sorry to sound like an old hag and yes i do indulge in it so its a bit hypocritical but transfer windows really were so much better before fabrizio and itks because you didn't have every step of a transfer being publicised so there just wasnt the drama that comes with that. you'd just put sky news on and it would be like 'oh cool we're after this player' 'oh cool we got that player!'

#my bff' bd is 29th and i wanna make them a cake myself which means i gotta find all the ingredients on our fucked up little mass market #and then not fuck up the recipe which alright i baked that thing before. ONCE. There is no submission deadline at the moment, although we are finalizing the first issue in the next week or so. No rush to submit, as the first one is mostly going to be made by friends and associates kind enough to donate their work for our maiden voyage in figuring out how this whole independent magazine thing is going to work. After that, we will be taking rolling submissions and releasing 1-2 issues a quarter!

I wanted that on my blog because it was funny to me that that person was debating the issue with their family, which, if you notice, is all I commented on.

having been in fandom for a long time, the second I saw someone jokingly mention that we should ask Alan, I figured the writing was on the wall, and it was only a matter of time. the one glimmer of hope is that I earnestly don't believe he will see it. I don't know the person, but in my experience, even if i did, it wouldn't help.

to me its just common sense that isn't cool, and if people want to think I condone it, I'm sure they will think that regardless.

Not a day goes by that I’m not envious of people that can just sit down and Do things, just because it’s required of them or it needs to be done or just because they want to do it. 

If i could just snort a line of Work Ethic tm or concentration juice or smth, I could’ve been so much more by now. ..or at least not as behind on things.

What happened? I used to be able to do art so much. Why can’t I finish artwork reliably anymore?

I mean, I am a bit out of practice but still, It’s been like this for several years now.

ok I waffled for a really long time on whether I was gonna answer this outright just to have something written up and possibly ruin part of the fun of the gradual reveal or answer with some coy "oh you'll find out ;)" with the hope of having something written soon but then spend another half a year not writing and feel like a jerk

so instead. I just kinda kicked my butt into gear on writing? so. uh. apparently all I needed to get back into it was someone asking for actual detail about it. who'd've thunk?

anyway I can say with confidence now that you will find out by the end of the month (July 2022).

but some general comments on the remaining chapters: all of them are still rarepairs, all of the amigos are featured once, Isa is featured once, and there is exactly one true crack pairing (arguably two - technically Isa never interacted with the person I've paired her with either, but it makes more logistical sense than the one I'm openly calling a crackship).
