recognized a few here and there—mainly because he’d heard the same ones on a few rom-com’s.
With his little research, he’d seen a lot of dances—and with the ones that provided videos, it had all seemed relatively easy—but it wasn’t.
Carefully, Spring Bonnie had chosen to spin Ralpho—much to the orange rabbit’s delight, before bringing Ralpho closer to him again.
Once he was back by Spring Bonnie, the grinning Ralpho inched closer, before pressing a kiss on the yellow bunny’s lips, wrapping his arms around him.
Ears shooting up, Spring Bonnie could feel himself starting to heat up, before returning the kiss, wrapping his own arms around Ralpho.
The bunny could spot Ralpho’s tail wagging, and he could feel his own doing it, too—although he wasn’t sure if it was all that noticeable, due to it being somewhat hidden with the coat.
Ralpho pulled away, and stared up at Spring Bonnie with a grin. “I love you a ton, Honey Bun.”
Spring Bonnie gently placed his hands on the sides of Ralpho’s face. I love you, too.

Title: Celebrate!
Description: Spring Bonnie discovers that an important day for his son is coming up.
It was a Sunday. While his son hadn’t needed to be dropped for school, Spring Bonnie still recalled Oswald being driven by Thomas a few hours ago.
Gabrielle. Earlier, when he’d been doing some quick chores around the house, Spring Bonnie was certain that he heard Oswald say her name over the vacuum.
The bunny liked her. Every so often, she’d drop by the house to hang out with his son—and vise versa. Not too long ago, Spring Bonnie remembered the two having a sleep over.
He was glad that Oswald had her as a friend. Aside from Ben, the bunny had never really seen his son talk to or hang out with anyone.
Spring Bonnie’s ears twitched as he heard a sound—talking—coming from the living room. He knew it had to be Thomas and Jackie—which surprised him for a moment.
He had assumed that Jackie had work today—although it seemed that today was one of her day offs. Those were always rather nice. She was gone quite a lot.
Spring Bonnie stood up, trying his best to be careful with the resting Ralpho, as he placed the orange rabbit back down. Then, he began making his way towards the living room.
If she was here, then the bunny wondered what they’d all do this time. Typically, they all just stayed home—watching some movies, or playing some board games.
Though, Spring Bonnie wondered if they could all go to the park this time—it was always rather nice.
“Springy,” The bunny’s ears twitched, and he stopped in his tracks.
Turning around, Spring Bonnie was greeted by Ralpho, who was limping after him. The bunny’s twitching ears lowered, and he glanced down towards the ground.
He listened to the light footsteps approaching, before stopping in front of him. The bunny found himself staring at all of the stitching done by Jackie.
“Honey Bun,” Spring Bonnie lifted his gaze, staring into the eyes of the orange rabbit. He took out his notepad and pen.
“Rest?”
Ralpho hummed. He lifted a hand up, placing it on the bunny’s cheek—and he leaned into it, tail wagging for a moment or two. “It’s fine, Honey Bun,” The orange rabbit began.
His hand slid down after a moment. Ralpho reached, and held onto Spring Bonnie’s right hand. “I’m alright. I don’t need to do that right now.”
Taking the lead, and still holding his hand, Ralpho began heading towards the living room. “C’mon, Springy. Let’s go see what’s goin’ on.” He hummed.
...
“Well,” Jackie started, messing with the remote for a moment—it seemed like it needed new batteries. “Maybe we could go ahead and call-“
She paused at the sound of footsteps, and turned around, being greeted with the sight of Spring Bonnie and Ralpho.
“Whatcha talking about?” The orange rabbit questioned, tilting his head to the side for a moment, ears twitching.
“Oswald’s birthday is coming up soon,” Thomas revealed. “This Saturday.”
Jackie hummed lightly and nodded. “So, we’re just trying to think of what we could do for it this time.”
Spring Bonnie stared. A birthday was coming up? His sons was? He’d always known what those were, and what they meant—he’d seen some be celebrated at the restaurant.
Although, he’d never participated in any of the ones that he ever witnessed—the bunny had also never known anyone close to him that was going to have one.
He had never really had anyone back through the ball-pit, though. He’d never had a family back then or anything along those lines.
“We could help out?” The bunny had scribbled down.
...
When Ben had come over—apparently going to stay for a couple of days, before leaving again, one of the things he had eventually suggested was baseball.
Spring Bonnie had heard of it—so had Ralpho—but the bunny had never actually seen it be played before. Admittedly, he was rather curious.
So, he, Ralpho, Oswald, and Ben had gone out to the park to play—as it was most likely the best place—Jackie hadn’t wanted any broken windows or anything.
“Ready?” Oswald asked, staring at Ben, who tightened his grip on the bat in his hands. He got into position.
“Yeah!” Ben nodded.
Oswald threw the baseball.
Ben swung, and successfully hit it—although maybe he did it a little too hard. In the process of hitting the ball, the bat was sent out of his hands.
“Ow!”
All three stopped what they had been doing, and turned to the source of that—Ralpho.
The rabbit had stumbled back a little bit—his hands were covering his nose. The ball was on the ground in front of him. “Uh...” Ben frowned.
Spring Bonnie was the first to make it to Ralpho’s side, ears lowering slightly and twitching.
“S-Sorry!” Ben called out, making his way over, alongside Oswald.
Ralpho removed his hands, and when he did, Spring Bonnie felt his ears go back up—more so in alarm this time.
Blood was trickling down the orange rabbit’s nose. “You can... bleed??” Oswald spoke up first about it.
“I’ll...” Ben began looking around. “I’ll go get something for that. Sorry!”
...
It was Tuesday. Yesterday, Spring Bonnie had settled for trying to find something for his son, yet he hadn’t found it yet. He’d just have to look further.
Oswald was going to get out of school soon. Reaching down to give Fetch a quick pet, Spring Bonnie started to head out—before hearing a knock on the door.
Fetch stared, tail beginning to wag. Spring Bonnie made his way towards the door, the animatronic dog quickly following after him.
As he opened it up, he simultaneously reached down, so that he’d be holding the excited dog—whose tail seemed to be wagging quicker already.
Spring Bonnie was greeted by Ben—and Fetch’s tail went even quicker. The boy smiled, reaching to pet the animatronic dog, who licked him in response.
“Is Oswald here?”
Spring Bonnie shook his head, setting Fetch down, who happily sat by Ben’s side. He reached down to pet him—the dog’s tail showing no sign of stopping.
“Good,” Ben grinned, “I wanna be able to surprise him.”
...
Ben had settled for hiding in the backseat of the car. Spring Bonnie glanced back towards him for a moment, before back at the school, waiting.
A lot of other kids were already pouring out of the doors, yet he didn’t see his son yet.
He waited for another moment. The doors opened again, and among the other children, he spotted both Oswald and Gabrielle coming out.
The two stood there, and for a moment, simply chatted. He couldn’t tell what they were talking about, but it ended with Gabrielle giving him one of her books.
As Gabrielle walked off, Oswald made his way over to the car. Opening the passenger side door, he sat, closing it. “So-“
Ben jumped out from where he’d been sitting for a while. “Hey, Oz!” The boy grinned. Oswald immediately turned to face him.
“Ben!” He grinned.
...
He’d always wanted to spend some time with Thomas—although the bunny just hadn’t been sure on what the two of them could do. He’d have done anything.
Which, when Thomas finally thought of something for the two of them, Spring Bonnie was quick to accept the offer.
He got into the little boat with Thomas, sitting beside the man, ears twitching. He glanced at the items on the bottom of the boat, before back at him.
“Ever gone fishing before?” Thomas asked. In his left hand, he held a fishing rod. It looked rather old. Grabbing another, he held it out to the bunny.
As Spring Bonnie took it, he shook his head. He’d heard of it, and had seen others do it, yet he himself had never participated.
Thomas grinned a little bit. “Well, I’ll teach you.”
...
It was Wednesday. He’d dropped Oswald and Ben—who had decided to stay the night—off at school, before heading back home.
On Sunday, Jackie had suggested that he and Ralpho make the cake—and on Tuesday, upon coming home, she had gotten what was needed to make one.
Spring Bonnie had never made a cake before, and when he had asked, it seemed like Ralpho had never done so, either.
Jackie had left the two instructions for it, though—so he had figured that it would go perfectly fine.
Now though, he stared at Ralpho—who was covered in batter and frosting. With what he felt on his face, and how Ralpho was snickering, Spring Bonnie assumed he looked like that, too.
He, frankly, didn’t know how this had happened.
Ralpho leaned against the counter, snickering, while some of the batter and frosting fell onto the counter. “I’m thinking, Springy, that we suck at this-“
Spring Bonnie couldn’t argue with that. Maybe Jackie should have done this? She’d had to have made some cakes before, right?
Ralpho moved closer, attempting to wipe off the batter and frosting from the bunny. He paused when he heard footsteps.
Both Ralpho and Spring Bonnie turned, and were greeted by Thomas, who just sighed, shaking his head. Although he didn’t seem upset or anything.
“Sorry.”
“Maybe I should help.”
...
After cleaning up, dealing with the cake, and then picking up and dropping off his son back at the house, Spring Bonnie found himself at the library.
He didn’t know what he was going to get for his son—there weren’t many places open here to look around. He knew his son like to read, but he couldn’t buy anything from the library.
As he walked through the building, occasionally glancing at the shelves, he spotted Gabrielle, who was looking up at one.
Standing not too far from her, Spring Bonnie noticed a woman—who he could only assume had to be her mother. She was busy, in the middle of talking to someone over the phone.
Spring Bonnie made his way over to Gabrielle. She was trying to reach a book on a higher shelf, but didn’t seem to be able to successfully reach it.
Spring Bonnie, however, was rather tall.
When he reached her, he glanced at the book that she was trying to take. Then, he reached over, carefully grabbing it, before holding it out for her.
“Oh! Spring Bonnie!” She looked up at the bunny, flashing a little smile. “Thank you!” She took the book from the tall bunny.
As he nodded, she looked around, before asking, “What’re you doing here?”
“Just trying to think of what to get Oswald. But I’ve been having trouble.” He needed to get a new pen soon—the ink wasn’t doing all that well.
“You have?”
Spring Bonnie nodded.
She moved closer to the bunny. “Well, I’m sure whatever you get, he’ll like it.” The girl told him. Spring Bonnie’s ears twitched.
“And, even if you don’t get a gift, I’m sure he’ll appreciate you being there.” She added.
...
Rather late on Thursday—around nine to be exact, Spring Bonnie had settled for watching a movie with Oswald—one of the boys favorites.
Although, midway through, Oswald had fallen asleep.
Carefully, Spring Bonnie picked his son up, taking him to his bedroom. He tucked Oswald into bed, giving him a kiss on the forehead, before leaving.
As he turned, closing the door, he was greeted by the sight of Thomas approaching. Spring Bonnie waved at him.
When Thomas started to speak, he kept his voice a little low, not wanting to potentially wake Oswald. “Hey, Spring Bonnie.”
“Do you want to help me wrap a few little things?”
Spring Bonnie nodded, and followed after Thomas.
...
It was Friday. When school had let out later in the day, he didn’t just pick up his son—instead, he also picked up Gabrielle. Ben had accompanied him to the school again.
He knew that the three of them were going to have a sleepover. Whenever those happened, the bunny could tell that they were rather excited.
Although it took some convincing from Oswald over the phone, Jackie had allowed them to go play baseball—although it was clear that she was just a little nervous.
Ben was up to bat first, while Gabrielle was going to be pitching. “Are you ready?” She questioned, messing with the ball in her hand.
Ben nodded.
Spring Bonnie turned, making his way towards the front door of the house—he wanted to get some quick little snacks and some drinks for the three.
“Ow!”
Spring Bonnie stopped right in his tracks, ears twitching. The bunny turned around to look at the four.
The kids were all staring towards Ralpho, who had a hand over his nose—although blood was still trickling down from it. The ball sat at his feet.
...
Oswald, Ben, and Gabrielle were all sitting around the TV—watching something of Oswald’s choosing. Before that, they’d already watched something of Ben’s.
The movie Oswald had chosen was almost over, and Spring Bonnie was curious as to what Gabrielle would end up choosing.
Spring Bonnie arrived at the couch with some more snacks for the three—some chips, and placed the little bowl down in front of them.
...
“Happy Birthday!”
Oswald smiled.
“You’re growing up so fast,” Jackie smiled, pulling the boy into a hug, which he happily returned after a moment.
The cake, among other things, hadn’t been given out yet—although Spring Bonnie hoped that Oswald would like it all. He hoped the cake tasted good.
He knew it had gone better with Thomas’s help—considering that there was a complete cake now, and the three of them weren’t covered in anything.
As he watched Oswald, Jackie, and Thomas, Spring Bonnie heard a noise from behind himself, which caused the bunny to look away.
Spring Bonnie saw Ralpho—he was standing in front Ben and Gabrielle. He was taking off his hat, before holding it in front of the two kids.
“C’mon, reach in.” The orange rabbit smiled.
Ben reached in first, followed by Gabrielle. And when they pulled their hands out, both had a cupcake with white and pink frosting.
“Jackie wanted you guys to have these later- don’t tell her it was me,” Ralpho grinned. Although Jackie was already staring at the orange rabbit.
Ralpho himself reached into the hat, and pulled out another cupcake—which he held out for Gabrielle. Spring Bonnie wondered how the cupcakes were fine.
“Now, go give this to Oz,” Ralpho told the girl as she took the cupcake from him.
Spring Bonnie only looked away from the three when he heard footsteps—and then someone hug him. The bunny smiled at Oswald.
He was glad to be here for the boy’s birthday—these were rather important things. Though, the bunny was just glad to be with his son in general.
The bunny was glad to have come out of the pit—glad to have met Oswald when he did.
Kneeling down, Spring Bonnie carefully returned the hug, tail happily wagging—although it wasn’t all that noticeable, thanks to his outfit.
Spring Bonnie would have written something down, but he didn’t have his notepad and pen with him right now—he accidentally misplaced both last night.
So, the smiling bunny stared down at his son, before making a little heart gesture with his hands, and then pointed at Oswald. I love you, son.
Oswald just smiled. “I love you too, dad.”
