therapy consult went well. therapist believes i’m dealing with some ptsd so i’m gonna see her once a week.

the grief has been pretty severe lately, trying to keep it cool and be the best I can but it’s been hard to stay proactive and present. just keeping my head afloat for right now. gonna try to be more involved tomorrow
