Sailor Moon 30th Anniversary  Musical Festival -Chronicle-

The show is set to run in Tokyo from November 17 to 20, 2022

Most of the cast from last year’s musical, Kaguya-hime no Koibito, returns. With them, a couple other familiar faces: Chise, one of Le Mouvement Final’s Chibi Chibis is now cast as Chibi Moon... And Riona (aka Rubeus, Hawk’s Eye, Sailor Star Maker and Tuxedo Mask) is once again playing Tux!

And there’s more: Each day will feature different special guests!

<< The return of the latest cast was to be expected, though I’m surprised they’ve kept Princess Snow Kaguya: I imagine she will sing other villains’ songs too? Also didn’t expect for them to change both Chibi Moons for a Chibi Chibi graduate! And Riona! I thought if they brought people back it would be for other roles, but hey! Anyway, since it’s a festival can we expect her to perform songs from her former roles as well? And who will the guests be? I wonder if the DVD Box event in August is any indication of that... >>

Kari-chan, what are your some of your least favorite Rider and Sentai characters as of now?

I'm already assuming Buffa, Neon's sperm and egg donors (Your own words not mine) are probably up there when it comes to least favorites.

For favorite Rider... I think you can guess who it is, considering I've been simping for him for a solid two years now. Kadota Hiromi is the one true Kamen Rider Demons who owns my heart and soul

I also adore Hidari Shoutaro, who is still my favorite main Rider to date. Banjou Ryuuga is my favorite secondary, and of course for the tertiary it's the one and only lightning hedgehog swordsman, Fukamiya Kento. For the ladies, it's Igarashi Sakura.

For least favorite... pretty much anyone I've tagged "can go die in a ditch" is there 😂 So far there's Amatsu Gai, George Karizaki (unpopular opinion I know), Geryon... Oh, and can't forget about Evolt, and Dan Kuroto, nasty pieces of work they are.

For Buffabutt, I would be mostly indifferent to him if not for his fanatics who act like he's done nothing wrong. Neon's sperm and egg donors are also rather benign compared to, say, the Shijima siblings' sperm donor, or even the Sonozaki family in W.

As for Sentai... honestly I haven't met a Ranger I hate, though obviously I have my favorites. Souji from Kyouryuger, Hiromu from GoBusters, Takeru from Shinkenger, basically anyone played by Ayumi Kinoshita and Nao Nagasawa... lol.

But honestly idk Sentai characters don't seem to stando out as much to me compared to Rider ones... not sure why, really.

As for the characters I dislike... well I haven't made a secret of how annoying I find Takaharu and Lucky, and the latter specifically was what made me give up on Sentai for a while. I just find them so annoying and grating on the nerves.

A redraw of the main five Dekarangers. BanBan ‘Ban’ Akaza (Deka Red) Houji ‘Hoji’ Tomasu (Deka Blue) Senichi Sen-Chan Enari (Deka Green) Marika ‘Jasmine’ Reimon (Deka Yellow) and Korome ‘Umeko’ Kodou. The previous versions looked pretty bad. The facial expressions of Ban and Jasmine, the hands on Green Yellow and Pink, the rushed look of it all. They overall looked very primitive. So, I redrew all five. I think these updated versions look much better. Though, I like Senichi’s facial expression in the previous version better. For Ban, I drew the version of him on the left as the Fire-Squad version seen in the Ten Years After movie. I especially like the facial expression of the one on the right.

Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger and Super Sentai are owned by Toei and Bandai.

BanBan ‘Ban’ Akaza is played by Ryuji Sainei.

Houji ‘Hoji’ Tomasu is played by Tsuyoshi Hayashi.
