Yuriko Kuromiya

"I, unfortunately, don't know much about Yuriko. My wife, however, does, as the two are both on the PTA. My first time meeting Yuriko was when my wife introduced me to her after one of the meetings. I don't know how they and the other parents involved in this organization can stand those meetings. After five minutes, I'm always ready to fall asleep. Anyway, she seemed like a rather aloof, yet polite woman. That said, however, you could tell she was dangerous, if the glint in her eyes was anything to go by. Still, I wouldn't be averse to meeting and talk with her again."

Kaoru Shinozaki

"This young girl may be the only from this team that I'm familiar with. And that's cause Zakari introduced her to me when I needed a new DJ booth after the one I had was falling apart. ...Granted, I did have it with me for a very long time, but I've always hated discarding or throwing things away that can still be used. My wife and kid kept pestering me to buy a new one, but... I don't know, I just couldn't. When you have something for so long, it's hard to get rid of it. Maybe it's just me."

"Anyway, seeing as how I wasn't going to get rid of it, Zakari, apparently, went behind my back and asked this young girl if she could repair it for me. I'll admit, I was very peeved that he would do something like this, but... when I saw what Kaoru had done, well... all my complaints got stuck in my mouth. She improved upon it... tremendously."

"To thank her, Zakari recommended I get her something 'coffee-related', since she's a big fan of coffee. So, I decided to pull some strings and let the coffee shops here in Minato know to let her buy whatever she wants from them free of charge. Don't ask how I can do that. Let's just say, being a DJ has its perks."

"She may be the only one whom I'm not familiar with on this team, though stories about this young girl's abnormal strength are commonplace. I've warned Zakari not to do anything to piss her off. Because if he does, no matter how lucky he believes himself to be, I won't be responsible when he ends up in the hospital because he inadvertently said or did the wrong thing to her."

"I quite like this team's name. 'Wicked Requiem.' It sounds evil and dark, yet I wonder what people would think once they play it and then realize the song wasn't what they expected it to be. ...That's actually giving me an idea for a song I've had in the works. A song with an organ in the mix. I'll have to think about it later."

"Besides that, this team may be the only other 'familial' team in the D.R.B. to date. A mother and her two daughters versus a father alongside his wife and child. ...I hope and pray Chuohku doesn't figure that out and leap on it the first chance they get. If so, I'm not looking forward to the outcome."

"Yuriko Kuromiya, otherwise known as, 'Black Dahlia'. Her name has come up on the CIA's reports more than once in the past. Would you believe me if I told you that she was the primary suspect into the death of the president years ago? But I knew they were mistaken. The person who killed the president was the same one who killed my father and brother. And I know for a fact the assailant was a male. ...Besides, I might be mistaken, but I get a feeling this woman only kills who she is supposed to, or those who get in her way."

"...Still, that won't stop me from getting some answers out of her if we happen to meet. And as luck would have it, she seems to be a frequent visitor to Ivelisse's yoga classes, so that might be a good place to start."

Kaoru Shinozaki

"Kaoru Shinozaki, or as she is commonly called on the Internet, 'Delphi'. ...Surprised that I know? Don't be. I work for the CIA, and I'd like to think our information network is the best in the entire world. I must admit though, I was very much surprised when I found out that a mere 13-year-old was responsible for hacking into the Pentagon. A girl barely in her teens managed to breach the world's most sophisticated Internet defense system? Sounds like something out of a fanfiction novel. ...But the results don't lie. She was the sole one responsible for giving the FBI no end of trouble. If you could have seen the backlash from her work. Many of us were afraid that this might be another terrorist attack event. The U.S. was on high alert for half a year."

"I'm glad to see that she has, at least, kept her hacker and terrorist activities here in her own country. The last thing we need is something like that happening again. A shame she wasn't born in America. We could definitely find use for someone like her in the CIA."

Kanra Akemi

"Hmm... she's the only one that we, or the CIA, know much about. It's as if she appeared from out of nowhere. From what little we know of her, it seems as if Kuromiya-san has adopted her. If not for her unnatural and supernatural strength, I'd have thought of her as just as an ordinary girl. ...But then again, that would mean that anyone involved in this contest is just 'ordinary'. And that couldn't be any further from the truth."

"...I wonder, if it wasn't necessary for teams of three to enter this competition, would Black Dahlia have included her daughters into this? I'd like to say 'no', but then again, I can't claim to know what someone like her is thinking. Regardless, this is one of the many teams that we cannot underestimate. As stated, Black Dahlia, by herself, is already an intimidating opponent. Combined with her oldest daughter's intellect, and her youngest daughter's strength, they are a force to be reckoned with. I can only hope that we are prepared when we face them."

It had been a long day of getting presents for one Sayaka Miyuki. Never in her life did Sayaka think she would ever become so loved. Suddenly brought out of her thoughts by a knock at the door Sayaka assumed that this was another person bringing her a gift. Opening the door Sayaka saw someone she didn't know. Standing in front of her door was a young woman in a white dress and matching heels with blue hair tied into twin tails. A bright smile was on her face along with a few gifts in her hands.  

“Happy Birthday Miss Rhopalocera! Ah right! I’m Ageha Shinozaki,” The woman now identified as Ageha smiled. “I was asked by the bats over in Edogawa to deliver this to you. They're quite sorry that they couldn't personally come but a…issue came up for them.” 

Handing over the gifts to Sayaka, Ageha gave an elegant curtsy. “Sorry, I can't stay for long but I have to take my leave now. So then from one butterfly to another, I wish you a great rest of your birthday, and enjoy your gifts! See you again soon!”  Giving one last curtsy Ageha took off, leaving Sayaka standing in her doorway.

Sayaka blinked. Shinozaki? So that young woman was related to Kaoru in some way? Well, it was nice of her to deliver the gifts from the ladies of Wicked Requiem. Bringing them inside Sayaka placed them on the counter and began to open the biggest one first. 

Inside the box was a pink multi-tiered cake with white and pink flowers decorated all over the cake. There were also several golden butterflies spread all over the cake making it look like a swarm surrounding the cake. Instantly Sayaka was hit with the sweet scent of vanilla and raspberry. Looking at it, she noticed a letter that was attached to the inside of the box. Grabbing it Sayaka began to read. 

“Happy birthday Auntie! I hope you having fun today! Sorry, I can't be there to deliver your cake in person but something came up. Don't worry we're dealing with it right now! Anyway, Happy Birthday! Enjoy your cake!

Smiling at the kindness of the pink-haired girl. Kanra had always been so sweet to her and Sayaka had always adored the girl. Picking up the next gift, Sayaka quickly opened it to see what was inside.

Inside the box was a set of earrings. They were absolutely stunning as each one took half of a butterfly’s wings. White and pink diamonds covered the earrings and a few diamonds even dangled as well. Once again seeing a letter attached to the box Sayaka began to read.

“Happy Birthday Sayaka-san. I hope you’re enjoying your birthday so far. I saw these while shopping one day and instantly you came to mind. I’m sure they’ll look absolutely stunning on you.  Again, Happy Birthday and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Sayaka admired the gift her counterpart had sent her. Truly despite her cold nature, Yuriko had always been kind to her. Sayaka made a mental note to thank the white-haired woman the next time she saw her.  

Finally, Sayaka picked up the third and last package. It was bigger than Yuriko’s gift but smaller than Kanra’s and from the process of elimination Sayaka assumed it was from Kaoru. Sayaka would admit she was curious as to what the eccentric genius would give her. Curiosity getting the better of her, she quickly began to open it. 

Inside the box was what Sayaka assumed was a doll on a stand. It was no taller than 10 inches from Syaka’s estimates but it was beautiful though with its long hair and purplish pink dress that reached to the doll’s heeled feet. A serene look was on its porcelain face and with her eyes closed it looked like it was in a deep sleep. However, the most stunning feature was the gorgeous iridescent butterfly wings on its back. 

Sayaka marveled at the doll and tried to see if any note was attached to it but to her disappointment there was none. Suddenly Sayaka heard what she thought was yawning. Hearing it again Sayaka looked down to see that the doll was stretching as if it had awoken from slumber. The doll noticing Sayaka’s gaze on her gave a huge smile. Sayaka’s eyes widened as the doll’s wings began to move and to her surprise, the doll began to fly in front of her face. 

“Hello!” The doll spoke, her voice sounding like the chimes of a bell. “I’m Titania! Kaoru personally made me to be a companion for you and little Yoshiko! Anything you need I am here to help!” Titania giggled as she began to flutter around the room. “So then let's get along Miss Sayaka!”

“What the-?!”

“Holy shit…”

Sayaka stared at the fairy fluttering around the room with wide eyes, absolutely shocked and not really knowing how to process something like this. She didn’t even notice Lola and Kureha coming into the room, she looked at them and then back at the fairy and repeated that for 2-3 times before smiling sheepishly. “Um, surprise?” She chuckled weakly and both the Model and the Artist just stared at her. Kureha shook her head, completely done. “Y’know what? I’m not even going to ask.”

“Lemme guess, this is from our friends from Edogawa?” Lola sent a knowing look and Sayaka nodded in response, showing off the butterfly earrings from Yuriko and butterfly styled cake from Kanra. “Titania is a gift from Kaoru.” She explained and the fairy A.I. companion nodded in response. “That’s right, I’ll be here to help with whatever you need!” She beamed brightly causing Sayaka to smile and Lola to coo in adoration while Kureha just stared, sorta mentally blanking out for a second before letting out a “Huh…”.

Light, nearly silent footsteps were heard before a sleepy Yoshiko walked inside the room wearing her pajamas. The four year old sleepily rubbed her eyes, not noticing her surroundings. “Mommy, I can’t sleep…” She whined, raising her arms and wanting to be held causing all 3 women to fawn over her. Sayaka cooed and picked her up, kissing the top of her head as Yoshiko laid her head against her mother’s shoulder, she was about to close her eyes again until she caught sight of Titania and immediately perked up, wide awake. She gave an obnoxiously loud gasp and pointed at the doll like A.I. “FAIRY!!” She squealed loudly, right in Sayaka’s ear making the woman flinched at the volume but smiled nonetheless. “Mhm! This is Titania!”

Titania giggled and floated up closer to Yoshiko who looked at her with awe and wonder. The fairy gave a twirl and a little bow, “Hiya Yoshiko! I’m Titania! Your very own personal companion! Let’s get along okay?”

Yoshiko started to bounce in Sayaka’s arm, making it difficult for her to hold her properly. “Mommy! Mommy! Can I play with Titania?! Please! Pleeeeease!” She begged and Sayaka bit her lip in contemplation. “I don’t know, baby, it’s really late…”

“Oh c’mon Sayaka!” Lola spoke up, smiling. “It’s not everyday you get to see a sorta real life fairy, Yoshiko is literally living every little girl’s dream!”

“Plus it’s the weekend and I don’t think we have anything planned for tomorrow.” Kureha agreed, watching Yoshiko interacting with Titania with soft fondness. Sayaka was quiet for a moment before sighing and letting Yoshiko back down, “Okay Yoshi, how about you show Titania your room? And all the plushies you have hm?” Sayaka smiled and Yoshiko jumped up and down in excitement. “Okay! C’mon Titania! Let’s go!” With that both the child and the fairy sped out of the room, their infectious excitement causing the three members of Femme Fatale laugh.

The sun was beginning to set on this fine day, not that Makina Setsukura noticed. She was too busy, as always locked in her room, playing video games and talking with her chat to notice something like what it was like outside.

Makina cursed as she took damage in the game she was currently playing. Her loyal chat was cheering her on. Then, all of the sudden, to Makina's surprise, all of her screens flashed to static. A blue eye flicked on her main screen just for a second before disappearing. It was then that a message was typed on to her screen. 

What up, Screen Shot? Happy Birthday! Sorry for hijacking your stream like that, but wow, you got crappy security. That's not what I'm here for. I'm just here to tell you that currently, outside your front door is a gift from me. Tried knocking, but no one answered, so drastic measures were taken.

Makina, seeing this, took off her headphones and rushed to the front door, opening it. Sure enough, there was a giant package on her front door. Grunting at how heavy it was, Makina brought it back inside to her room. Collapsing into her chair as soon as she laid it down. Opening the gift, Makina was surprised to see several items inside. 

The first gift was a giant Kuromi doll that was nearly as big as her. Giving it a quick hug, she placed it to the side. Then she picked the second item up.

The second item was a 24 case of monster energy drinks in the ultra strawberry dreams flavor. Grinning at the sight of them, Makina knew she wouldn't be getting sleep anytime soon. 

The final gift was the most shocking. Makina's eyes nearly bulged out when she pulled out a brand new gaming laptop. Hearing a beep, Makina looked back up to her screen and saw a new message. 

So what do you think? Great, right? The look on your face tells me yes. Okay, so the laptop is something I personally built and is infinitely better than anything on the market. You'll be able to play any game there with no issue. Now we'll be able to see who kicks who's ass in a video game soon enough. So see you then!

8Cloud Out!

Just like that, the message disappeared, and Makina's screens were brought back to the game she was playing and her chat. Makina saw a flood of messages asking what happened and if she was okay. 

“You jackass… that’s what our doorbell’s for…” Makina sighed and adjusted her microphone. “Chat, are we back? ‘We’re good, now,’ ‘we’re good,’ ‘we’re back…’ Okay, awesome. Sorry about that… I’m fine, chat, don’t worry. Some old hag sent some presents in her own stupid way.”

She looked into her camera’s viewfinder and pat the containers of energy drinks that was half her height.

“First off, a twenty-four pack. Enough Monsters to last me a week. Oh shut up, chat, no more ‘that’s too many energy drinks’ from you,” Makina stuck out her tongue playfully.

Makina held up her new plushie to get it in frame. “Then she gave me a new Kuromi.” She hugged it to her chest. “Now this completes the Kuromi family.”

She quickly caught a glimpse of a passing comment. “‘You mean the Kuromi family that’s on that shitstorm you call a bed?’” Makina threw her plushie over her shoulder and onto her unmade bed. She reached for the rather heavy final present as she flipped off the camera. “That was a low blow, fuck you.”

“Fine, I guess you guys don’t wanna see what else that bitch sent me… oh, you do? Well, she got me a new gaming laptop, but since you were so rude I’m not gonna show~ But she did leave a birthday message. So thanks for the presents and the birthday wish… and for hacking into my apartment, I guess…”

She slammed her hands on her desk. “And I bet you’re still watching right now! Bring it on, old hag! I’ll kick your ass any day! I ain’t losing to someone who uses shitty grammar!”

Miho admired the hairpin before placing it in her hair and crasses it before giving an approving nod. “It was quite nice of them to send gifts, considering that we’re not exactly one of the most well liked teams…due to you to.”

Sumire rolled her eyes and smirked at the Jinx figurine. “Whatever, still doesn’t take away that we’ve remained popular for better or for worse.”

Ritsuko chuckled as she pulled the cart holding the cake to the room. “In any case, we should enjoy this moment while it lasts, the same goes for this cake.”

“Well said.”

The sun was shining brightly on the division of Setagaya when Yorii Sakuma heard the doorbell ring. Pausing what he was doing, Yorii walked over to the door and opened it where he found a gift addressed to him. Picking it up, Yorii brought it inside and began to open it.

Inside the gift was a pink and blue cake with a mermaid-esque theme. Seeing a note taped inside the box, Yorii picked it up and began to read.

Happy Birthday! Funny how we share a birthday, right? Sorry about not going this to you in person, but I barely managed to slip away from my own birthday celebration to deliver this. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the cake and Happy Birthday again!

"EEE!!" Yorii proclaimed loudly as he saw the beautiful cake that Kanra had given to him. Looking at the design on it and how it incorporated the sea, mermaids and sirens, it was so beautiful and too much for the blonde-haired idol to stand. He cried as he thought about how much this beautiful cake was going to disappear as soon as he took the first bite out of it. It was going to be ruined!

"I can't do it!" Yorii proclaimed as stared at the marvel before him. This was a gift given to him by a girl he had liked since the day he met her; he couldn't just eat and discard it like it was nothing! ...But he also couldn't let it just sit and go bad either? What could he do?! How could immortalize this brilliant moment so that it could be forever ingrained in his heart and mind? How? How?!

"...Why don't you just take a picture of it?"

Looking up from his "moment", Yorii looked as Mina was staring at him as if he had lost his mind.

"A... picture?" Yorii repeated.

"Yes." Mina answered. "Take a picture and hang it up. Or post it on PROFILE or something."

...

One hour later...

"No, no, this isn't working!"

That was the same statement that had been repeated over and over by Yorii as he was busy taking picture after picture with his cell phone at the cake Kanra had given him. Yet for the past sixty minutes, the same routine had played out: he would take a picture, look at on his phone, complain about it, delete and repeat the process over again. By this time, the frosting on the cake was slowly starting to drip down on the cake, not that Yorii noticed.

In the far room, his older siblings, Mina and Elliot, were busy ignoring their younger brother and his antics. As Elliot was reading a novel, he took a gander at his younger brother before looking at Mina.

"Should we...?"

In response to his question, Mina immediately turned her head and gave the middle sibling a scowl as if saying, 'Don't even ask.' Obeying and quivering, the nerdy boy went back to reading his novel, while Mina just sighed and shook her head, watching television. All the while, Yorii continued doing his stand-up comedy routine.

"No, no, this isn't right!"

"She seems very threatening, though I think that is only if you threaten her or her children. She resembles a mother bear defending her cubs. ...That's probably not the best description, but I think it fits. If we meet, I'll do my best to appear amicable. The last thing I want is to antagonize a woman like her."

Kaoru Shinozaki

"I... think I remember her. She came a week or so after a young man wearing a pink and brown suit came through her. She was apparently searching for him, but he had vanished about a day or so before. We pointed her in the direction we think he went in. But first, we advised that she get some rest since she looked so exhausted. My younger sisters really liked talking with her. I think they were both sad to see her go, but she promised to visit us again. Neither of them can wait."

Kanra Akemi

"I... don't think I've ever encountered her before. She seems... fairly young, however. Is someone like her really participating in this rap tournament?"

Wicked Requiem

"'Wicked... Requiem?' A... truly terrifying team name, I'll admit. I wonder if the 'requiem' refers more to the team members, themselves, than their music. ...I suppose we'll find out once we meet in the D.R.B. I only hope that nothing said or done will be taken seriously."

The doorbell to the Suzubayashi household is heard, plus a knock on their front door. Reiaki goes to answer it. Opening it, she finds no one is there. Looking down she spots something on the doorstep.

Two boxes were on the floor, each with “To Reiaki Suzubayashi” on them. Seeing they were for her, the dual-haired woman picked them up and carried both boxes into the kitchen. Deciding to open the bigger box first, her eyes grew wide at what was inside

Inside the box was a white cake with an anatomically correct heart standing on top. “Blood” was pooling around the heart and dripping down the cake. Taped to the inside of the box lay a simple letter. Opening the letter Reiaki found the messy writing of Edogawa's 3rd member and began reading it.

"Dear Reiaki-san,

Happy Birthday! Hope you don't mind that I made you a cake. I know you're a big fan of horror stuff so I hope you appreciate the “blood”. (It's cherry-flavored) Hopefully, you and your teammates will enjoy it. Have a nice rest of your birthday Reiaki-san!

Kanra Akemi" 

Giving a small smile at the cake, Kanra had made her. Reiaki turned to the other box. She began opening the gift curious as to what was inside. Reiaki couldn't help but gasp at what was inside. 

Inside the case was a gorgeous Ouija board made out of birch wood. The board was a creamy white with skulls and wings carved into the wood. The planchette was equally as gorgeous with its winged skeletons and pentagram on it. Lifting it up Reiaki couldn't help but admire the details of the carvings. Noticing that a card was underneath the gift Reiaki picked it up and began to read.

"Dear Reiaki, 

Happy Birthday, Kitty Cat! I hope you like the gift I got you. Specially made for the first lady of horror herself. Just don't end up the main character of a horror movie when you use it. Anyway, have a great rest of your birthday from Edogawa’s very own mad genius.

Reiaki blinked. She took the cake and present and set them on her coffee table, next to the mountain of other presents she had received that day.

She didn’t want to compare, but the cake she’d just received may have been the most interesting so far. The human heart, the edible blood, it was a color and consistency that looked realistic. It looked almost terrifying to eat— and she loved that.

“Kanra Akemi…” Reiaki said to no one in particular. Kanra Akemi… Isn’t she that one kid? Damn, kids these days just get more and more talented…

Now the other gift… far more concerning than the previous. She almost wanted to trace over the intricate details with her hands, but she quickly stopped herself.

“I may be the queen of horror… but I don’t think even I’d be brave enough to use it… oh well! I can keep it as room decor next to my other board!”

“This one’s real pretty! That Kaoru…” Reiaki paused and picked up card that came with the board. “Kaoru Shinozaki! She made this? All this effort into one gift for me?!”

She did a once-over at the gifts that she had received and smiled. “All this effort for a stranger… thanks, you guys.”

She quickly grabbed her phone and took a picture of the stack of presents and sent them to a certain teammate of hers.

‘Hey, Miku-chan! Look at all the stuff I got for my birthday 😜 Come here and unbox these things with me!’

She chuckled. “Ha! Not like I can text Queen Card… her ‘royal majesty’ still won’t give me her phone number!”

She shoved her phone in her pocket and hurried down the hall and she skidded to a stop before she could barge right into the farthest bedroom. She slowly raised her hand and knocked on the door gently. “Hey! I didn’t see anyone at the door, but some people from the Edogawa division sent some presents! Come outside, I wanna show ya!”

Relationship: Family - A.R.K / Aruto Shinozaki

Kaoru Shinozaki (21 Years Old) - A.R.K's creator. A.R.K has nothing but devotion and loyalty towards his creator. She is one of the few in the world that A.R.K can safely say he loves and is more than willing to kill anyone who dares to attack her. A.R.K also acts as the devil on Kaoru’s shoulder, often trying to get her to embrace the insanity in her. In fact, several of Kaoru’s more dangerous inventions can be attributed to his influence. Meanwhile, Kaoru sees A.R.K as family and treats him normally despite his deranged personality, knowing he does his best to protect them. In fact, she finds his actions more amusing than anything else, even his more malicious acts. A.R.K even often helps Kaoru to send a message across to her enemies, leading to the two of them to become a dangerous duo.

A.D.A / “Ageha Shinozaki” (7 Years Old) - A.R.K’s “twin sister” and the light to his darkness with the two of them each being half of a soul and despite the fact they always seem to be fighting, A.R.K loves his twin and has been known to rip apart any rival A.I. that even looks at her wrong. A.R.K, despite this, still always tries to get a rise out of A.D.A in an attempt to get her to drop her “goody two shoes” personality and loosen up. A.D.A, on her end, always scolds A.R.K for his actions even if it goes in one ear and goes out the other. However, when the two of them work together, there is nothing that can stop them, putting on a spectacle that is both brutal and elegant.

A.M.U / “Amane Shinozaki” (3 Months Old) - A.R.K’s “little sister”, Kaoru’s newest A.I., and newest member of the Shinozaki Family. Though surprised when Kaoru created her, A.R.K adores A.M.U and often spends hours trying to teach her everything he knows about ripping enemies apart, much to A.D.A’s dismay. Unlike A.R.K and A.D.A there is not much information about her as few are aware of A.M.U’s existence and more often than not she is kept in the confines of Kaoru’s lab and the Kuromiya Residence, only allowed out with supervision.

Malphas / Masuzō Shinomiya - A.R.K’s best friend and brother-in-law. Despite their unlikely friendship, the two get along surprisingly well having bonded over being living malware in human form with A.R.K trusting Malphas with his twin sister. A.R.K sees Malphas as a brother and someone who he would trust to have his back in a fight. In fact, the sight of the two of them working together often sends their enemies fleeing for their lives.

A.I-Ko 1.0 / Aiko Shinomiya - A.R.K’s sister-in-law and another person he’s fond of. The two of them surprisingly get along and occasionally get into trouble together which they laugh about later. Even if they don't interact much A.R.K sees Aiko as another sister and reacts appropriately to anyone who dares to threaten her. 

Seir / Seizou Shinomiya - The youngest of the Shinomiya siblings and A.R.K’s brother-in-law. A.R.K is surprisingly fond of the young A.I. treating him like a little brother and often spends time with him teaching him everything he knows about ripping enemies apart. He even tries helping Seizou with his feelings and emotions in his own unique way.

Yuriko Kuromiya

"I'm truly grateful Yuriko is part of the PTA, along with me. When Zakari made the decision to go back to high school, I was happy for him. When I received a notice asking me to join the PTA, I was skeptical, not the least because I have horrid memories of my mother being part of mine when I was a child. She rarely went to the meetings when they had them. And when she did, if she didn't start an argument for some inane reason, then she was usually in the midst of it. So you can understand my hesitation."

"Thankfully, Yuriko was able to get me up to date on matters. Plus, she seemed to be the only woman there who actually said something important. After it was over, we introduced ourselves. Suffice to say, she's a very interesting woman. I'm thinking of asking her if she wishes to help out at the recreation center. I'm sure many of the young girls would enjoy seeing and learning from a woman such as Yuriko."

Kaoru Shinozaki

"I am so thankful to this young Kaoru for fixing up my husband's DJ booth!! I told him for years now to get rid of that thing, but he continually said that 'it was still good'. Apparently, he failed to notice how it was slowly falling apart! Zakari told me he knew someone who could fix it up, and he introduced me to Kaoru. I gave her my permission, and she had it completed within one night! I was so thankful to her! ...You think she wouldn't be averse to fixing up some other stuff around the house? I know a certain squeaky chair in our family's living room that annoys me to no end..."

Kanra Akemi

"Not to quote Kai, but I also warned Zakari not to do anything to agitate this young girl. Not only because of her strength, but because if he should do anything, it's not Kanra he needs to worry about, but her mother."

Wicked Requiem

"...Don't tell her I said this, but... I truly envy Yuriko for having two sweet, adorable young girls as her children. Not to say I don't love Zakari, because I do. But... well, I've often wondered what it would be like to have a daughter." Mireya sighs, looking downward. "I curse the fact that I'm unable to produce any children. I know it's something that can't be controlled, but still... fate can be very cruel at times." She sighs again, but picks herself back up a couple of seconds later.

"In any case, I like all of the women on this team. And like Kai stated, they're probably the only other familial team in this tournament. ...I know Kai is worried about going up against them, but... I'm kinda curious. Which familial team is the strongest out of the two of us? It's something to wonder and consider. Maybe we'll find out someday..."

"Ah, Yuriko. I am glad to see she's doing well after our... previous encounter. I know she wasn't very pleased that I had ousted her to security, but... as I stated with Lola and Kureha of Saitama, it wasn't personal. Besides, the fact that she quickly dispatched them to catch up me proves that it wasn't worth worrying about her. I knew she would be able to handle it. Though I can't tell she really wasn't happy with me when she caught up with me. The fact she tried to kill me may have been a big hint. I should be thankful I remembered to procure some extra smoke bombs, or else they may have been the end for me."

"I must admit, I didn't think we'd ever see each other again after that. Least of all, not in a rap tournament. But I suppose that shows you never what life has in store for you."

Kaoru Shinozaki

"Hmm... you know, if it wasn't for the fact that I had spotted her hacker name, 'Delphi' whilst reading up on her, I'd not have thought much of her, at first. But, now that I think of it, I think I may have heard Uncle speak of her once before he sadly passed. He had mentioned some hacker that had been causing some problems with the Triad. Unfortunately, there was little I could do about that. Technology wasn't my forte. Still, it seemed as if she had caused us some problems and then vanished."

"...But that was years ago. And looking at her age now, she must have been only in her teens to have pulled that off. Huh, the children of this generation are getting smarter and smarter, aren't they?"

Kanra Akemi

"Aww, she's a cute thing. I'll admit, I've always had a liking for children. They remind me of... well, I don't want to say, 'happier times', since my childhood was anything but. But they do remind me of a time when things were much... simpler. Looking at her, I'm guessing she hasn't had a good childhood either. My only hope is that it improves for her here on out. If she is living with Yuriko, I've no doubt her days will be brighter."

Wicked Requiem

"I must say Yuriko, you've put together quite an impressive team here. Not to quote Alexis, since I already know that underestimating you is foolish, but it seems as if you knew what you were doing when you recruited your daughters to join you. I know they probably weren't your first choice, but you can't deny they were perhaps your best one. I'm looking forward to seeing how you and they do in the tournament. Best of luck to you, my dear. Try not to lose before we have a chance to meet, okay?"

“Happy Anniversary Femme Fatale! Here’s to another three years! So enjoy!” - Kanra

Sayaka held the flower close and smiled brightly. “Awww! That was so sweet of them to give us gifts! I’ll have to bake them some treats sometime!”

Lola placed the crown on top of her head and smirked in reflection from her pocket mirror before closing it and expertly twirled the dagger with her other hand. “Sick, I expected nothing less from Reika, girl really gets me.”

Kureha was quite surprised to received a gift but was happy nonetheless, tracing over the easel with her finger. “Awesome, I needed a new easel, this came in just in time.”

Lola pointed at the cake Kanra gifted to them with her dagger. “Soo…anybody want some cake?”

“Yes please!”

“Sure”
