REVERSE SEOI NAGE vs “DROP” MOROTE SEOI NAGE
First version : I would refrain from using that technique, unless you really, really know what you do and can execute it without hurting your partner. This throw requires very minimal effort if executed correctly. At least a lot less than regular morote.
Second version : This morote works like a kata guruma variation. It comes from two hands on his opponent’s left lapel : his left hand up, his right hand under. As he drops down, the head pops out the opposite way it would with a regular morote, resulting in a forward motion slighly to the uke’s left side.
