Which psychonauts fic author do I have to sell my soul to in order to get an au where Raz's powers are magic based instead of psychic based

When I first saw Rasputin from Psychonaughts I thought he was Ratchet from Ratchet and Clank. I don't play Ratchet and Clank so I only ever saw Ratchet in a trailer one time. And years later I saw Rasputin in a comic without knowing who he was and thought "Is that that Ratchet guy from that trailer?" Because I thought they look alike. And then years after that, I played Psychonaughts and I was so confused because I thought he was Ratchet and I couldn't tell if he was human or a child. And that's why I made this meme.

One crossover I'd like to see more of is Gravity Falls/Psychonaughts. They have similar themes and I can actually see something like Psychonaughts happening in the GF universe. If you don't know, Psychonaughts takes place in a Summer Camp built to train budding psychic children to become special agents for the government. The Main character Rasputine (AKA Raz) is voiced by non-other than Richard Horvitz, Zim himself. Some of the humor is very GF as well.

I know pretty much nothing about Psychonauts but sure, if that's your cup of tea, then great.
