Digiweek 2022, Day 1

These sketches are based on an AU I've been working on where the 02 kids meet their partners sometime before the series.

I'm not really proud of this one. It's been a while since I've used colored pencils. They all look way too messy (especially Miyako smh), but I wanted to do something for digiweek.

Well, my sleep schedule was so ass, it killed my babies while trying to get to super ultimate. It really be like that sometimes in v-pet land.

I have decided that I have gotten bored of these two devices for the time being, soooooo... drumroll pleeeaassseee...

I'm gonna be running the-... huh? There are already Digimon roaming free in these devices, an Algomon and a Peckmon to be exact! I wonder why I left them to frolick on their own instead of finishing their lines. Oh well, I guess I can just put them in the backup slot like I did last-

*Ptooooo* A FUCKING ENTMON??? WHAT WAS I COOKING WHEN I WAS LAST PLAYING MY WIND GUARDIAN Z DEVICE??? My guess was I was raising the Peckmon to then jogres into the Entmon and make something else, but honestly who knows at this point. Let's just use slot B and start them both on a clean slate.

God, these eggs look awesome- especially Ms. BadassSkull over there. Shit, life woulda been GOOD of I was born from that egg, but alas.

And here they are, the Baby Is of these devices! For this run, the 'mon on the purple device will be known as "Duke" and the 'mon on the blue device will be known as "Wendy". Duke is an Algomon and Wendy is a Pururumon. Both of these designs are very cute, especially with how Pururumon looks like a worm from the Mothra Tamagotchi. Love me Algomon too cuz I love eyeball creatures.

And here they are evolved. With Duke becoming an... Algomon? What? Wait, the other 'mon on here that I had to put in storage was ALSO an Algomon... nice one, Bandai. Anyways, Wendy is now a Poromon. Both still cute, both still cherished by me until the end of time. May both of your journeys be grand ones. God speed, you two o7.
