I wanted to check out a shorter analog horror series so I watched something called Chimpy Chippa’s. I saw some people were hyping it up as being scarier than The Walten Files, but after watching it, I can safely say those people must be smoking something because they are absolutely wrong.
Sure, there was one scene that disturbed me at first where the voice actor for a character called Rose gave it 100% with her screaming, and there was a cool blood-red VHS distortion effect, but then the rest of the series shot itself in the foot by A. Using the generic fire particle effect from After Effects in the background which clashes terribly with the VHS effect, and B. Using a goofy Goosebumps neon green smoke cloud to represent the demon’s soul or whatever.
Sure, it’s impressive that they built an animatronic, and the series has better voice acting overall than many other analog horror series, but otherwise it didn’t really do anything that grabbed me. If you like it, that’s fine, but it made some questionable choices.

Definition of Sukuk
Sukuk is the plural of “Sak”, which means: “document or certificate”. During the period of Marwan Bin Huqam, the certificate issued to people to get rations from the Treasury were called “Sukuk”. But, the modern meaning of Sukuk is different. In contemporary Islamic finance terms, Sukuk means:
“Securities of equal denomination representing individual…
Just letting you know that I have made some changes to the playlist RAFFLES TV series 1975-77 (Complete) on my YouTube channel. @firestorm717 was kind enough to give me permission to upload her lovely rips (which are the ones I use for all my edits and which you can still download), so those are the ones that you can now see in that playlist, with thumbnails edited by myself. Chippas uploads I have moved to a new playlist called RAFFLES TV series 1975-77 WITH SUBTITLES (Complete).
Otherwise, the main differences between the two playlists are:
Old playlist (firestorm's rips from US DVD release):
Includes the act cards in between acts.
Includes the scenes at the ball in "Mr Justice Raffles".
Slightly better transfer.
New playlist (Chippa's rips from UK DVD release):
Option for (accurate) closed captions.
Happy watching! 💎
P.S: You can watch some of my edited clips in the playlist RAFFLES Clips.

Since Anna was the one who had recruited Kim to the Magick-Mundus Alliance in the first place, Anna thought it was only right to see how she was doing after a couple of meetings. And hopefully that would mean she would stay, and keep participating! So once they wrapped up, Anna made it a point to go find it.
“Hey Kim!” Anna said, hoisting her heavy backpack up onto her shoulders. “You doing anything after this? Wanna go to Chippa’s?”

Recently, Federal Shari’ah Court of Pakistan has given its judgement on the Riba case. The verdict reaffirmed the historic judgement on interest first given in 1991. But, the subsequent appeals process reopened the case. Concerns about jurisdiction further delayed…
One great thing about living on the same floor as your boyfriend, visits whenever you wanted. Sure Jenny could be studying and Ed could pop over but it also meant whenever she was feeling anxious she could pop right over.
Silly as it was curling up on his bed waiting for him to get back was so much more enjoyable then waiting in her room alone. Even if she sometimes had to entertain Ed’s roommate sometimes. The benefit was the fact she knew Phineas already.
Another great thing about dating Ed? His creative mind. Sure Jenny didn’t want to get involved in the pranks but watching him set them up? It was fun, and maybe she helped fill up a could glasses when he filled Mim’s room with them.
Or the fact she got to enjoy watching him pull everything off the ceiling when she got him back.
Add the fact he could show her the world just with a wave of his hand, Jenny felt like she was exploring the world without the fear of doing something wrong while she traveled alone.
Suddenly she could see everything he liked about the Boiling Isles, or Ingary.
She could see the beach or be on stage.
Anything she could imagine, Ed had the ability to make it happen and he made sure any wish she wanted was granted.
The bad thing was, Jenny couldn’t tell if she just liked to be around him because she liked his confidence or the fact he was into her. Or because she genuinely liked him.
He was so good to her though how couldn’t she be into him?
But the thing was, Spring Break came and went and Jenny hadn’t missed him.
Not the way she assumed she should have.
And considering how little they texted each other, she had to imagine he felt the same.
So why did she feel like she missed out when she found out about the slumber party and all the games they played. Not that she wanted to be at the slumber party but the fact people had gone so much further than her.
Jenny had a steady boyfriend. They were exclusive. Shouldn’t they be more than what they were?
Jenny kind of thought so, on a night she knew Phineas would be out Jenny popped into Edric’s room without warning.
It didn’t take long until they were making out on his bed, until their hands were traveling one another. But just as quickly as it started Jenny pulled away. With a heart that pounded so loud she could barely hear anything else she shook her head at Edric.
Another benefit of dating a sorcerer apparently was the fact he could see her reagents and one good thing about him, Edric never pushed. Instead he just wrapped his arms around her. Fixed her shirt and his own and waited for her to calm down before they talked it over.
Apparently neither of them were ready but Edric hadn’t pulled the plug, he hadn’t expected it to get that far unlike Jenny who had it all mapped out in her head. Again he was in control and Jenny was just a mess.
After that Jenny couldn’t find her footing again.
Edric never stopped moving, popping in when both of them should be studying. Nights out to Chippas or to Tiana’s. Trying restaurants in NTO.
He kept her busy and Jenny enjoyed it, she did.
But sometimes she just wanted to stay in, that’s all.
