Just found out why pharmacy manager has it out for me. It was one of those "have one conversation" type things. She saw me put my arms up during a disruptive persons incident a few months back, considered it "aggressive body language" and has been projecting it on my every encounter since. This morning my boss was like "I know it was months ago but do you remember why you did that" yeah boss, bc the guy in front of me said he was going to slash my throat and stab my stomach, and since he'd already struck someone 2x I considered it a credible threat. The way his eyes widened. Then I got to hit him w "do y'all read my reports orrrrr" which is always fun.

It's registration week for classes and of the two profs I emailed last week for permission to take their class, one never responded, and the other said they'd put me on the waitlist because the class was full... except I emailed this prof about the class before one of my friends who did manage to get into the class emailed her, so what the fuck is up with that???

Today is day 4 of having a malfunctioning smoke detector. I reported the issue again, but maintenance said they won’t be taking care of it until Monday since they don’t consider it an emergency. And considering how the person who came in to look at it yesterday did the absolute bare minimum to try and fix it and proceeded to just leave when his minimal effort didn’t work, I’m not exactly hopeful that they’ll fix it tomorrow.
