there is nothing to get the blood pumping, the rivalries between different cabins growing, quite like a game of capture the flag !! chiron is excited to announce that there will be a game of capture of the flag with the following on each team :

TEAM BLUE ( percy jackson )

CABINS: 3, 20, 5, 8, 16, 12, 17, 15, 19, 24, 18, 10.

TEAM RED ( milena bianchi )

CABINS: 13, 26, 9, 14, 7, 21, 1, 11, 6, 25, 4, 23.

remember, the rules of the game is as follows : on each side of the forest, both teams hide their flag somewhere visible, but easily defensible. to win for your team, you need to capture the opponent's flag and carry it across the river that divides the middle of the forest, and acts like a border.  another team can capture you and send you to their jail.

following the excitement, there will be a bonfire where all can gather around the fire, telling spooky stories, roasting s'mores or singing along in tune or out of tune with the children of apollo.

this event will begin : sunday, 14th january 2024 - 8am ( aedt ) saturday, 13th january 2024 - 9pm ( gmt ), 4pm ( est ) + 1pm ( pst ) and will run for 2 weeks !!

the  pretty  boy:  yes  ,  the  pretty  boy  sure  is  pretty  ,  but  we  really  want  to  see  someone  make  this  muse  their  own  .  show  us  the  pretty  boy  that  knows  their  face  has  gotten  them  a  lot and  perhaps  uses  that  to  their  gain  in  a  way  that  could  be  seen  as  a  bit  insidious  or  manipulative  .  we  want  substance  -  and  hallmarks  that  make  them  unforgettably  yours  .   (  we’re  a  firm  believer  in  any  fc  for  any  trope  but  here  are  some  fcs  that  we  can  see  for  the  pretty  boy  :  aubrey  joseph  ,  bree  kish  ,  banita  sandhu  ,  yandeh  sallah  ,  emre  bey  ,  joe  keery  ,  alyah  chanelle  scott  ,  mason  gooding  ,  evan  roderick  ,  madelyn  cline  ,  and  coco  jones  !  )

the damsel  in  distress:  for  us  ,  the  damsel  in   distress  is  a  muse  who  grew  up  on  the  dreams  of  their  parents  /  older  siblings  -  who  squirreled  away  bits  and  pieces  of  those  for  themselves  since they  weren’t  quite  allowed  to  do  much  (  since  they  were  sheltered  )  .  they’re  fairly  naive  and  have  probably  never  even  left  their  home  before  .  they’re  almost  resigned  to  the  life  they  have  because  fighting  against  it  seems  a  little  bit  pointless  .  but  camp  silver  lake  was  potentially  a  chance  to  change  that  ?  (    some  fcs  that  i  could  see  for  the  damsel  are  :  lovie  simone  ,  natasha  liu  bordizzo  ,  blu  hunt  ,  serena  motola  ,  marina  moschen  ,  and  antonia  gentry  .  )

the anti - hero:  the  anti  -  hero  acts  as  a  foil  to  generally  more  heroic  and  kind  characters  .  they  have  a  somewhat  apathetic  quality  to  them  and  an  anger  that  can  burn  hot  or  be  very  cold  .  they  clearly  do  not  want  to  be  at  camp  silver  lake  this  summer  but  are  perhaps  there  to  deal  with  some  circumstances  that  have  forced  them  to  be  at  the  camp  .   they’re  not  outwardly  callous  or  cruel  -  i  think  they  read  more  as  apathetic  .  (  they  also  would  ,  perhaps  ,  be  one  of  the  first  muses  to  want  to  save  their  own  skin  if  something  were  to  happen  .  )  (  we  could  see  :  kiana  madeira  ,  adeline  rudolph  ,  reina  hardesty  ,  lyrica  okano  ,  anya   chalotra  ,  aria  shahghasemi  ,  archie  renaux  ,  alex  aiono  ,  and  chance  perdomo  .  )

hi  ,  anon  !  i  don’t  think  we’d  make  those  decisions  unilaterally  .  this  is  an  extremely  specific  situation  and  since  a  lot  of  our  skeletons  aren’t  interchangeable  ,  a  lot  would  have  to  factor  in  for  us  to  make  this  work  .  we’re  leaning  towards  no  currently  and  recommend  that  if  applicants  don’t  get  their  first  choice  trope  that  they  resubmit  for  the  other  trope  if  it  has  no  apps  .

Welcome to Magnolia Blossom, a sleepy lakeside town wedged right in the mountains of northern Georgia. A place that was scenic but awfully quiet. No news was good news. That's how it always was in Magnolia Blossom. The site that made it most popular was that it was right on the edge of Camp Echo.

Kids from all over Georgia would be sent to Camp Echo every summer. It was a place adored by many.

But with fame, came along infamy. Around the summer of 2019, two counselors snuck off from camp. Only one of them came back, Max Hughes. He claimed he didn't know where the girl, Terry Sawyer, went.

Search parties went out. Campers were sent home to safety. Everyone was on the lookout for Terry. Eventually, the search went cold.

Three years later, and it’s time for the camp to reopen. The camp director got permission from the mayor, so they're reopening once again. Counselors, new and old, come to start their job at the camp and making sure it's all set for the summer.

It wasn't until Max Hughes got a text that things started to go awry. Equipment missing, powerlines being cut, and mysterious whispers heard in the night. He refused to talk about what he read, but the boy left town the next day.

When the counselors got to the mess hall, a bright red message was sloppily painted on the wall Miss Me, Yet? It seemed, there was a new ghost story to tell in Camp Echo...

an oc, horror slasher rp inspired by ahs: 1984 and mtv's series: scream.. a serial killer terrorizes a group of friends camping in a national park and exposes their secrets before sacrificing them. it's been exactly five years since the group lost their two mutual friends: grace reynolds and jake rivera - a couple that was very much in love when they went missing during the group's first and only camping trip. the group was forced to pack up early and head back to their normal lives in redding, california. some were lucky enough to move on. others, like grace's older sister, never did. this summer, the chaotic group of friends has decided that they're finally ready to let bygones be bygones and live for their passed friends. by doing so, they need to go back to where it all happened. but what happens when strange things begin happening? it's almost as if.. someone is watching.
