Glee Rewatch Masterpost

Hi, this post serves as introduction and as masterpost to my ongoing Glee Rewatch. I watched the show once before (during the first half of 2022) and I already missed it a month later, hence the idea to not only rewatch it, but give my thoughts on each episodes in individual posts. My thoughts range from simple opinions (you'll see a lot of me gushing on outfits) to full-on analysis (why is there a French cabaret poster on the wall?) but it's all very not serious. I don't delve much (at all? for now?) into the real-life stuff since I'm still new to the fandom and everyone probably already knows everything about everything.

He also wrote Transitioning and Glee, Actually.

The only good thing about the trans besite storyline is the trans choir at the end. Genuinely touching moment. And Glee, Actually is just about the most forgettable Christmas episode, and this is saying a lot.

All in all, he had the worst episode out of the writinf staff including Ian Brennan.

I didn't mean to rant, but the deeper I got was the more baffled I got. Also, this is important stuff to discuss, Klaine be damned. What kind of whichcraft did Matthew Hodgson preform for him to keep getting episodes? I wanna hear full blown conspiracies.

For the record re: the mention of Klaine, Klaine discussions are welcome on this blog but EKA never actually wanted to talk about them lol, it's just stupid bullshit and any excuse to be shitty online. Genuine Klaine discussions would be welcome, if I had any.

I think the fandom at large dislikes Beiste's transition much more than I do and that didn't actually begin in Hodgson's episode so I'll give that one a pass but still, generally this guy is just wow, decidedly the worst on the writing staff. So by all means rant away he's my archnemesis for what he did in IKAG.
