I don't necessarily believe Monika, but I always got a bad vibe (like Regina George) from Melinda. I wasn't old enough to follow the Sens when Karlsson was first married, but I went down a rabbit hole today.

Based on Erik's ig posts, his dating anniversary with Melinda is December 1, 2013. Erik got divorced at some point in 2013 (September-October.) I obviously can't say there was cheating, and maybe it just happened, but it is odd to me to that there was so little time between Therese and Melinda.

I looked at Therese's twitter (she never changed her handle from Karlsson although she stopped tweeting in 2015). The last time she mentioned Erik directly was when she tweeted about attending Kyle Turris's wedding in August 2013. (https://twitter.com/TKarlsson26/status/368712388561735680?s=20)

She mentioned going back to school in September (I think in Sweden) and then travelled to Ottawa just before Halloween and interacted with Ottawa wags on twitter for the next week or so but it was all about participating in a dog calendar and BGC (boys and girls club) in Ottawa. Said dog was in Sweden with her in late November.
