Taka sometimes digivolves from his Puwamon form into

Pinamon then

NinFalcomon then

Peckmon then

Thunderbirdmon.

When Taka in his NinFalcomon form matrix digivolves with Sasuke, the end result is

BurstRavemon.

Sometimes, Taka digivolves from his Pinamon form into

Falcomon then

Diatrymon then

Hippogriffomon.

When Taka in his Falcomon form matrix digivolves with Sasuke, the end result is

Valkyrimon.

EVERYONE, I'VE DISCOVERED A THING ABOUT ARMOR DIGIMON.

Y'know, i have to talk about one thing i learned right now about Digimental and Armor Evolution. What a ton of people complain about them not looking exactly an armored digimon like the ones depicted in 02, Digimon Web's profiles do NOT refer to them as evolution of X digimon.

Basically NONE of the Armor Digimon say they're actually X digimon's Armor evolution. Just, "A digimon which evolved through the Digimental of [X]", and considering that there's more known digimon with more than one Armor evolution with the same Digimental…

Yeah, we were wrong.

I'm shocked by the fact i went to one of the Armor mons in 02 and their profile basically say this:

“勇気のデジメンタル”のパワーによって進化したアーマー体の竜人型デジモン。 (An Armor-level Dragon Man Digimon that evolved through the power of the "Digimental of Courage".)

Then there's the existence of both Rinkmon and Thunderbirdmon -- two evolutions with the Digimental of Friendship -- which seem to have been used for Hawkmon in some material.

So, really. It's fascinating how a single Digimental can bring more than one form for a digimon 😭💖

Digimon franchise is super duper monster creator friendly and i love this franchise a lot.

Sorry for the last reply just been on the off the interwebs hope you all have been well though! I would definitely have to say Penguinmon-Thunderbirdmon-Hippogryphmon-Frosvelgrmon

There's probably a lot better way to get the transition in there but there's not a lot of winter themed bird mons that I could find at least. I've always adored penguinmon from the mini game in world to just how damn cute she is! And then don't get me started on Frosvel just look at er she knows she has it going on and is strutting that peacock elegance. I need some of that confidence in my life lol.

What about you I would love to hear what your preferred partner/evo line would be!

So apparently Fumamon is a perfect and not an adult 😅. It sure looked like an adult level to me. Also the first time I saw this thing was when I was looking for partners for the protagonists.

Headcanons for adventure/02 kids biomerging with their partners?

Looks like I’m going on the Wikimon again xD

These are gonna be kinda long

Adventure/02 Kids Biomerging

Tai and Agumon would Biomerge into BurningGreymon (a.k.a. Vritramon), mostly because other possible evolutions for Agumon just wouldn’t make sense if you put Tai in there

They would think it’s the coolest thing ever and wonder why they hadn’t done it before

For fear of bringing too many Frontier peeps in here, Matt and Gabumon together would Digivolve to Sangloupmon (Bloodwolf, how fitting [in French]) and be a badass wolf

Matt would be squealing on the inside but on the outside be like “yeah, whatever”

Sora and Biyomon Biomerge into Diatrymon, which is a little terrifying to behold

At first, Sora wants to be put off by this new evolution, but also she just took down 6 bad Digimon in one go, so eventually she’s alright with it

Alright I hate to go back to Frontier stuff (no I don’t), but you can’t tell me Mimi and Palmon WOULDN’T Biomerge into Kazemon--just LOOK AT HER, SHE’S GOT MIMI WRITTEN ALL OVER HER

Needless to say, Mimi is quite pleased with this development

Joe and Gomamon Biomerge into Plesiomon, which works since apparently that’s basically Gomamon’s WarGreymon

Naturally, Joe thinks he’s seasick at first, but then he realizes that HE’S the giant swimming Digimon and he realizes he’s fine

Gomamon wish he could facepalm, but they’re kinda one being now, so---

Okay, Tentomon was hard, since all of his possible evolutions didn’t seem to fir

The one I vibe with the most is Sealsdramon, so that’s what Izzy and Tentomon Biomerge into

Izzy has a moment of feeling like Iron Man and nobody’s told him he’s not Tony Stark, so we let him have this one

I nearly gave T.K. and Patamon Darcmon A;LSDJKF;LASDJFA

T.K. and Patamon I guess would Biomerge into Lekismon

T.K. would complain he looks like a rabbit and Patamon would just be happy to be Biomerged with T.K. xD

Kari thinks it’s cute tho

I was TOTALLY ready to say Kari and Gatomon Biomerge into Coatlmon...but that’s not a feasible evolution from Gatomon’s side... darn that Crest on Coatlmon’s head

SO! INSTEAD! Because T.K. and Kari are just always buddies, Kari and Gatomon Biomerge into Lunamon, so now there are TWO rabbit-like pink-and-purple Digimon hopping around

Kari thinks they’re adorable and T.K. is still not very amused

Davis and Veemon Biomerge into Allomon, because blue and red huge dinosaur, isn’t that them?

Davis wanted to put on sunglasses because he was cooler than “T.A.” but the arms were too short

Alas

Okay so Ken and Wormmon are lowkey hard

So you know what

KEN GETS TO BE SORCERIMON, WHO YES, IS JUST A DIFFERENT COLORED WIZARDMON AND IT GIVES EVERYONE A HEART ATTACK, BUT HE GETS TO BE A WIZARD HARRY

Ken was very happy about it and that’s all we want for him

Like Sora, Yolei and Hawkmon became a giant badass bird in Thunderbirdmon

Yolei honestly loved it (and definitely didn’t try to bother Davis with her new form at all wdym)

That leaves Cody and Armadillomon, who probably Biomerge into Pteranomon and have a real good time of it

Cody wants to be more concerned about merging his being with Armadillomon but he’s flying and Digmon and Submarimon couldn’t do that

So he lets it be

Digimon 30 Day Challenge: Day 9 - Favorite Armor Digimon

Well, haven’t really given this one much thought, but I do have a clear favorite:

What can I say? I just love the color scheme here (yeah, black and blue, not exactly original, but who cares, it’s great). Electric power have also always been the coolest to me, so Lightdramon gains a lot of points there too. His evolution episode in Adventure 02 was also one of my favorites. The tension of it all, the appearence of OG MetalGreymon (best dragon, honestly), Daisuke’s self-doubt being put on the spotlight and his admittance of his own insecurities being what triggers the evolution... it’s a great moment overall.

Also, Daisuke’s a great friend. I will fight anyone who claims otherwise.
