Audio
So people have been asking about Fiona Apple’s involvement in the movie Goncharov, this song ‘Largo’ features in the movie about 40 minutes in, just before the infamous bathroom scene. Largo of course refers to “Largo di Torre Argentina” the square in Rome where Julius Caesar was assassinated. No spoilers here but I think you can guess what that means in the movie.
The song features many references to the Goncharov crime “family”: “I see Guillermo and give him some lip...  handle me like family and that’ll be enough to keep me from dying...”
You will not find this song on any of Fiona’s released albums, it was effectively canned when the movie release was pulled.
(Mr Tench was obviously a Don, you can tell by the hat.)

George Harrison joined Bob Dylan and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers onstage for a song in London on October 17, 1987.
“George and Jeff [Lynne] came by backstage. George walked up to me and I said hi, and he did one of those things where instead of shaking hands he took my hand in both his hands, looked me right in the eye and goes, ‘Bless you.’ I remember thinking, ‘Wow, this is a heavy cat.’ It was a really sweet gesture and I felt a connection there. So anyway, we’re up onstage playing, and he’s standing on the side of the stage in the shadows, and we got to the encore. We were doing ‘Rainy Day Women,’ and I looked over and I motioned, ‘Come on out and play.’ I could see he was kind of acting shy and I said, ‘No, come on.’ He grabbed a guitar and played with us, and after that he and I just became friends. We had a really empathetic relationship. That night changed my life.” - Mike Campbell, Uncut, June 2012
George Harrison: “Like, some people are very good at jamming, just jumping onstage and playing, but… I’ve always found it very difficult. I found I was very inhibited, maybe because The Beatles were such a big thing that, you know, it made me frightened… when you go to some place, you know, with an audience, everybody just expects magic when you play, and I can’t produce that. […] [I practice] a little. I use the guitar mainly just [to] write some songs. But, um, last Saturday night, some — they just pushed me on stage at a Bob Dylan concert. And they keep saying, ‘Come on, go on, go on, and here’s a guitar for you.’ And I just get so nervous and I think, if I was in the audience, I don’t wanna see me, I wanna see Bob Dylan. So I get real nervous. But I went on and we did a song.” Q: “What was the reaction from the audience?” GH: “I, I don’t know. I was just so nervous, I was just worried about what Bob Dylan was thinking that I didn’t notice the audience.” - Swedish interview, late 1987 (x)

The quality of this video is surprisingly low like everyone has a blurry and blue face when the camera is a little far but why does the keyboardist still look so good?
