Now… as to your question, this might be half headcanon, and half a logic problem, along the lines of, “if seventeen warlords and one MC arrive at the airport for a 5p.m. flight, who sits next to MC?” So it’s like math, which is not exactly my strong suit, and if I lose a warlord en route (I mean, airports are kind of like giant wormholes anyway, and if Delta can lose one of my suitcases between Minneapolis and Cleveland, it's equally easy for an airport to lose a warlord... or twelve), my apologies.

We begin with 17 warlords & MC approaching the ticket counter. As it happens, the answer to the question “who sits next to MC” is determined right at this moment… but I’m going to leave you in suspense for a little while longer (because besides myself, only two other people know the answer to that question, and one of them is a sweet elderly lady who works for the airline).

Our next stop the baggage drop off… where Mitsuhide hands Masamune a water bottle laced with sake, and tells him to drink it quickly because it can’t go through security. Five minutes later, an unconscious Masamune is in a steamer trunk bound for Hawaii.

Now 16 warlords & MC reach security… and we lose Kenshin immediately, because he packed Himetsuru Ichimonji in his carryon, and threatened to kill the TSA Agent who requested he give it up. Of course Kanetsugu stayed behind with his lord, as did Sasuke, who decided he needed to stick with Kenshin to prevent a TSA massacre.

The 13 warlords who survived the TSA experience make their way through the terminal. Unnoticed by them, Mitsunari steps onto one of the moving walkways. He is not seen again, but six months later, is discovered squatting in the stockroom of one of the airport bookstores.

Soon after, Ranmaru and Keiji, enticed by the music, detour into the Karaoke Bar, where they are discovered by a talent agent and placed in a new J-Pop band.

We’re now down to 10 Warlords plus MC, but this is the moment that Hideyoshi reenacts that scene from Home Alone where Mom realizes that Kevin is missing… except instead of screaming “Kevin!” he screams, “Mitsunari!” and goes off in search of his lost vassal. Meanwhile, it will probably come as no surprise that Yoshimoto has vanished in the depths of the retail area of the airport. This is also the moment that Ieyasu and Motonari realize that being in an airplane means they will be trapped in a giant tin can with over 500 other people and nope out of the entire experience.

The 6 remaining warlords and MC continue through the airport, where their numbers actually increase for a little while when Kennyo attracts a small group of homeless Hare Krishnas who imprint on him like baby ducks, and trail after him. Unfortunately, while trying to talk them out of basing a new religion around him, he loses track of time, and misses the flight.

And so, it should be 5 warlords plus MC who make it to the boarding area of their flight. Except remember I said I was bad at math. We lose Kicho to the space time continuum in some kind of weird infinity loop which would make sense if I were good at math, but I am not. Basically Kicho has disappeared, but not to worry, he’s probably happily causing mayhem in early 20th Century San Francisco.

So now at the boarding area, we’ve got Mitsuhide, Nobunaga, Yukimura and Shingen standing around, looking at each other. Mitsuhide, Nobunaga and Shingen all claim that they are going to sit next to MC. Yukimura would certainly like to sit next to MC, but even he knows that MC can only sit next to two of them, and he’s not going to go against Shingen.

But…. Wait a minute… when they print out the boarding passes at the gates, they discover that the seats are already pre-assigned! By luck, or more specifically, by a sneaky strategist who (1) figured out that the ticketing agent is the person who has control over the seat assignments, and (2) flirted with said Ticketing Agent to assign specific seats, it is discovered that Shingen and Yukimura will be sitting on either side of MC. Mitsuhide and Nobunaga have been assigned seats in the last row of the plane…

…by the toilets.

I saw that the Youtuber went on a “travel hacking” trip around the world to save up miles and points for two weeks. I personally would not like to spend only a day in different countries while spending so much money to fly there. Also, I don’t want to pay the annual fees for travel credit cards. Therefore, I decided to do my own research to see which tips could work for any frugal traveler.

I order from Costco every week to support my family and we buy the necessities (milk, meat, fruits, and vegetables) only to cut costs. Every one dollar spent on Instacart is one and a half miles on Delta. It racks up quickly.

·         Bonus Tip: Instacart has a great deal when an order is placed within a three-hour window, the customer receives two dollars off their order. More money in your wallet!

·         Best Credit Card: Amazon Prime Rewards Visa is the most economical credit card that has no annual fee. I invested in an Amazon Prime membership in 2016 and never looked back. It is the only streaming service that I pay for. Majority of my purchases are from Amazon and I received five percent back with each order. It is two percent back on restaurants, gas, and drugstores. I see myself waking up in my 3 bedroom nyc apartment that is all tidy and has quirky cute interior design, I wake up ad go to my big kitchen and look out at my home art studio that is a a conservetroy and my home is filled with plants. today is the day i leave for art basel to do attend a couple sponsored events and do a panel and attend my art basel work opening. I drink my water and make my mushroom tea and while the water heats up i go into my bathroom and do my eeth hair skinacre and change. I put my clothes in the hamper and make drik my protein smotthie as well and brig my tea over to the table and start reading my book. I then grab my stuff and head to my workout class. I see my packed suitcase on the way out. I call my mom on my 15 min communte to the gym, we talk all about my recently sold paintings and my features in a couple of art and fashion magazines, I tell her my plans for the travel day ad how im excited that teddy is joining me and how im also excited for my diner resevatio later than evening. I do my workout and grab a post workout smoothie and a breakfast smoothie for teddy on my way back. i get back home I do a hair scalp oil and a heavenly hair mask and I wash my face and do an expensive facemask and Teddy and i sit down to eat together and talk about the logisitics of travel for the day. I then go take a shower with a high quality lucious smelling shampoo ad coditioiner i shave and do a body scrub, and then i wash my body out of the shower i put on a luxurious body oil and I put on my travel attire then i do my hair routine and I just love how bouncy and wild my curls are <3 i then think about how excited i am to be flying first class and how nice it is that a brand im sponsored by is paying. I do a little bit of makeup and I put on my jewlary. I then go into my office and respond to dome emails and get a bit of work done for the day, advancing for the next week. then i lose myself in art for a couple of hours. the its time to head to the airport. I grab my packed snack box my luggage ad i pack my purse and shoulder bag. we give coffee and lemon a last treat adn cuddle and were off for a week. teddy brings his laptop to work on some music hes producing. teddy has been playing some shows arounf town and has 20k listeners a month on spotify. we take an uber to jfk and wait in the delta lounge for 1.5 hours while our flight starts boarding. i catch up on some readig and have my lunch as well as drik some water. before boarding i go to the restroom then we board oneto out first class seats. we are given warm balnkets and large seats. I put on my eyemask and i do an hour long yoga nidra with some overear headphones. when we land i put on my red pael glasses and we take an uber to out hotel. they go us a huge suite with a tub and a king size bed. when we arrive the brand has laid out flowers a welcome/ congradulations card/ some goodies including some products to use and a set of pj's for teddy and i. we unpack and change into a tshirt and climb into bed, have a snack and watch a little tv with teddy and i take a small nap. then and i change into a sexy shimmery maxi cocktail dress for dinner and i keep my hair wild and i touch up my makeup with a bold lip. Teddy takes some pics of me for my ig and we take some ouples ones too and we walk over to out restaurant which is close. we are so excited because were so hungry. we have the most delicious meal in the most elegant restaurant. we head back to the hotel and go straught into the hot tub for a little since we had out suits under our clothes we head back up and shower off the day and head to sleep. i do a quick meditation before bed. I check my bank account and $40,000 were just depoisited from my art sales from last month. We are expecting huge sales tomorrow at art basel as i am a greatly anticipated artist, I scroll my statement and am amazed at how well things lines up this month and how these past 2 weeks i had also gotten paid $15,000 for a sponosrship as well as $10,000 for ig viewership and $20,000 from zine and merch. teddy has also made about

Traveling the World with Me

Ever since my parents had me, we have had a chance to travel and see the world almost every year since. My dad has flight benefits through Delta and my mom is an Anesthesiologist and this has always made it easy for us to travel as a family. The two of them experienced much of the world before I (the oldest) was born. From South America, to Europe, to the Caribbean they’d discovered most of the world before I was even in the picture. 

The very first trip I remember was a trip to Disneyworld for my 3rd birthday. I vividly remember being scared to tears by the jungle book mascots and gritting sand between my teeth on the beach. From what I hear however, it was a wonderful trip. So wonderful in fact that instead of flying back home my parents had to rent a car and drive back home because of all the souvenirs my mom purchased. She’s always been a shopaholic and this intensifies on vacation. 

The next place I remember visiting is Hawaii and until recently, that was my all-time favorite trip. From the pineapples, to the luaus, and the absolutely gorgeous scenery, I truly considered moving there as an adult. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with floral lei, macadamia nuts, and the delightfully pleasant aloha spirit that can turn rain to shine in an instant. There are miles of pineapple farms and factories which produce undoubtedly the BEST pineapple ice cream in the universe. The Luau’s are huge barbecues with mounds of delicious food, tropical music, and all types of native and samoan performers. They can dance and eat fire all the way until the sun comes up and still not be tired. I am very seriously considering moving when I retire. 

Another beautiful vacation was our trip to San Diego. Here we saw the largest zoo in the US, we visited legoland and we stopped  by the San Diego Marina to see some authentic US navy ships. This wasn’t a very eventful trip but one I remember fondly. I had my first phone by this time and I took pictures of EVERY THING, but this was the beginning of my fascination with documenting all my trips. 

My first trip out of the country was a small trip to the Bahamas for independence day but we didn’t do much on that trip either. We mainly stayed at our Atlantis resort and rode the water slides all day and had a blast but this was a relatively uneventful trip. The next time out of the country however was quite the opposite. 

Through Christmas 2016 and New Years 2017, my mom and I went on a mission trip with my church to South Africa. SA is a beautiful country and this was an absolutely enriching experience for me. The days we helped build houses were the days we really got to immerse ourselves in the culture of SA. We went to 6 hr church services, ate in the local towns, connected with the beautiful people and gained some culture. On our tourist days we visited aparteid museums, we went on multiple safaris, shopped, we saw beautiful Victoria Falls, we rode helicopters, ate exotic and new foods and really made a life changing experience for ourselves. The whole itinerary of this trip is MUCH too long for me to include here, but this was by far the most impactful trip of my entire life. 

Next, was my very first cruise which was a trip with my senior class to the Bahamas. None of our family had ever been on a cruise before since my dad had flight benefits so I was excited to try this new experience. I had an absolute blast. Our ship was huge and jam packed with activities, shows and more, the food was incredible, we made lots of new friends and got in some trouble on the boat, we visited bars and shops in the Bahamas and even got to see Carnival’s private island, Half moon cay. This trip totally converted me to a cruise person and I immediately fell in love with being on the water and everything that cruises entailed. The excursions, the culture, the shows, the experiences, and the true peace of staring out at the water. All these things equate to my absolute happy place. 

Our next trip was just my mom, my brother and me. She explained to us that she wanted to be the first woman that took us to Paris. We first stopped in London which was wonderful. We got to ride the eye, we took the train everywhere, we saw the usual palaces and bridges and tourist sites which were all so surreal, but what stood out to me the most was the store Harrods. This place was PHAT. THe most extravagant store I’ve been in to date. Multiple floors, lavish restaurants, luxury brands i’d never heard of and much much MUCH more. Not to mention the incredible architecture and art that was placed everywhere. The second half of this trip, the Parisian half, was even more extravagant and fanatical. All kinds of art museums and historic buildings were wonderful, however they were all overshadowed by our trip to the Eiffel tower. We climbed the entirety of the tower and had dinner at the top which was extremely fancy. This is an experience that I’ll never forget especially considering the view we had as we ate our delicious meal. Europe is a beautiful and extravagant continent. 

My next most recent trip is one that almost topped Hawaii on my list, and that is Dubai. Apart from the reigning kings of indulgence, a.k.a. the US, Dubai has their share of wealth and they know how to flaunt it. We stayed in a hotel connected to the world's largest mall, the Dubai mall as well as the world's tallest building, the burj khalifa. To visit Guiness world record holding buildings was definitely on my bucket list but this experience topped that. We went through the desert in dune buggies which was our first time in a desert or a dune buggy and we got to see some local tourist sites but nothing tops the ENTIRE DAY we spent just walking through the Dubai mall. IT. WAS. HUGE. 

Lastly, my most recent and #1 favorite trip so far is one I’m currently on. We started in Rome, Italy and we got to see the Colosseum, the Vatican and tried authentic Italian food for the first time. The “no sauce pizza” was actually some of the best I’ve had and the gelato was without a doubt to die for. We are now on a 7-day cruise to Greece (we just docked) and Turkey! Our ship has been incredible so far with an arcade, multiple pools, amazing food and service and I’m just soaking up the relaxation and vacation vibes. This has already been the trip of a lifetime and I can’t with to add more like it to the list.

First Air Force Supports US Space Command as ‘Air Forces Space’

TYNDALL AFB, Fla. (AFNS) —  

The Department of Defense designated First Air Force as ‘Air Forces Space’ (AFSPACE), and the fifth service component to U.S. Space Command May 3.

The change postures First Air Force to provide airpower expertise and advocacy in support of USSPACECOM’s mission to conduct operations in, from and to space while integrating space power into the support of First Air Force’s homeland defense mission.

“As USSPACECOM continues to achieve key milestones towards reaching Full Operational Capability, the designation of AFSPACE and the realignment of Human Space Flight Support activities under AFSPACE demonstrates the rapid pace at which the command and components are moving to provide a safe and secure space environment,” said U.S. Army Gen. James H. Dickinson, U.S. Space Command commander. “AFSPACE has achieved an Initial Operating Capability, and like USSPACECOM, is at a point where it can credibly claim to be organized and effective for employing our enduring, no-fail supporting functions to the joint force and civil partners.”

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr. named First Air Force as the USSPACECOM air component in February 2021. Following that, Gen. Mark Kelly, commander of Air Combat Command, established an Operational Planning Team to determine the resources required to meet the short and long-term demands for this new mission.

ACC is the force provider for AFSPACE, and existing Continental U.S. NORAD Region and Air Forces Northern roles, responsibilities and authorities.

On July 15, 2021, First Air Force, now AFSPACE, assumed the operational command and control of the Human Space Flight Support, or HSFS, mission, which was previously executed by the Combined Force Space Component Command at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. This First Air Force mission is executed through its assigned Detachment 3 based at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.

Det. 3, formerly commanded by Space Launch Delta 45, realigned under First Air Force during a redesignation and change of command ceremony held at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, also that day. Air Force Lt. Gen. Kirk Pierce, commander, First Air Force, Continental U.S. NORAD Region, AFNORTH, and now AFSPACE, affirmed his team’s commitment to USSPACECOM.

“Space-based capabilities enable virtually every element of our national power, including diplomatic, information, military and economic,” said Pierce. “It’s an honor to support that larger picture with our actions at a personal level. This includes our new responsibility to plan, train and execute worldwide rescue and recovery of NASA astronauts during contingency operations.”

Human Space Flight Support operations are conducted by the Department of Defense when requested by NASA, and validated by the DoD. These operations include the contingency search and rescue of NASA and NASA-sponsored astronauts.

For all crewed space flights, Det. 3 oversees the training and posturing of rescue forces on alert at Patrick Space Force Base, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Additionally, Det. 3 is responsible for coordinating astronaut rescue and recovery, contingency landing site support, payload security, medical support, coordination of airlift/sealift for contingency operations, as well as other support services required in the event of a spacecraft emergency.

Det. 3 has a long and distinguished history working closely with NASA to plan and coordinate DoD rescue, recovery, and retrieval support for their crewed space missions.

“It’s immensely satisfying to take another step forward in the larger leap in our role as the Air Force component to U.S. Space Command,” Pierce said. “The First Air Force team appreciates being a valued joint partner in the defense of the Homeland in the air and space domains.”
