I need to speak Japanese right now. Just found something and I can't tell for sure whether or not it confirms agent eight is the octoling in side order because I don't speak it well enough and can't read Japanese kanji at all . God damn it
Edit: By the way no it doesn't confirm it. Forgot to mention that outside of tags because I'm inflicted with the status condition "insane" rn. Holy shit I hit tag limit I didn't even know they had a tag limit.
#Going to liveblog my agony watching a Japanese analysis video of the new dlc#I accidentally stumbled onto it trying to see if the Japanese version of the direct had better audio for the City of Color remix#And now I'm going crazy absolutely. Bonkers.#Ok so they touched up mentioning that it's probably a reference to the splatopocalypse fest and the guy said she looks a little like marina#But I think the girl mentioned that she has shorter tentacles so it's probably not marina#So that was a net zero information gain#But here they've got something calling side order the story of the octopus from agent eight. Wait that phrase doesn't make sense#Shit what is that kanji. Fuck. Shit I didn't hear how he said it#Toujou suru??? Is that. I think that means comes out. The .#Tako no hachi go ga toujou suru saido oodaa mo#Ok that's uhhhhhhhhhhhh. The octoling of agent eight will also come out in side order#Fuck is this canon or did they write that#Ohhhh I think it's from famitsu#Ok I just checked famitsu they do call her eight so. Not a confirmation that it's eight but that seems to be the prevailing theory#Oh they literally just said it isn't official#Is the sango they're talking about coral or agent three?????? Question of the day. I think they're saying coral here#Snow like coral and that the stage is really white. Yeah ok#Ok I have no idea what they're saying anymore I don't know these words.#Help I am working on less than two years of formal Japanese education and it's all from the high school level#I think they said it seems like it's underwater because of the fish that swim by in that one scene but. Idk for sure actually.#My head hurts it's 4am I need to stop doing this actually. Liveblog over#This isn't even a liveblog. That involves posting more than one message this is just tag ranting#splatoon#splatoon 3#splatoon 3 dlc#text tag#Nebbie posts#Nebbie text posting#Send fucking post#Oh btw the video was called uh. 【考察】〇〇に支配された世界? 誰かの影が見えている!(it was a longer title) on the channel splabo!

Does Sevika Have What it Takes to Run Zaun?
The power vacuum in Zaun is sure to be a major source of conflict next season. There will be plenty of figures, both known and unknown, that will try to gain control of what's left of Silco's Shimmer empire and thus the center of Zaun's black market. Of all the candidates that could possibly replace Silco, one of the strongest contenders is Silco's right hand, Sevika. Sevika has many of the qualities that make her an excellent candidate to take Silco's place. Sevika is one of few key players that is trusted by the members of Silco's organization, brutally competent at her job, and genuinely believes in Zaun's independence. The real question is, can Sevika handle Silco's mantle?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sevika has a lot going for her, but just as much against her, and one of her main problems is that she uses Jinx as a crutch for her shortcomings. When the Firelights destroyed the shipment of Shimmer that was supposed to go out on Progress Day, she laid the blame for the operation's failure squarely on Jinx. It's true that Jinx did injure at least one member of her team in friendly fire and failed to protect the cargo, but everyone else failed too, including Sevika. Not only were all of the crew easily ambushed, none of them had any countermeasures for a known enemy. One guy grabbed a harpoon gun and missed miserably with each shot. Jinx herself wouldn't have gotten involved if Sevika and the crew were better able to work proactively, maybe by investing in a net gun.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Worse still, Sevika claimed she could have handled the situation without Jinx, which is practically a lie. Without Jinx, the Shimmer would have been destroyed much faster, there would have been no one to delay the Firelights or take down 5 of the 8 that were present. But Sevika would rather use the situation to cast more focus on Jinx to undermine her position rather than manage the critical failure in defense that the rest of the team demonstrated under pressure. Silco even pointed this out, the audience was just more inclined to see his opinion as biased.
You can't let Jinx be the excuse for why everything goes wrong, all it does is make everyone zero-in on just Jinx's mistakes rather than take a few steps back to examine why things went wrong. If that actually happened, then someone might actually ask, "How did the did the Firelights know there'd be an important shipment going out on Progress Day?". Or "How did they know which ship they'd be using if they obscure any identifying information on the ship manifests?". And more importantly, "Is there a mole?". Instead, you get a team that drinks and parties after a real shitshow because their direct boss confirms that all their problems are just one person.
Tumblr media
This all bleeds into another main issue of hers. Every time Sevika's in a confrontation, she thinks like an individual rather than a leader. The first time she fights Vi, she let's two of her underlings runaway rather than help her. When Vi comes back for round 2 with the same special hextech that caused so much mayhem at the Shimmer Refinery, Sevika tells the entire crew there to leave so they can go 1-v-1. Everytime something comes up, Sevika chooses not to delegate work or strategize with others around an obstacle, she'd rather take on the responsibility for problems like this by herself.
You could argue that Sevika was the only one capable of fending off Vi, especially with Sevika's new prosthetic's enhancements. But Sevika left no room for support in the background to at least distract Vi or give Sevika cover. If we go way back to the Cannery, Silco has to hold back Sevika from fighting Vi because he thought it was a better idea to use Deckard than do the same thing over again. And he was right! It was better to throw a Shimmer'ed up Deckard at Vi, and reserve Sevika when everyone else lost to Vi. If he hadn't Sevika wouldn't have saved him from the explosion.
Tumblr media
If all this wasn't enough, the way Sevika is portrayed in terms of power, doesn't bode well for her potential as a leader. Plenty have pointed out that smoking is a symbol of power in Zaun, those with even a modicum of power smoke. What isn't always pointed out is how anyone who's interrupted smoking, inevitably loses power.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The first time it happened was with Vander, Marcus snatched his pipe and extinguished Vander's flame in his drink. The next episode Marcus' deal with Silco sealed the end of Vander's regime. A man on a smoke break at Silco's refinery (probably a manager) is immediately held at gunpoint by an enforcer part of the raid, where everyone caught was likely arrested and lost their jobs. Silco never actually lost his cigar, and so when he was killed, it wasn't politically motivated, it was an accident.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Curiously, Sevika and the Enforcers from the Progress Day attack actually smoke the same kind of cigarillos. These enforcers happen to be the only Piltovans we see smoke in the series, maybe because they're lower class or former Zaunites themselves. Unlike all the the other times, no one had to directly force them to stop smoking, Jinx made them drop it by simply terrifying them. And Jinx would go on to kill at least a score of enforcers including the Sheriff. Jinx likely threw the chain of command in disarray, doubly so if she killed at least 5 councilmen who the Sheriff would report to.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It makes for an interesting parallel when Vi first attacks Sevika and knocks out her symbol of power. In that scene Sevika managed to win her card game with Trump cards that heavily resembles Jinx and Viktor, but even when she wins, she still loses her cigarillo. All Vi needed to do was catch Sevika off guard and apply force, the same as the other enforcers (and even the Firelights). Later she'll let Finn light up her cigarillo while he affirms her strengths in Zaun.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
By the finale, we see her after she's been beaten by Vi, Sevika chooses to go to Silco's office to smoke one of Silco's cigars while he'sgone, but she can't light it on her own. While this might foreshadow that she'll try to take Silco's place, Sevika struggles to light the cigar because if you notice in her hand is a lighter with a fancy "F" on it, Sevika's using Finn's lighter. Silco, Vander, and Finn all had their own matches and lighters. To light Silco's cigar, Sevika uses means by which she took from Finn, a man she just killed for an ill planned selfish gambit for power.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This alone wouldn't look too bad, because as I see it, in Zaun, it's not the act of smoking but the imagery of smoke itself that's associated with power, and you don't need to smoke to have smoke. Look at Jinx and Vi, both command considerable influence on the ongoing developments between the two cities and align with strong figures. Neither of the two smoke, instead they cover themselves in smokelike tattoos, Jinx's tattoos literally resembles the blue smoke of her first succesful bomb. In contrast to their predecessors both manage to embody their power more wholly onto their person in a way that's less vulnerable than the smoking tradition to usurpation. Sevika herself also wears smoke like patterns on her collar, which are less prominent or permanent than Jinx and Vi's tattoos.
Each issue alone is cause for concern in the viability of Sevika's potential leadership role, but altogether they create a solid line of doubt for if she can pull it off. To make it work she needs to shape up Silco's former crew because she can't be the only one pulling any weight. They're all going to face a conflict that will only grow more complex, demanding, and fast changing as time goes on. A situation like that prior to Jinx's rocket would have easily have incapacitated them, now it's all going to happen on a larger scale. Sevika needs to recognize what went right and wrong for Silco, Vander, and Finn.
Tldr: The chance for Sevika to be Zaun's new leader will be an uphill climb for her for sure. Her biggest problems is that she takes the lead rather than utilizing the team, she gets easily caught off guard, and Jinx can put blinders on her perspective. She's kind of like an older more seasoned Vi that never gave up on Zaun's independence warts and all.

Just finished watching Providence. I'll probably have some more thoughts to share about it after sleeping on it, and possibly later if I rewatch S3 again (😍).
Providence and S3 spoilers ahead!
The first thing I can't stop thinking about is that upon giving the Psycho-Pass subreddit a quick look before watching the movie, the only post I saw was about how "this movie should have come out before S3". I didn't read the body of the post in fear of spoilers, but throughout watching the movie, I kept thinking about how much I disagree with that. How insignificant would Akira be if you didn't know he was Kei's brother? How random would Atsushi be as a character if you didn't know what he meant to Arata? Imagine this random kid showing up. No one would react positively to Arata, Maiko and Kei. Akira would feel like a side-character we only cared about for a split second and Atsushi would be confusing in the wrong way. Season 3 wouldn't be the same without the mystery of Tsunemori's incarceration. Objectively a wrong take if you care about the storytelling and characters at all imo.
With that out of the way, while Providence answered some of our burning questions, some have been left unanswered, such as:
Did Gino change his haircut so drastically all of a sudden because he realised the wind blowing in his face meant he couldn't see shit?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'd be willing to buy that he just enjoys changing styles regularly, though.
Since I'm looking at her... do we know what Frederica's deal is, exactly...? I also can't help wondering - is there a reason why Shimotsuki hates her this much? While she's always complaining over petty things, she seems to hold a pretty specific dislike towards Frederica. Is it really just her personality? (I'd be willing to buy that, too...)
I feel like we have gained a net zero information about either Homura Sr. or Jr. Or Bifrost.
I feel like I had another serious question... before I started joking about Gino's hair. It'll probably come back to me. I guess there's always "can Shou's backstory get a Moment? Anyone else remember how S2 didn't give its new cast the same amount of time S1 did? Babyboy's still kinda just Here rn."
I'm still a bit confused about Jackdaw and Vixen, and the fact that I only just realised that Vixen is a woman probably does not help.
I miss Azusawa and Obata...
Oh right, I think I remembered what I meant to talk about. There are events that clearly happened between Providence and S3 that haven't been detailed, such as Gino leaving the Bureau to join Foreign Affairs, Kunizuka running the fuck out of there or even, I believe, Arata and Kei being appointed as Inspectors. We know that Tsunemori contributed to the latter - I wonder if we may learn more about her reasoning in the future. I think we can also infer that Gino, who stated in the movie that he intends on protecting Tsunemori, had to change plans one way or another due to her arrest.
I feel like we still don't know enough about Akira's relationship to his brother or to Atsushi, and I don't know whether that will be forever left in the air of if it will be detailed. The exact implication of Stronskaya Sr. and her relationship to her daughter are also vague.
Honestly, there's a lot going on in this movie. A lot of politics... a lot of religion... and a thick wall of the story's context. It's complex, and it's interesting how Psycho-Pass is continuing in this direction that already stood out in S3.
I'll just say I'm upset about Saiga. Evil evil bad. I'm really hoping for more content with Arata, Maiko and Kei in the near future because I seriously love them!!! And I want closure for them!!!! Akira was a pretty interesting character, though his quick death was frustrating - which I assume was not not on purpose. Though it happened maybe a little too fast due to the movie format (compared to an episodic format), the revelation of his allyship was set up pretty well. Like I said, details are definitely missing - Atsushi didn't explain why Akira was so willing, and he was interrupted before he could say who he was in his own words.
It was pretty nice to see Kougami be a little cringefail. I didn't enjoy his characterisation in S3, but in Providence, it feels a lot more sensible - like he can really feel that he doesn't have control. I'm satisfied with his and Tsunemori's dynamic in the movie, wherein they care about each other deeply - dare I say, Kougami might even care a little more than she does at this point? - how does that dynamic shift feel my guy? - but Kougami's wrongdoings have weight and the narrative doesn't force him back on her. You can feel that he wants to be back, you can feel that to Tsunemori he never really left, but like I mentioned in a more personal post, Gino's her source of comfort, her trustworthy teammate; Kougami isn't welcomed back by default. This feels natural. This feels like the writing cares about their feelings.
What else... Oh yeah... Did anyone else feel like Saiga was kinda................. hot?

Rebels Rewatch: "Legacy"
We learn the answer to the question of Ezra's parents' fate and things are endlessly sad.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This series of slow scale-pan/zoom in shots that start from a wide distance establishing shot and ends on a close-up of Ezra is really effective. Evokes a dreamlike quality even before we duck into Ezra's head. The silence and weird sounds add to the eerie effect.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This whole sequence is obviously retroactively sad. It almost feels like the Force is trying to connect Ezra with his parents one last time. The muted whispers recall the World Between Worlds, Mira and Ephraim's repeated reassurances to Ezra that they're right there, perhaps already dead, with him in the Force? The Force sound effects are bizarre and watery, and there are a couple unusually loud bass thomps that Ezra startles at--Footsteps? Heartbeats? Bodies hitting the floor?
It's a trippy sequence but played entirely seriously, even the lack of fanfare emphasizing how important this episode is.
There's our first instance of the "Twin Moons" cue here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
:(((((((
Kanan's line here about, "You've never wanted to talk about your parents." suggests that he and Hera did try to let Ezra know that Tseebo had told them something but that he didn't want to hear it at the time. Or that maybe they were waiting for him to bring it up and he never did.
Tumblr media
This is a pretty shot. <3
See, this is why I don't agree with the argument that Hera and Kanan were wrong for not telling Ezra what little they knew. Because... what would it have even accomplished?
"Oh, we maybe know vaguely where your parents are." But they don't have any way to confirm where they are or if they're even still alive and even though they've been looking for probably a year now they've exhausted all resources and are not any closer to an answer. There is net zero information to be gained on Ezra's part, and if he'd known they were looking all it would have done was distract him and drive him to obsessively check in about it.
Which is not something a vulnerable Force Sensitive with attachment issues needs to have added to his plate to worry about.
Meanwhile with the Rebellion plot side of things, Konstantine is debriefing Fifth and Seventh.
Seventh looks meanly happy that Konstantine snarks at Fifth lol.
Side note: There is really pretty lighting in this scene.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aw frick.
*weeps*
The mass escape happened the previous night. It happened the night Ezra had his vision.
His parents were already dead and he felt it unconsciously through the Force.
In hindsight that might be why he was able to accept it/guess at it so quickly when they were talking to Ryder.
Tumblr media
Right so a lot of my commentary this episode is just going to be me being sad about Ezra's face.
"You have to open your mind to the truth as the Force presents it." Oof. Holocron-shadowing.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This sequence is so cool. A lovely music cue to accompany it too.
Ugh, the parallels to "Vision of Hope" and "Twin Suns", with Ezra leaping headfirst onto the scent of potential information, rushing in, so assured of what his vision means...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sabine coming out to see what's up with Ezra, and apparently casually listening in on Imperial chatter concerning Lothal.
Also Ezra, you really don't need that helmet, you just want it 'cause it's a present from Sabine you basically use a security blanket lol.
Ezra's theme sounding very bright and lovely here.
Lol Sabine calling Zeb and Chopper delinquents.
Tumblr media
Kanan and Sabine's worried looks at him. <33333
Ezra's agitation here is rightfully a little concerning. He's snapping at his friends, being impatient, short-tempered.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I like this cute little moment here though, Sabine gives him a reassuring nod.
Riiiiiiight before she realizes what the Stormtroopers clearing out of the area means lol.
This protocol being established in Rebels lent some extra dread to that moment in Rogue One when the Star Destroyer moved out from above Jedha's capital.
Ezra isn't focusing, his aim is all off. His theme pipes in here, strained and full of tense strings.
Lol Kanan's expression like, "Shit, did he do all that? That's my kid all right. "<333333
Oooooh the way Ezra's expression changes as soon as he hears Seventh.
He angy.
Yeah uh hon, I don't think charging two Inquisitors twice your size is gonna work. Good thing Kanan interrupts and blasts the door between them so he can give Ezra a moment to collect himself and calm back down.
"You're right. I never knew my parents." :(((( This is sad for two reasons, one, that Kanan is tacitly admitting he can't fully understand Ezra in this one aspect, and two, that he still does understand somewhat because he lost his master right in front of him (who was basically the closest thing he had to a parent) and his entire Order and people.
I think Ezra realizes that because he looks immediately contrite and apologizes.
Tumblr media
:((((((
The music in this scene is great.
Aaaaaaaand the TIE fighters shot a Rebel transport down over a populated civilian city.
Friendly reminder that the Rebels did not do this in the finale.
Awww Chopper waving bye to mom.
Love Hera just straight up bashing the tractor beam generator with the Ghost when the torpedo plan fails.
Sabine checking to see if they're going to follow Kanan and Ezra. <3333
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This whole conversation. <3333
Welp, the dumbass new post editor is making me brush up against an unexpected 30 photo limit, dunno how to turn it off, it's not on a lot of the previous recaps, might have to tweak this post a few times. In the meantime looks like I'm going to be limited in the caps I can post.
Stupid Tumblr.
Tumblr media
Ezra's burned out old home. :(((((
Oh hey, random thought, but would you like me to make this episode even sadder? >:)
So the timeline is a bit loose with Rebels and frankly what they've officially set down makes zero sense. But we know the show starts 5BBY and that Ezra turns 15 in the mid-season episode "Empire Day".
Some fans decided that because "Legacy" is another mid-season episode that means its a year after "Empire Day".
AKA Ezra turned 16 yesterday, the same day his parents died.
After all, what's a better distraction for a massive jailbreak than a mandated galactic holiday, when the Stormtroopers are busy partying? Or so the logic goes.
~You're welcome.~
KITTY! :D
"Aaaand we're chasing Loth-cats now." Kanan sounds so tired lol.
Friiiiiiiick Ezra's hopeful little face when Ryder says he knows his parents. :((((((
Clancy Brown trying to break out of his typecast voicing someone who's NOT a villain for a change.
Tumblr media
Bbbbbyyyyyyyyy. :(((((((((
"Twin Moons" coming in again, all in sad somber strings.
Not remembering exactly which of the writers/producers said it, but pretty sure behind-the-scenes Word of God confirmed that Ephraim and Mira realized it was only a matter of time before the Empire would connect the dots from Ezra to them because of his message, and that's why they A) led the jailbreak in the first place, and B) let themselves be killed in the escape when they got separated, rather than be used as blackmail against their son.
You know, in case the episode wasn't already sad enough. :)
Man, Ezra's face, I can't.
*sobs*
Tumblr media
Right, I know I can't add many more caps but this hug needed to be capped. Look, even Chopper is patting Ezra's knee kjhkjafhkas.
"Twin Moons" playing out in somber female vocals now and I'm SO mad that Tumblr decided to finally randomly change/update my post editor I NEED TO CAP EVERY SINGLE FRAME.
From Ezra's sad curled up position, the despondency in his eyes, the breeze moving through the Lothal grass in gentle rivulets, how the light shifts as Ezra enters his vision, the glorious shimmer of Capital City in a world without the Empire, that shot of Ephraim's hand joining Ezra's on the railing...
This is such a beautiful sequence.
So so mad about the photo limit.
Kanan comforting Ezra by talking about how the Jedi view death, as merely energy changing forms, and that Ezra's parents are alive inside him.
I don't think it's a coincidence that "They will be. Always." recalls "The Force will be with you, always."
Man. :((((((
So this is a beautiful episode, very plot heavy, ends the mini Garel portion of the season and drives the Rebels even further afield from Lothal, which I suppose makes it appropriate that we're allowed to visit it one last time this season.
The confirmation of the deaths of his parents would serve to unbalance Ezra again, after the serenity he'd found at the end of "Brothers of the Broken Horn", and the grief will be lingering through the whole rest of the season, arguably the rest of the show.
Ezra takes it... so remarkably well though, which speaks to his character maturity. The support of the others, especially Kanan--who understands full well what it's like to lose someone and be alone in your grief--helps too. Kanan's relationship with Ezra, always a highlight of the show, shines through here in how understanding and present he is for Ezra.
The animation and music are phenomenal this episode, perfectly serving the story and of course looking gorgeous to boot.
Plus there are lots of pretty shots of Ezra looking sad so...
Yeah I love this episode.

Hughyughh scattered no spoilers thoughts and feelings abt Masquerade of the Guilty bcs I need to empty my head a bit
Navia needs a hug. Maybe two
Furina needs many hugs also. If my eyes aren't burning I'd immediately go do her quest but alas
I am softening up to clorivia.... Still miffed about the way their resolution happened off screen in Act 2 but... What we do have now is nice. They're cute.
It doesn't beat Sumeru for me but the cast working together for the 'trap' is fun!
Mixed feelings on "Fontainians are actually [spoilers] BUT at the end of this act they're no longer [spoilers]!" Like the first part is cool and interesting and I started to wonder what the implications this could have on the world and... oops net zero information, forget I said anything, this is no longer true </3 I know it's for the best narratively but. Still...
Oh hey we get another dance cutscene for this region why am i crying
Mixed feelings about Neuvillette gaining [spoilers] also.... I dunno if I have words for it yet tho.
SERIOUSLY FURINA NEEDS ALL THE HUGS
Skirk... is kinda neat character wise. I don't pay attention to Childe so idk if it's accurate to what's been built up. But she's fun and gave us Descender lore. Can someone gif her yeeting [spoilers] please, that was so funny ngl
Oh hi Jurieu and Lourvine
Teeny tiny out of context Navia bcs I probably found this more amusing than I should have:

My folks just dropped me off at the airport, so I’m sat at the gate in Austin-Bergstrom with a protein bar and a bottle of water, waiting for the cue to board and considering life, as one does in an airport.
I didn’t discuss the ADHD diagnosis with my folks, not that I had planned to, but being medicated while there (and unmedicated, for some of it) was informative. I got to bring up some disability stuff with my mum; I don’t want to spill detailed family beans, but they didn’t give her a name for her diagnosis. It was mostly a net-zero gain but I’m glad I asked. With the benefit of a longer attention span and improved active listening, I suspect if she were a man she probably would have had an autism diagnosis, but I’m going to let that grenade sit unexploded, I think. I did get screened for autism, at least in the ways they can screen, and that came back a pretty clear negative as expected.
There’s enough other emotional ordinance in my life right now to navigate around, anyway. The whole concept of “twice exceptional” is proving to be an issue to process, not so much because I’m gifted-and-also-disabled (still adjusting to that word) but because I didn’t think I was all that exceptional to begin with. I joke about being “clinically diagnosed as a real cool dude” but...in some ways it’s not actually funny. We none of us truly know what other people think of us, but I used to think I could gauge it pretty well and I’m beginning to both wonder in some cases, and in other cases comprehend that my assumptions of other peoples’ beliefs about me have been very, very wrong.
And I don’t know what to do with any of that, in part because there’s a fine line between owning one’s intellect, one’s gifts, and being a real fuckin’ dickhead to people because you think you’re better than them. I never want that. So I’m just holding this information, trying to determine how to handle it safely. I don’t love ambiguity, so I’m not pleased with that, but I’ve learned to sit in a certain amount of uncertainty and it’s been six weeks since the diagnosis, two weeks on the meds, so I can own that I’m being impatient with myself.
I’ve thought about building a separate tumblr to talk about all this stuff, since even for people who are interested I can comprehend some of this might be traumatic, and for everyone else perhaps not that interesting. A dedicated tumblr is on brand for me in some ways (the mustard blog, the louvre blog) but a bit antithetical in others, in that my blog has always been a weird swirl of personal life, fandom, and aesthetic, so I don’t know. Opinions welcome.
I think I’m going to send the text of the horse metaphor post to my psych, but mostly so he understands how I’m interacting with the meds. He’s not meant to be my therapist -- neither he nor I want that -- but I really liked him when we spoke, so I do want to be as easy a patient as I can be. The rest will wait; it’s waited this long, after all.

Hey! I just saw your post about how the winners help craft the next game and wanted to ask, now that scar won, what do you think the next game is gonna be?
I don’t want to imply anything Must happen or the theory is off, because the fun is really in working backwards. That being said:
Immediate first glance? Trading. Definitely trading. The players will be able to give and take some of each others life force again.
I’d imagine it’s going to allow people to be alone, so not a double life repeat/clone. But on the same hand; Scar spent most of this season trying to gain friends, so I also wouldn’t write it off. (Net zero information I know)
Likely, something blood thirsty. Another award for killing like in the last two games. (12 kills!!! Scar got 12 kills!!!). Which in general I’d love to see again.
From a Character perspective… Scar understands better than anyone that this is a game. A Death game yes, but a game.
Whatever the next season’s gimmick is: I think that will come through.

I know I'm getting at least 2 ladynoir kisses this season but they both have the pink vignette that shows they're part of a dream so I feel like I've gained net zero information
