Ok, i just saw a clip of Hyde saying this, and besides the obvious comedic purpose, that's cute, and here's why:

He called her "warm and beautiful", not something basic like "hot", and the "you wanna go there", which would mean you want to be with her. Dude, this guy is in love.

Yeah, maybe the "you'll get sick for the rest of your life" part is not as beautiful as the rest, but maybe, it would mean something like: she will make you miserable, but you'll still be loving her for the rest of your life.

Mhh I just realized that Fenton and Jackie could have been THAT DUO, they were both so funny, sassy and bitchy, just imagine that. A friendship that judges together, stays together.

If we consider season 8 canon; since Donna was being such an ass to Jackie she finds confort on the landlort and they become really good friends, she remembers her real worth and decides that she's not gonna change just because Hyde or Donna treats her badly, ALSO she realizes that she never wanted another romantic relationship to hold onto (aka fez), but she just needed a good friend (aka not fez). Happy ending for Jackie.
