The Pretty Cures and its Saints EXTRA
As 2018 comes to a thrilling conclusion, and to prepare to welcome 2019, here's a very special one as I will proud to present their birthdays of the Star Twinkle Cures! I am giving this to @goddessyonakuromatoki as my late Christmas gift!
April 12 - Hikaru Hoshina (Cure Star)
Pope St. Julius I: 35th successor of St. Peter who reigned for 15 years and is credited with splitting the birth of Christ into two distinct celebrations (Epiphany and the Nativity) as well as asserting the authority of the pope over the Arian Eastern bishops. After his death in 352 AD, he is succeeded by Pope Liberius.
July 7 - Lala Hagoromo (Cure Milky)
St. Felix of Nantes: 6th century French bishop and is served as Bishop of Nantes for thirty-three years.
September 8 - Erena Amamiya (Cure Soleil)
Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary: One of the most important feast days in the RCC (Roman Catholic Church) calendar, commemorating her birth. The modern canon of scripture does not record Mary's birth. The earliest known account of Mary's birth is found in the Protoevangelium of James, an apocryphal text from the late second century, with her parents known as Saint Anne and Saint Joachim.
November 23 - Madoka Kaguya (Cure Selene)
Pope St. Clement I: 4th successor of St. Peter and is along with Ignatius of Antioch and Polycarp of Smyrna, he is one of the Apostolic Fathers. Clement was imprisoned under Emperor Trajan according to tradition and is executed by being tied to an anchor and thrown in the sea. He is recognized as a saint in many Christian churches and is considered a patron saint of mariners and stone-cutters.
