this is my formal request that someone be astonishingly impressed by gloria's record collection and then pick something to put on and ask her to dance in the living room.

This scene in particular shaped my life. If there was a Dirty Dancing cosplay cabin to recreate this, I’d go wild.

Stones Roll on with Another Concert Film/Live LP
- Live at the Wiltern due March 8
The Rolling Stones will commemorate their Licks tour with Live at the Wiltern.
Recorded Nov. 4, 2002, in the titular Los Angeles theater and set for March 8 release in audio and video formats, the Stones’ latest in a long string of in-concert offerings should benefit from such rarities as “Stray Cat Blues,” “Going to a Go-Go” and a guest spot from Solomon Burke on “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love.”
The short Live at the Wiltern trailer features the typical preening from the front line. But Charlie Watts’ steadying presence and Mick Jagger’s strong vocals on snippets of “Neighbours,” “Dance Pt. 1” and “Beast of Burden” suggest a worthwhile release for even casual Stones fans.
