Sorry for the long hiatus, but I haven’t been doing any drag while in Sydney so I lost motivation to keep up with my blog.

I’m going back to the States soon and will be performing in the Pride show in August! (for anybody near Moscow, ID it’s the 12-14th) :]

UPDATE on Damien Dulgent

1) Sooo I’m going to be moving to Australia in July on a Work and Holiday Visa so I might end up slacking on my blog a wee bit. (I do wanna try to do some drag shows there, but I’m not gonna be able to pack a whole lotta outfits.) 

2) That being said, it turns out last night was my last TabiKat drag show before I leave (I thought they’d do one in the summer, but they decided to take a much needed break). 

3) On the bright side, my mom came to the show last night! It’s the first time anyone in my family has even said they wanted to come see me perform and she LOVED it!

4) Aquasha (our hostess) said that some performers have that IT factor, but that I have that HOLY SHIT factor. Which was a huuuge compliment and she said it to the whole audience. :D

5) I also took too long getting ready for the show and didn’t have time to take any selfies of my looks... but I will post any performance pictures that get put up on Facebook. :]

My look at the last show. Just had one number this time around. Did Livin la Vida Loca. ;P They had me open the show again and I got lots of compliments on my performance. Even had a few strangers ask to take pictures with me afterwards. :D

There ended up being 3 drag numbers and I did 2 of them. XD You could also tell most people came for the poetry and not the drag show. Lots of stone cold or uncomfortable faces... (mostly from straight boys, haha). 

But there was some great poetry and enough friends in the crowd I had a good time. Also J Mase III is an awesome poet. :]
