ceto, the sea goddess (asteroid 65489)
Tumblr media
Keto is the daughter of the titans Pontus and Gaea. As a primordial being, Keto was meant to represent the dangers of the sea. Infamously, she is known for having marriage Phorcys with whom she had the Phorcydes, also known as the monsters of the sea - Gorgons (Medusa included), Echidna, Ladon, Graeae, etc. IN MY OPINION Ceto in your chart can represent a) how you are seen as evil, b) what you produce that others find evil, c) your fertility, and/or d) your relationship with the ocean and its darkest depths.

Kronos (h43)
cronus, titan leader of the world (asteroid h43)
Tumblr media
Cronus was the son of Uranus and Gaea - he was the youngest of their titan offspring. Uranus was a paranoid and jealous leader, convinced that his children would one day rebel against him, thus he imprisoned them in Tartarus. It was Cronus who was advised by his mother to castrate his father - which caused the Heavens (Uranus) to be separated from the Earth (Gaea). In some versions, Cronus hides in his mother's womb then castrates his father during coital relationships. Afterwards, he became the king of the titans and had his sister, Rhea, bear his children, the Olympians. His parents cautioned him that he would be overthrown by his child because of what he did... which resulted in him swallowing his children each time one was born. When Zeus was born, Rhea hid him in Crete and presented Cronus with stones which he promptly swallowed instead. Zeus grew up under the watchful eyes of Gaea with the intentions of needing to save his siblings, thus when he was matured, he faced Cronus and cut his siblings out of Cronus's stomach (or, in some versions, forced Cronus to regurgitate his siblings). In some versions, Zeus drugs Cronus per the advice of Nyx and castrates him like Cronus did to Uranus, or, in another version, Zeus and Cronus fought in hand-to-hand combat at the future site of the Olympic Games. Cronus, no matter which version, lost the war fought between him and his children which resulted in him either becoming a prisoner in Tartarus or a king of Elysium. IN MY OPINION Kronos in your chart can indicate a) what you do to protect you mother, b) how you maim your father, c) how you gain power, d) where you feel threatened by karma, e) where you get rough end of the stick, and/or f) where you get knocked down from your position of power.

typhon, father of monsters (asteroid 42355)
Tumblr media
Typhon, sometimes referred to as Typhaon or Typhoeus, is the son of Gaea and Tartarus. Oftentimes, he is depicted as a fire-breathing dragon with one hundred heads. Typhon and Zeus went head to head in one of the first battles of the Titanomachy - Typhon repelled all the Olympians except Zeus, who had every tendon pulled out of him by Typhon. Hermes took back these tendons, and Zeus then used his bolt against Typhon and confined him under Mount Etna. Typhon was then said to be the cause of volcanic and seismic activity in the area. IN MY OPINION Typhon in your chart can represent a) where you breathe fire, b) where you scare people away, and/or c) where even suppressed, you make your presence known.

themis, goddess of justice (asteroid 24)
Tumblr media
Per Hesiod's Theogony, Themis is the daughter of Uranus and Gaea. Themis is often referred to as Zeus's second wife who helped him to stabilize the power he had over all the gods and humans. She is often depicted carrying a scale and a sword. For her scale, on one side she would place the crime that was committed and on the other she would place the punishment that would be dealt. While with her sword she would divide good from evil. IN MY OPINION Themis in your chart can represent a) where you are stabilizing, b) where you are unbiased, c) the punishments you deal out, and/or d) your morality.

gaea, mother earth goddess (asteroid 1184)
Tumblr media
Gaea is the goddess and personification of earth likely brought forth by Chaos. Gaea had three children on her own (no man or sex involved) - where Uranus was the sky, Ourea was the mountains, and Pontus was the sea. Gaea was the mother and wife of Uranus with whom she had the titans who later had the gods. Uranus loathed his children he would frequently force them back into the earth (aka Gaea's womb). Gaea was saddened by this turn of events so she devised a plan to free them. She gave Cronus a sickle who hide in her womb. When Uranus tried to have sex with her Cronus had the opportunity to slice off his father's genitals. With his father out of power Cronus became king and Gaea coated in Uranus's blood she became pregnant with the fates, giants, and the nymphs. Later, Gaea is challenged by Zeus who tried to imprison some of her children - Gaea summoned her other children to get rid of Zeus, yet Zeus prevailed. As one last attempt to best Zeus, she birthed Typhoeus, the dragon who does get struck by Zeus's bolt. She then submitted to Zeus and accepted her defeat. IN MY OPINION Gaea in your chart can represent a) your relationship with the earth, b) your fertility, c) where you refuse to be held back, d) your relationship with your children and how they treat or defend you, and/or e) where you often indirectly fight others.
