just watched the demon slayer: hashira training movie in cinemas expecting it to be like the mugen train arc film...

now all i have are questions and the urge to read the manga

#I think the most recent thing I watched was the Swordsmith village arc from Demon Slayer. And I watched it like a month or so late. #I tried 2 watch Spy x Family last summer and I got like 5 episodes in then gave up #Victor Speaks

While watching the season finale of Demon Slayer, it got to the scene where Nezuko is about to be burned up by the sunrise, and when she kicks Tanjiro away there’s a moment of silence where he takes one last look at her before turning around to kill the demon. In that few seconds of silence I see and hear probably the loudest thunderclap I’ve ever heard outside, and it was that exact moment where the mood shifted and it dawned on me that this could be where Nezuko actually dies

Really enhanced the watching experience for me

I have. Some mixed feelings about the kny s3 finale

#this is the case for the rest of the season too tbh #it definitely wasnt bad but it definitely wasnt as good as the last two either #and it wasnt as good as i was hoping for after reading the manga #but for this ep specifically #it was mostly good! but some parts were disappointing #particularly the scene leading up to the nezuko reveal #it was SO good the tension was PERFECT i was on the edge of my seat despite being a manga reader #and knowing exactly what was gonna happen #but.. then all that tension was pretty much ruined by the needlessly long flashback compilation #i literally had to skip through it cause it was just dragging on so much #that was by far the worst part of the whole show so far lmao #overall i think id have to give this episode a 7/10 and the season an 8/10 #kny #kimetsu no yaiba #demon slayer #seri speaks
