Part Two: You don’t understand Luke Patterson. Not at all. But he has a funny way of making you want to understand him.

It was easy. Too easy.

That revelation didn’t dawn on you until a week later. For the fourth night in a row you found yourself awake much too late, avoiding sleep in favor of messaging Luke with a grin on your face.

The next thought that entered your brain was the nagging reminder that you had yet to tell your friends. Each of which you knew would have certain choice opinions.

It was hard though.

No matter how much you tried to ignore the messages and the jokes and the eager glances at your phone, you simply couldn’t.

And like clockwork his name on your screen lit up the otherwise dark room. You reached for it much too quickly, something you’d come to realize if you thought about it for too long.

It was easy talking to Luke Patterson and that was a fact you hadn’t anticipated.

The only thing that was hard about it was the knowledge that you’d kept this a secret for a week now. If you were lucky it would remain that way.

The thought of what might happen was hard but talking to Luke was just so easy that you couldn’t help but get lost with him in the middle of the night again.

And for the time being that was enough.

Here are some helpful tips to help motivate you when the day comes!

Even if you don’t feel like watching it or have stuff to do, just play it on your device and go outside for a bit, do some yoga, do your school work, make yourself a meal, take a shower, finish a project you started and never got back around to! This is the perfect excuse to get off your phone if you don’t want to cry during Unsaid Emily!

If you have multiple devices, try going on a different profile on your netflix account, idk if this works, but maybe it’ll count as another stream bc it’s someone else’s profile and a different device!

Getting JATP to the Top 10 on Netflix is a tricky thing, especially since it’s been a few months since it came out, but if the show has taught us anything, it’s to go for it, try your best, and take the risk!
