So my brother and I decided to replay M2. And all it's got me doing is wanting to figure out more Lorelei and Vito stuff🫶 I think I want them to meet in Empire Bay and be in love before Vito is sent off to New Bordeaux where she'll go with him. I mean, it doesn't feel too unrealistic since I swear back in the day people would know each other for a week and get married lol not saying that's the case with these two but I think they realize early on they're the one for the other ya know?

98% of PKMN fandom muses shouldn’t know about Mewtwo’s existence unless

they’re in the highest ranks of Team Rocket (essentially Gio or the execs) or somehow have access to that top secret classified intel

was involved in / contributed to his creation (although 99% of everyone close to the project died)

they’re a legendary / mythical pokemon, more likely if they’re from Kanto or Johto (but even then very likely for them not to know)

it's already been established between us OOCly that they know each other / have a connection, either from interactions or plotting

a character established in official canon to have met Mewtwo (i.e. Ash / Red, Gary / Blue, Mew, etc)

otherwise the most they’d know are very vague rumors / urban legend stuff about a mysterious creature that lives in the caves and secluded areas of the world, particularly Kanto and Johto

I certainly don't mind answering ask memes about them or giving headcanons for them, I just don't want to get into fielding asks where people sling mud at other people in the fandom for not shipping their faves the correct ways, especially when it's a ship I'm not actually super invested in myself hahaha

I have a hard time imagining Mewtwo trusting a manufactured thing like a Rare Candy or an X Speed.

oh yeah nah, he'll take natural remedies over anything man-made any day. and 99.9% of the time, Mewtwo doesn't even need it because he can use Recover, on either himself or someone else (Pokémon or human).

and for power ups or other purposes are generally unnecessary also considering who we're talking about. the concept of held items in general probably confuse him a bit. he might even look down on their use, sort of like the real world equivalent of looking down on steroid use for gains. if you can't accomplish it through your own power...
