Netmarble confirms Tioreh is King and Diane’s daughter (7DS: Origin)
On March 24th, a videogame news’ reporter who played the demo tutorial of “The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin” at the GDC 2023, recorded his whole gameplay (28min) and wrote an article about it:
https://www.inven.co.kr/webzine/news/?news=283079
And in such article he affirms that Tioreh, the new main character in the game along with Tristan, is indeed King and Diane’s kid.
Even thou he was already confirming it, I wanted to investigate more about the veracity of that statement, so a couple of days ago I managed to contact this reporter to ask him how exactly he knew about Tioreh being Kiane’s daughter (since she didn’t appear yet on the sequel); and if he got any confirmation from Netmarble itself.
This morning I received his answer via email, which I will share translated in english directly:
“Thank you for your interest in the Seven Deadly Sins and for reading this article. Thank you also for taking the time to learn more about The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, which we demoed and reviewed at GDC. To answer your question about the character Tioreh, I can confirm that Tioreh is the daughter of King and Diane, which was confirmed by a member of the Netmarble FNC development team who was present at the GDC demo. As a reader of Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse, I was curious to know more about the new character, so I asked the Netmarble developers who were on hand to assist with the demo, and received confirmation from Koo Do-Hyung, who is the head of development for the Seven Deadly Sins IP games at Netmarble (Grand Cross included), as well as several other developers in attendance.”

Now we have also the confirmation from Netmarble itself, company which is not only in charge of 7DS: Grand Cross, but also said in 2022 that it’s collaborating with Kodansha to develop 7DS: Origin.
The 7DS: Origin videogame is still in production, although it’s still supposed to be released on 2023. It’s only a matter of time that Netmarble will start to promote and open the official website and social accounts of 7DS: Origin; and introduce Tioreh properly.
Are you guys now hyped to watch the story of 7DS: Origin?
