okay but listen, we can still get some juicy content and narratives from this, we can still get our boat boys crumbs, and all we have to do is imagine etho acting exactly like how he acted around bdubs back in double life

he was extremely jealous, kinda obsessive, made multiple attempts to break bdubs up with impulse, and clingy whenever he was around

now imagine him acting like that again, but this time towards joel, the same guy he tried to leave behind in favor of bdubs, but after double life he’s now attached to joel and he’s jealous over the idea of him making a boat with someone else other than himself because they were the boat boys

imagine etho attempting to break joel off from the bad boys so they could be in a group together again, imagine etho always trying to be physically near joel whenever he’s around, imagine etho purposefully trying to annoy joel so he’d focus on him instead of the others

and through all of it, joel knows, he knows what etho’s trying to do because he’s seen it all before when etho was like that with bdubs, and now he’s doing all those jealous ex things to him, this season etho is focused on him this time

so can you blame him if he wants that level of attention to last a little longer? to know that he is on etho’s mind the more he separates himself from him? because if that was what it took for etho to chase after him, then goddammit he’ll run

the additions of skizz and joel feel like they’ve been so long in the making and i am so freakin hyped for them!! we get so many duos/groups who will get more than just crumbs now.. all the life series groups, the 100hrs trio, phasmobros + GIGGS… this season is going to be so epic

also with joel being added, he’s the first hermit who’s username doesn’t match up with what everyone calls him… unless they all start calling him beans !! also bdubs’ tweet about his “S10” hit list which included joel can now come true (except joel is a better pvp’er than almost everyone in the server… uh oh)

Boat boys has emotionally destroyed me this episode. First joel hits etho (through the border). And then etho pulls out a fucking fishing rod, yknow, the thing that got them to red life last time, and starts making jokes about killing joel. Finally, after that happens, joel threatens etho and says he will make himself go yellow just to get revenge if it happens again (or somthing along those lines). Love loses, everyone.

Absolutely losing my mind over Scar’s stream today

He was already talking to Etho while catching ocelots

Joel logs in and Scar immediately asks if Etho wants to go visit him

We get so many Etho lore crumbs (although he doesn’t fully confirm anything except having stubble and trying to get rid of 2 extra house generators)

They hang out for like 2 hours doing nothing hut chatting

Eventually Scar leaves but forgot that he left his ocelots at Etho’s because he was so excited about boat boys that he never brought them home
